I will be taking animal cuts this time around. But my question is i start work at 6AM and end around 3 or 4pm. So when is it the best time to take the Supps?
with animal cuts do I need to still take CLA and L-Carnitine? If not, is there anything I should take other than the normal protein shake. Would a multi vitamin be overkill?
Also, I wake up at 5:45. Work 7-5 and lift 5:30. I assume take one as soon as I get to work and the other around 4?
Thanks
Whatsup with that 9 pill animal cuts?
lol, I got scared when I saw that huge pill package and even more scared when it started to burn my stomach. But I'm still alive :p and I've noticed it's working when I took 2 packages a day. Not much (in the eveing) when I take just 1 package.
The appetite supressing is not as great as slimxtreme used to be, but it helps (when you don't miss the second package.)
And no jittery/ancious/sleepkilling feelings present. So thats a big +
I've just started fitness, so I'll see how the real burning goes.
I've been using CL Reduction AM/PM for about year and I went from 220 lbs. (Jan/2009) to starting 2010 at 200 lbs. What I liked was the ease of use (2-upon waking 30 minutes before breakfast 2 before bed). Prior to this, as a a point of referrence, I used Lipo 6, Lipo 6x, Hydroxycut, and VPX Meltdown. Reduction gave me engergy without the jitters I experienced with other fat burners. When I cycle off, 2-3 weeks, I still use the PM to give me some great sleep. It's a permanent staple in my cabinet. Much props to Controlled Labs for a solid product!!!
Just finished Animal Cuts. Seems to work well. I could really tell the difference in how hungry I am when I don't take it. Will do them again.
9 pills per packet, twice a day.
18 pills a day sounds bad, but as long as you dont mind taking pills they aren't too bad. Pretty good size pills though.
I just swallow em all at once. Tiny pills IMO!

awesome, it is a VERY unique product, the AM and PM bottles make REDuction a very effective as a true 24/7 fat burner
Anyone have any suggestions on a pure stimulant?
Lookin less for a fat burner and more of a long lasting euphoric stimulant.
hey guys i need some help with this question... if i take MuscleTech Hydroxycut Hardcore X and keep up my 5000-6000 cal's in food will i lose weight very fast? because i just wanna keep weight but lose bodyfat !

Hey guys, I have been hearing good things about Reduction and Animal Cuts. I am a full time student and I started going to the gym in Summer, but had to stop. I recently just got back into going and I'm trying to loose my belly fat "aka beer belly" I dont drink so i didnt get it from beer lol. I was trying to decide what would be the best product to help me loose my belly and work on my 6 pack. I just started running and noticed that my stamina is not up to par. I like the Reduction idea because of the AM Pm pill, but would Animal cuts be an over kill for me? I plan on doing some basic workouts along with my cardio as well.
What would you suggest?

Has anybody heard about the fat burner the Kardashians are endorsing? I think it's just a thermogenic but I'm very skeptical considering it is being endorsed by the Kardashians and I haven't heard about it before. My fiancee wants to try it but I was hoping to get some advice before she does. Below are the label facts. It's called Quick Trim Extreme Burn. Thanks for any help.
I bump this guys question. I would also like to know if Mitotropin is still the top fat burner on the market?
Ive always liked cytolean, and the Mitotropin when used together
Its not clenbutorol, but OTC its pretty solid.
About to finish my can of Animal Cuts. Not bad at all, actually. This year I've tried:
Mitotropin.
Did a decent job, but not great. Definitely better than the majority of the burners out there - but not the best I've tried. Also seems to change my odor when I sweat (not in a good way, either). Might try it again in the future.
Dicana stacked with Lean Xtreme.
Probably got the best results from this, as BF% dropped the most while I was stacking this.
Animal Cuts.
Seem to have lost the most weight from this, but BF% loss was not as good as the Dicana + Lean Xtreme stack. Hard to say if it was as good (was not better) - but since none of these should be taken continually - it's an awesome way to switch up the supps. But, if price is a consideration - you can't go wrong here.
REDuction.
Can't really give it a fair assessment, as my diet wasn't as clean when I was using it. But, the sleep was great :D
I really should try this one again with a clean diet...because I have a feeling it might be worth it. Also felt good when I was using it, so maybe in a few weeks I'll try it again?

give it another shot, its a very unique product, nothing else like it on the market

I just purchased some. I will post back to let you (and everyone else) know how it compares with the other ones I mentioned in my prior post. I know results are an individual thing, but I think this supp category is a little different than the others...and it's pretty easy for people to get discouraged.
FYI:
I also purchased some Orange Triad (hopeful), and I currently use (and have been using) White Flood and Purple Intrain (I mix it with Xtend)...so I do have a high opinion of CL products.

awesome, looking forward to your REDuction feedback :)
thanks for your loyalty to CL, please check the link in my signature below for our customer loyalty program where you can get free gear/supps :)
Ask, and ye shall receive...
I was a lot more strict this time around on RED. Weight loss not as dramatic as Animal Cuts, and BF% drop not as great as the Dicana + Lean Xtreme combo. But, I did see a reasonable drop in both. But, there is another intangible: It's so easy to take, and the mood elevation + sleep is soooo nice! It's pretty much worth it for those aspects alone. I almost think of the weight/fat loss as a side effect! I drift anywhere between the high 8's to just under 11% BF, so I'm not expecting a huge loss. So, the other factors will make this something that I go back to with some regularity (but, I do tend to cycle through products that work in different ways).
Next up...ordered some of the Cellucor stuff. I'll see how that stacks up. It sure as hell won't win on price! ($140 for the D4 TC + T7  )

WOW, glad you had such amazing things to say about REDuction, the value is also insane
Anyone try oxyelite pro yet by USPlabs? I've been hearing nothing but good things about it.
Could someone tell me if REDuction has Diuretics in it?
Im not familiar with all the supplements so I cant tell just by looking at the ingredients.
I dont want any diuretic effects as Im not competing or anything and just looking to loose body fat as a fitness goal so Im not concerned about water retention and I already try to avoid excess sodium in my diet.
Im interested in REDuction because people here are giving it good reviews and I am sensitive to stimulants so I like that it has a PM component with it and that a serving size is 2 pills so I can try 1 pill for the AM component at first and see how I react to its stimulant effects first.
* I guess I should clarified by saying I mean to ask if it has additional diuretic ingredients beyond the stimulants (Caffeine and Synephrine) which I already know are diuretics themselves.

it has small amounts of minor diuretics, but nothing like diuretics used for a show
I'm on a medication that causes weight gain, so I've been really tempted to take a fat burner. I'm hesitant to take something that will upset my stomach (I have GI issues, so I have to be very careful) and/or will make me super jittery. I already take White Flood to boost my energy pre-workout,.
Any reccos? Does anyone on here have GI problems and currently take a FB that doesn't screw up their stomach? Or do y'all think its a bad idea?
Any help is appreciated.
can someone tell me more about the Dicana stacked with Lean Xtreme?
How much of each dose do I take?

http://www.bodybuilding.com/store/drivensports/leanxtreme.html
Are those the two I need?

This is how I typically use it:
3 of each/day.
I generally take 1 Lean Xtreme upon waking, and then about an hour later when I finally eat I take 1 Dicana. A few hours later, I take another Lean Xtreme, and a couple hours after that I take another Dicana. A few hours later, I do the same. So, I basically spread them out throughout the day.
Whether that's recommended or not, I have no idea - but It's what I had good luck with.
What is the benefit of just taking reduction PM as to both AM/PM? It sounds like the benefit of just PM will possibly be better sleep! Wouldn't you need both AM and PM in order to get full benefit of the product?

Based on the feedback here, I think I will give RED a try when I order more WF this week. I guess my only other question is whether anyone on RED has experienced any sort of GI irritation? I have to be careful with that, and dont want a constantly upset stomach or deal with running to the BR every five minutes. Cuz so far, I'm definitely interested in giving it a go.

Is it ok to take 1 Lean Xtream and 1 Dicana, both pills before breakfast, lunch and dinner? 3 times a day or do each pill have to be taken on separate times? Is this basically like EC stack?
