your adrenals will get fried and you wont react to stims as well. cycle off now (from all stims), then start again in 7-10 days

Has anyone tried Dialene 4 made by Scivation? I have heard good things about it before but just want to know if its worth trying.

My question regarding reduction is why should you wait 30-45 minutes before eating? It's kind of hard for me to gap out such a large time in the morning because I have to eat breakfast ASAP so I can get out early.
Would taking it with a breakfast negate the results much more? If so I will force myself to wait 30-45 minutes only if eating before then is detrimental.

I can't comment on the regular Lipo-6, but last year I took two large bottles of the 6X back-to-back... I think I did pretty well by it.
I'm currently taking the maximum dosage for Lipo-6 BLACK (6 pills), I'm only on day two though, so too soon to tell if it's doing much.

Hydroxycut Hardcore
For some reason Hydroxycut Hardcore just seems to work best for me. I've used it in the past to assist losing with losing weight and since my car accident it helps keep the weight off as my cardio is still limited.

the gap is for the appetite destruction to kick in before the meal so you will most likely eat less. you can take it with food, but you would lose the appetite destruction effects.

been on hydroxycut hardcore before and that worked well for me but after reading today what the FDA is saying about it, i dont think i will be ordering another bottle. read a lot of posts on here and i think my choices are narrowed down to Animal cuts, lean xtreme, and Mitotropin. what do you think is best? also, is it ok for me to take this if i'm trying to bulk or will it be killing some of my muscle as well?

yea I just have new bottle just hitting of hydroxycut but I also read about it and decided to throw in the garbadge so now I just ordered Reduction and hope to see some good results

Quick question, I just ordered REDuction to cut some bodyfat down and lean up, I'm pretty lean, but I want that shredded and ripped look.
I've took SuperPump/Plasmajet for like 2 months, I read some posts here that I should wait about 1 week before taking REDuction because of the stims?
Any advice would be great, thanks.

This is a combination "supplement bio"/opinion request/question...
I'm new to the serious gym and diet thing, as in I was never what I'd call "serious" about it since the beginning of this year, and that includes the time in which I was an athlete in high school (I'm 27 now).
Here's the progression I've made:
Phase 1: Myoplex Lite after my workouts, that's all.
Phase 2: Switched to the full Myoplex, at some point also added 6 hour energy pre-workout
Phase 2.5: Canned the 6 hour energy and went with Ripped Fuel 6x
Phase 3: Got my GNC gold card (again) and changed the protein to Amplified Wheybolic Extreme 60 (at the recommendation of the dbag at my particular GNC)
Phase 3.5 Went to Hydroxycut Hardcore for the fat burning/energy portion of my supplementation.
6 hour energy didn't do much for me. Ripped Fuel was OK but BURNED MY MOUTH unless I put it in there with already having a mouthful of water and swallowed it quickly. HH was phenomenal though...my stomach was a little upset with the first dose and I was a little jittery the first couple of days, but after that I felt phenomenal every day...I was VERY disappointed when that got taken off the market as I've had steady weight loss since taking it. Before, I knew I was gaining muscle and losing fat but the scale wasn't budging. Not a huge deal, but at 6'0" I want to be less than 218 (at 212 now after the past 3 weeks with stricter diet, more cardio, and HH).
You can probably guess why I'm having to rethink things now. I returned my HH, wasn't very impressed with the selection or price at the GNC store on thermogenics (I've spent quite a bit of time reading this site and the forums since the announcement), so I just got fish oil and shakers with my credit since I'm fine on my protein stock. Now I've just ordered REDuction from here because the reviews seem great (maybe a lot of "street teamer" type folks for Controlled Labs running around here, though?) and the price per day is very reasonable, especially compared to the Lipo6x Black which was in my top 3 to consider (the other being Animal Cuts, which I almost walked out of GNC with, but didn't like the price there even though I spent more on HH when I ordered that). Fewer pills per day than Lipo6x Black or HH, too, which is nice. Got samples of White Flood and Purple Wraath while we're at it, so we'll see what happens.
I work a lot, plus have a long commute (40 min 1-way), plus have a number of other commitments and interests besides going to the gym. Right now I am focusing on cardio because my gym is having a challenge where the top 3 people in half-hours of cardio time in a 2-month period get free months of membership. As a result I've been going 7 days a week, doing 10 hours of low intensity cardio on the weekend and an hour of medium intensity cardio during the week. Usually what I'll do is an hour of elliptical when the gym opens (5am) and then do legs Monday night, same Tuesday but various flys and lateral arm exercises Tuesday night, nothing Wed or Fri, Thursday night I bowl, and then I do triceps/chest on one day and biceps/back on the other with compound exercises that all utilize my shoulders, and I also do crunches on every day that I do weights.
I think once this is over I'm going to hit weights a LOT harder and possibly add some creatine supplementation, if I'm happy enough with my weight and look at that time to start thinking about my size. I've been as thin as 160 (mid to late high school) and as fat as 250 (a few years ago, I'm 27 now)...I was 195 last spring and one of my goals is to get back to that point then go from there.
So that's my story. I'm looking for opinions on my progress thus far, my "stack" (hah), but I also had a question...I took my normal early AM 3 HH capsules Fri morning. Heard about the recall and didn't take my 2nd dose in early afternoon. I'd been on it for 3 straight weeks at that point. No adverse effects, good sleep Friday night, woke up feeling great Sat morning, but then at about 10am my energy levels completely TANKED, I got through about 1 1/2 hours of pointless recumbent bike riding for the competition but then I came home and napped until my girlfriend came home from work and woke me up, also had a splitting headache. I have no other sickness symptoms, and though I'm somewhat stressed about work there's nothing going on that's abnormal right now, including my sleep which has been fine. My question is, does that sound like I was withdrawing from the high levels of caffeine I was getting from HH that I just suddenly stopped?

i was just looking for more help on some other things, i'm really looking to lose my belly fat, i'm in great shape and i am pretty cut everywhere but i just can't seem to lose my belly fat...right now i'm taking eaon which is pretty good...this is how my day looks...
wake up at 0415, start work at 5 and take arson hr or 2 prior to eating breakfast and i eat around 0745.
eat lunch around 1045.
take another serving of arson and hit the gym around 1330 and immediately after take my whey protein shake.
eat dinner around 1800
go to sleep around 2100...
so i'm basically asking how should i take REDuction AM/PM and what time? and should i mix another supplement for pre workout to help lose the belly fat...
i do, do alot of cardio i'm in the military so i do run alot but i just can't seem to lose the fat, and i do eat pretty healthy i don't eat great but i don't eat mcdonalds...
any help would be appreciated. thanks in advance

So I've gotten up to 228 and now summer is almost here. It's not fat but some did accumulate as usual.
I had previously used the CL stack (GM, WF and PW) which was awesome. I cycled off it and used VPX NO Shotgun and SyntheSize. (I think taking one pre-wo and the other post gave me gastrointestinal problems.) They worked but actually not as good as the CL stuff.
Now I am taking Purple K, AllMax MusclePrime and BCAA caps.
This is all in conjunction with multi's, Omega-3's, B6/12, extra zinc and selenium and saw palmetto. As well, high protein diet, with Whey isolate or myoplex as supp meals.
Now besides ramping up cardio I want to strip a bit of fat off. I was debating ECA and taking green tea and CLA. I also was thinking of taking CL Reduction.
Should I take all or would the ECA be unnecessary with Reduction and vice versa?

i suffered some really bad headaches taking dialene 4 and i was taking only 1 pill at a time. i returned the bottle back to bb.com two days later. it was a horrible experience for me.

you wouldnt need both, reduction is great on its own and offers the benefits of the PM portion as well :)

But after reading about 10 pages of posts, it appears that REDuction AM/PM and Animal Cuts are the most popular among the posters here. I am sure this has been mentioned, but instead of looking through 104 pages of posts, I thought I would ask again. What are the side effects that you guys have experienced with both. In the past I have felt uncomfortably jittery with Lipo 6X and hydroxycut. I don't mind the sweating, but I don't want the jitters, unable to sleep, or reduction in sex drive that I have read as side effects of some of the other products.

you wont get those sides with REDuction and the REDuction PM will actually help you with sleep

Well, after only the first 1/2 day, I'm sold on REDuction, at least the AM portion (pending results on PM). I was previously taking Hydroxycut Hardcore, and compared to that it gives a gentle boost, not an over-hyped up feeling. The biggest difference for me, however, is how it causes you to shed water...my sweat went up 2x and my pee was at normal or less-than-normal (without diet supps) levels. I weighed myself before I started tonight, 209.2. After 1 hour on the elliptical (just buckets of sweat) plus 45 minutes of moderately intense weightlifting, my weight: 208.2. That's INSANE. At this point I should have a lot of extra water weight to shed because I've been working out hard for 5 months and as I said, I was on Hydroxycut...3 straight weeks until mid-day Friday I stopped cold turkey to reassess my options after the FDA recall.
I'm pretty excited to see what I ring up on the scale tomorrow morning when I do cardio, and how I do through the weekend when I go up to the full dosage and really hit the gym hard Saturday and Sunday.

I just started using Animal Cuts and have used all sorts of fat burners over the year and have to say that the combination of materials in Animal Cuts is giving me a burn that I haven't felt in a long time.

Take 1 pack 30 min before breakfast then take another pack 4-6 hours later. And yes you can take REDuction PM before sleeping with cuts.

I am currently using NO Shotgun and NO SYnthasize, should I wait to start taking REDuction AM/PM or is it safe to take both.

I've read that ReDuction is supposed to be very good but after looking at the ratings
at the "store page" it only gets a 5 out of 10?
