^^^ I do like that
lots of great stuff in this thread
I'd probably just go with some simple, strong coffee. But if you're looking for an energy supplement, Onnit Shroomtek Sport is pretty interesting. Any workout I've tried with is usually longer/more intense than just plain caffeine.
Cola is enough for me.
I am sure that I am getting the best array of vitamins, and especially when you need the most nutrients after your workout.
actually quite enjoying RSP AminoFocus. enough of a kick to keep me up at my desk
To me, coffee is my to-go source for quick energy

It works for me, but I have a crash later in the day though

Some say L-theanine helps with that "smooth energy" a.k.a no crash :)

errrrrrr
Why is it dangerous?
Dymetadrine Xtreme
1 Capsule contains:
B6 5 mg
Vitamin C 30mg
Magnesium 50 mg
Ephedra Extract 300mg
L-Phenylalanine 150mg
L-Tyrosine 150mg
Caffeine 100 mg
Yohimbine HCL 2mg
I sometimes take this supplement 20 minutes before my workout. I find the product keeps my intensity and focus up.
However, there are two downsides to this product. One is that if you're not careful, you can overtrain (your body and CNS) quite easily. Second is that you can sometimes get a serious crash after its affect wheres off.
You should take the supplement 45mins before workout, that way you will not have the side-effects of overtraining and a sudden dip in your energy levels.
hydroxycut and Dymetadrine Xtreme
I love Pruvit ketones, great energy through the day, not like a sprung out pre workout that comes with a crash a couple hours later. sleep better, better focus, it puts you into a state of ketosis with out the diet so you lose fat too. And the performance is off the charts. Im 50 and just dropped 35 pounds.. I'm not a body builder, more of an endurance athlete but looking to pack on a little more muscle.
I guess creatine along with caffeine would make a great drink for achieving energy.
Gotta go with MCT oil (ketones)
or
Whole grains (good carbs)
orrr
Green tea (natural caffeine)
or
Equate pre workout
