Hi Controlled Labs,
Out of curiosity, why does REDuction not have any guggulsterones, the stuff that affects the thyroid?
That was the only reason I am weary of getting the product, I was told guggulsterones are proven aids in fat loss, to the point even cheap fat burners contain them.

Because REDuction isn't "cheap". They use raspberry ketones. You don't need guggle for a fat burner to be good... Lipo6X has that in it... a lot of people will go against Lipo6, and others will praise it...

Give or take... but yeah, you won't die from taking REDuction. It's not a super hardcore stimulant, but rather a nice steady energy.

many dont like guggul and there have been some negative studies for the compound
it doesn't have that funny taste to it like most do.you just take 4 caps a day. it doesn't give you that itchy feeling in your skin nor flushes your stomach. it works. it has clinical studied ingredients(7-ket0, Advantra z, biophrine, and caffiene. with others too. what more would i ask for. Isatori makes great products.

Hydroxycut helped me go from a very fat 205 to an almost scrawny 155 in two months. I was satisfied but also puny. I then decided to order TEST E 250. I gained 30 pounds in ten weeks. After the juice wore off my solid muscle turned into fat. I have just ordered some more HC HC. I have learned my lesson to never do steroids because they only work for short periods of time. Hc is the best ephedra free fat burner because it completely takes away your appetite. Great for pot heads like myself :)

Hi I'am new to this site as my husband is always on here told me to check it out I'am 5'3 and a bit and about 195lbs.(YUK) my husband recently started body building again he look sawesome which makes me feel worse about my weight.I have tried every diet and every fat burner nothing seems to work does anyone know if Anavar and Clembuterol will do me any good what are the proper doses and what are the risks? As well as will I see results right away> Please help!!! My husband told me I should be eating 1600 cals a day seems like that's how I got to be 193 lbs what should I eat all day!!

Don't use them.
You should eat about 500 calories less then what your body will burn at rest... usually 2,000 is the ball park figure. So 1,600 is about right.
Also do cardio several times a day for at least 20 minutes at a time. Eat proper and eat several small meals through the day. This will help keep your metabolism at a geared up speed.
Just remember you can't out cardio a bad diet. Once you get that in check the weight should come right off. I cut 500 calories and lost over 60lbs since Christmas 2007. It's a lot easier then you think.
Make sure you have lost 3,500 calories a week. That equals one pound of fat. Eat a lot of vegetables and protein, fruits and fiber. That will help keep your system regular.

I forgot who said it but bodybuilding isn't a sprint, it'a a marathon. A diet pill will help, but you need a solid diet and exercise plan to see results. Also it I believe you were reffering to Cle[b]n[/b]buterol and Anavar, which I think are steroids, someone correct me if I am wrong. I wouldn't suggest doing them, but it is your body

Djin offered great advice. I am not a great help but a university study was just released on how much exercise one should do a day to lose weight. I just read it on cnn.com yesterday. The study tracked many people over a course of four years with a proper diet, and it concluded that one should workout 60 minutes a day to lose significant weight.

i went to my local GNC and asked for best fat burner which they recommended Hydroxy cut. i took the recommended dosage and i felt it working little but wasnt good as i expected it to be. Finished 1 bottle and a half. So i decided to look up in the internet reviews and came across a site where they ranked "Thermodrenix" as #1. I ordered it 3weeks ago and it finally arrived yesterday. Anyone tried this or heard of this?

yes GNC is a fking huge mistake and just found about this site recently lol. Well after using Thermodrenix i do feel it working and really fast, way more effective than hyroxy **** lol.

After my 60-day REDuction, I'm going to try a super stimulant thermogenic and see what happens.
I love how REDuction uses AM/PM forumla, I love the steady energy I get through the day, but now that I'm working my ass off again, I need something with a bit more KICK to keep me from wanting to sleep at 4:00pm.
Once I get home, I eat and relax and then my body just craps out. But 8:00pm I'm about ready to go to bed, by 9:00pm I'm sleeping.
REDuction is wonderful, and truly really has helped me the best overall (Check out my log to see a good 50+ days in to my 60 day log)... but I believe my body is getting use to the same ol routine every day...
Hey dude quick question if you don't mind helping out a pal. Have you ever heard of
Reduce XT made by sns and would you say it is similar to Lean Extreme 2.0 (Designer supps) which would you say would be more effective as a stim free fatburner?
