2caps a day - 2X50mg efedrine, 2X100mg coffeine, 2X40mg asperine

Anything with REAL hoodia in it is good, however I hear that their have been a few problems with people selling counterfeit hoodia

IMO best ephedra free fat burner is diet and cardio.

I've been using Thermogize for a few weeks now and been getting great result. I put on alot of weight this winter, muscle and fat, and Thermogize is helping me lose the fat but keep all the muscle. Hey man where could I get that? The only thing I've been taking lately is Hydroxycut, I've lost about 13-15 lbs in the past month but I have a feeling that it is pumping up my metabolism so much that it kills off whatever I eat and then starts using muscle for energy

I've been lurking for awhile and am wondering if anyone here is from Canada or ordered supplements from the US with any customs troubles. It seems we don't have nearly the amount, brands or choices as in the US but I do not want to go to jail lol.

Anyone have any experience with this?

Can anyone refer me to the ephedra free lipo6 on the bb.com store? I can't seem to find it. All I'm finding is the regular one.

I just went to my local shop for an ECA stack, but the usual chap wasn't there - just some gym bunny who had no clue what i was on about!
Went to the other shop and he had the Hydroxycut Hardcore in - he'd been sent the US version, instead of the slightly wimpier Euro version, and he says it was too strong for him at full dose, but it works well.

So I'll take one before my workout in an hour or so, and we'll see what happens...

There is no ephedra lipo6 version in the store...what you see is what you get...ephedra free lipo 6

What exactly is Ephreda, and what is the difference if the fat burner has it or not? Does the fat burner work better with it or without it?..also which is safer?..thanks in advance if you answer these questions.

I had been using Lipo 6. I ended up at Walmart somehow and wanted to check out what type of supplements they had as I didn't even know that they carried some major brands. I was browsing through and came across a couple of carts with all sorts of fat burners in them. All of the following were 5 bucks a bottle as they were getting rid of some brands they no longer will carry so it might be the same at Walmart's around the country:

Redline (60), Hot Rox (72), Xenadrine Super Hardcore (36), Xenadrine 8 hour Energy (60). They only had 4 Hot Rox and 9 Redline's left so I grabbed them all ;) Expirations vary from late 2008 to 2010. I also bought 5-6 bottles of the other ones as well just to try them out sometime. They had 4-5 other brands too that I really didn't care for so I didn't touch those..

I'm getting shoulder surgery at the end of the month so I'll be using some fat burners until I can get back to weights and then for probably a few months more :(

It might be worth checking to see whether they might have anything on clearance..

Look it up on Wikipedia. A fat burner is safer without it...a fat burner can be more effective with it.

this looks ephedra-free to me. bb.com does not sell ephedra of anykind. hallucinegenics and fat burners dont mix well, fyi.

i been taking vpx redline and dietex for a little over 2 weeks and lost about 10 lbs so far doing cardio 4 times a week...the dietex has helped me alot because i have had a hard time watching wat i eat and eating a ****load more than i needed to, but it seems to have helped alot with my appetite...with the no shotgun, im lovin this so far.
