yeah i do leg presses and dead lifts...lunges etc but I love doing squats just cant do more then parallel! am i losing the benefit from them>?

Post workout should be as follows
20-30 grams protein
50-60 grams dextrose (or a sugar with a glycemic index >90, just not fructose)
5 g creatine mono
3 g glutamine
