Has anyone ever used Lypolyze by Species Nutrition
yes actually did try it to compare to DS's fat burner. No energy and didn't feel the effects were worth the health risks. DS's Adrenalean is the most effective fat burner on the market!
DJIN...you seem to have some experience in the field of fat burners...especially since you dropped so much weight...congrats by the way...how do you feel about hot rox? what kind of supp is it? is it a thermo? etc. also what would you stack it with?? currently i am on hot rox and meltdown...not bad so far but its only been a week or so...just looking for some direction if you can help with my questions...
thanks
Need HELP!
has anyone tried or heard anything about Precision Engineered FIREBALL liqui-fusion diet pills??!? many say it is the same as hydroxycut hardcore but with hoodia. If not what pill can be better than this one
Has anyone tried Muscle Asylum Arson?
i pose this question also!

what would be a better fat burner than hydroxycut hardcore, i have been using it for quite a while and am not sure it has worked that well. i have not had any adverse side affects though which is good. Any one got any recommendations? i eat 6 small meals a day, with my diet being incredibly clean, and i do 3 interval training sessions a week. i just cannot burn the final part of the fat of my midrift to get all of my abs showing. any advice on where to turn?
-
yea Greek...meltdown and hot rox at the same time...i try to only take 1 of each because the chemical coumpounds are different in each one...although sometimes before my morning cardio ill take to hot rox to boost me up a little bit...i was on meltdown by itself but it did nothing for me...figured it might just be in my head so decided to stack it with a tru thermo (hot rox)

Anybody tried iSatori MX-LS7? I just got done with a bottle and lost a couple of pounds, but also was eating pretty well... Has this worked for anybody else?
-
Just always make sure you're taking L-carnitine (at least 1g [1,000mg]) and a good multivitamin.
Make sure the thermo has a good appetite controller. Tetrazene Extreme is a great example of bleeding edge.
A lot of people think "MuscleTech Hydroxycut Hardcore" is the best, but I call that good marketing. I know there's a lot of good ones out there, but just like people are different, so are thermos.
Just have to find which one works best for you. What you body needs to do it's best...
-
Thermorexin is still the best.

I would move away from Hydroxycut. It's so commercialized making it more expensive than it is worth. There are a lot of infor regarding the contents of hydroxycut are not of the highest quality.
If you want a thermogenic burner, I personally like Man Scorch. It helped me a lot in getting rid of those stubborn fat when you are almost in the end.
-
I know Ephredea free - so Isatori MX-LS7 is good.
Incidentally heard a great many say that Ephreda is perfectly safe & the bans and media attention linked to deaths , etc was not substantiated, but as it was linked to many heart attacks and deaths, I'd rather be on the safe side & never touch it. Ephredrine sides are well known and listed by Doctors.

I concur. MAN Scorch is one hell of a product.

Nutrex Lipo 6 is doing little to nothing for me, and this is on a very low carb high protein/fat diet coupled with daily cardio. If anyone is in the same situation but with a different thermogenic (i.e. cytolean, animal cuts, man scorch, HC Hardcore) PM me and we can trade.

Does anyone actually read about the things they buy? Jesus people...
Lipo6 helps your thyroid. And if you're eating proper and in a good workout plan, Lipo6 won't really do much for you... or help metabolize your food.
I wish people would actually READ what Guggulsterones Z&E and Yohimbe actually does. Perhaps your need a REAL thermo, Scorch, Tetrazeme Extreme, etc.
-
So I just got done with my first bottle of Hydroxycut Hardcore, I lost 25 pounds in 5 weeks with a 3 week on/2 week off cycle.
-
Djin, thanks for the advice. Which real thermo would you recommend as being the best value for money? And which one would you most recommend if finances weren't a concern ? Why is there a difference (if there is) ?

I found that Animal Cuts is a good overall fat burner... since it's not only a fat burner, but also a Lipotropic, Metabolic, Diuretic, Thyroid, Insulin, Nucleotide, and a Neurotransmitter, plus a bunch others. It has 9 pills, which is hard to swallow first thing in the morning.
I found Tetrazene Extreme stacked with Lipo6X seemed to work well (for me). Since Tetrazene Extreme is a good thermo and Lipo6X works by upping the thyroid (but in a time released manner).
Sometimes, somethings that are more expensive then another isn't always good. I know you should always have L-Carnitine (at least 1g) mixed in with your stack. Also if the thermo doesn't have appetite suppressors then I'd suggest finding one that does have one or buying some hoodia would help too.
Like I've stated before, it's really a mix of trial and error. It's an expensive hobby, but the outcome (in my eyes) is well worth it.
Usually you'll want to find one that has a good mixture of green tea, oonlong tea, PEA, ketone, etc... Another thing you could do is eat raspberries. When you are on a low fat, low carb, high protein diet, your body starts to release ketones... which is the breakdown of fat, etc. Raspberries have this... or you could always buy a supplement too.

Anyone tried Universal Ripped Fast? If so, how was it?
The best "Ephedra"- free fat burner is BY FAR:
ECY stack + Nicotine + Tyrosine + Green Tea Extract
(add Synephrine and forskolin if you can find it)
Thight Hardcore + ECGC and L- Carn
You know best time to drink this? When working out or before or after??
I use l-carnitine like it's going out of style. I take 1g in the morning, one before, and one after my workout... I kind of abuse this amino... ;)
It really depends on what you want it to do for you. L-carnitine is one of those aminos that are just amazing.
4. How much should be taken? Are there any side effects?
Between two and four grams of L-carnitine should be taken one hour before exercise, for two weeks.
Taking L-carnitine is very safe, although the DL form of carnitine may be toxic and is not recommended.
That is taken from the information I found here. I use L-carnitine for its fat burning and energy, but there are many amazing uses you can get from this. And it's pretty cheap... I'd suggest getting the liquid over the pills. The brand from this site has a nice berry flavor. You can take it straight or in your shakes, etc.

You really think L Carn works??
You ever heard of D-ribose?
I was watching a video about this fat burner..

I do believe L-Carnitine works wonders. At least 1g a day is what you should take... it helps with muscle fatigue too and a bunch of other neat things.
As for Ribose, I just read about it... seems interesting, but something I probably wouldn't use.

D-Ribose holds some promise as a minor support ingredient, but is virtually worthless by itself.

What can it do as a minor ingredient?
-
Here's some information about Ribose.
http://www.bodybuilding.com/store/ribose.html
Intense exercise causes a significant decrease in skeletal muscle energy levels. In fact, it can take 3 days or longer for these energy levels to recover! Recent studies show, however, that supplementing with high quality ribose hastens energy recovery in all types of skeletal muscles. This means you'll be able to work out longer and build muscle faster because you will recover quicker from intense workouts, having the energy to do more!
Anyone use Meltdown?
I found this...
http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=5199383&highlight=Meltdown
I also was talking to some people who know a lot about things, and I was reading a book... they do NOT recommend Yohimbi... for the purpose it makes you hallucinate and causes insane heart rates... I've also read that people pass out, get light headed, want to throw up... and then you get the "poster boy" who swears by it (Getting paid by VPX to sponsor this...) and says it's the best thing since they put the pocket in the pita.
So I'd like to know from someone who isn't getting paid how this is. I'm just about done with my Animal Cuts and would like to get on another... I've read a lot about this, but it has three different forms of Yohimbi... that's just freaky scary.
