Lipo 6 X and Arginine-any reason why they shouldn't be taken together on an empty stomach before my early morning workout? thks!
I'm cutting and I use Hydroxycut Hardcore...Can I also take No'Explode before my training ? please reply
Hey all,
I'm not if this is the right place to ask..but here goes anyhow.
I am looking for a good fat burner and all the ones that are rated as working well have Yohimbine HCL- in them(lipo6 etc) thing is over here in Australia this is banned so can anyone suggest a product that would give me good results?
Cheers.

Hi, I have a question. I'm 22, years old, male, 155 LB and looking to lose some fat before I start bulking.
My question is: when I have been on the treadmill in the gym, my heart rate has been apparently from 180-190
Is this too high for burning fat? My goal has always been to burn as many calories as I can, but I'm not sure if thats just making me lose muscle, or lose fat.
What heart rate obtain to lose fat? I feel like I'm doing nothing if im around 120's
just to share my thoughts with u everyone
i was around 236.5 lbs...now i reached 183.7...and my height is 187 cm!!
to tell u the whole story..i suffer from very bad migraines..so when i follow a diet..and soemtimes i get a bit hungry..that triggers my migraine...and all of the fat burners r not prescribed of course to people having headaches of any kinds!!
well i said let's start with a normal diet and cardio three timew per week..it was fine..then i stopped for a while..bought lipo6..i took around 60 caps during several days....it caused me headaches like helllll..and iw asn't doing any cardio...well...it's not a magic pill..u have to workout hard and get obsessed...after that i said..let's try hydroxycut hardcore...i bought a 120 bottle and to my astnoshiment....no headaches at alllllllllll...actually it helped me because amount of caffeine in the serving shuts off migraines in the set off of the attack...it works for me just fine...no migraines for more than a month now!!
i continued to do lots of cardio involving only jogging six times per week...and used ephedrine...well..ephderine is very strong...verrry strong....it slimmed me down very fast...but i got many problems in my kidneys and all my analysis were horrible..so i have to stop...and i went carzy...i took HH along wiht ephedrine...that was a combination that was going to make me kill someone of nevousness and anxiety..lol
now i started a month ago to play with weights...eat clean..do cardio..lots of srpints..and taking hydroxy cut hardcore....if u want extra boost take L-carnitine
my supps r :
-Fish oil 3000 mg
-chromium piconilate 400mcg
-L-carnitine..dose depends on kind of day
-CLA
-hydroxycut hardcore
-Whey protein
eat lots of vegetables,oatmeal(my best friend),white chicken ,tuna,egg whites..etc!
do lots of cardio and train hard of course!!
many people told me iw on't be able to reach my ideal weight...after losing that 52 pounds...i say wow...and i'm packing on muscle!!
NEVER GIVE UP...TRAIN HARD AND EXPECT SUCCESS..coz it's the natural reward!!
after all this off topic discussions....i recommend Hydroxycut by muscle tech..excellent product!!

Experts (LMAO) vary in what is best cardio/heart rate for fat burning. A good range is 65-85% of your estimated Max Heart Rate.
Some schools preach HIIT others believe in steady state cardio of long duration 45-60 minutes with HR 60-75% others the same but higher heart rates 70-85% without going anaerobic.
Cardio equipment with built in heart rate monitors are very unreliable and inaccurate. You need to spend about $100 on your own monitor for best calculations.
What would yall suggest for a woman? I read a few pages back and seen that no One burner was recommended. I've been searching and am down to VPX Meltdown and Lipo 6 (for women). I don't normally respond well to fat burners. I'm taking Ripped Fuel now, with no differences. I did get results for the first few weeks with nano-slim, and tried it a again a few weeks ago, to no ado. I don't need to lose much weight, just fat. 6ft, 157lbs. Been in th gym over a year now, but still have a mommy tummy. What do yall think of each of the above?
I was sold on Lipo 6 until I read further. If you or I went soley based on the Meltdown literature from it's manufacturer VPX... it would be concluded that Meltdown is a similar but newly advanced product thus superior to a credibable Nutrex Lipo 6. I will try VPX Meltdown. I felt good on their samples from the Arnold but would need to use over a 4+ week period. Since I am cutting slowly for a competition in 8 wks that's my route. Good luck...
thanks. i'm just using regular hot-rox right now. my buddy is using extreme and he finds it too potent
I'm taking it (Extreme Version) right now, not doing that much for me.

You will love the euphoria off of Meltdown, it is ****ing amazing.
dialene-4 is rockin my socks off right now. I get this crazy niacin flush every time I take it.
I'm trying MHP's Dren out right now. I'm neither yah nor neigh on it. I was hoping it would be cost effective for me...got it for 19.99. That was my primary decision point. Before that I used Lipo 6x with good results.
I've gotten the leanest I've been able to so far (not so lean) with animal cuts.

Thanks for the reply.
What I get out of that is, just sweat. :P
Other than that, I am looking for a supplement that helps me lose *fat* not weight. Any suggestions? There are so many out there.... I don't know where to begin. Give me an easy answer. I want fat gone. (I am not obese I just want to lean up!) 5'8 154 or so. I'd rather lean up a bit, and then work on bodybuilding (again) since summer is coming up
For me Nutrex Research Lipo 6x and Biotest Hot-Rox Extreme
I tried lipo 6 for a cupl weeks ...I couldnt hang with it. It gave me heart pain and made me jittery and could NOT SLEEP UNTILL 4 A.M. lost 0 weight.(garbage imo).
I was thinking about using a supplement to help me cut up for 1-2 motnhs, but I have a bit of a problem. I have stomach issues (I have an ulcer in my stomach that acts up once like every 4 months) and I know asprin is bad for that. Would aspirin-derivatives used in a lot of these products act the same to your stomach as the asprin as a whole?
i will tell you that i had virtually no stomach related side effects while using IDS lean up...so it shouldnt be a major issue with your ulcer...had pretty much no side effects what so ever...lost almost 14lbs in 3 and half weeks..no jitters just felt a little warmer and sweat a lot
decided to switch up and try meltdown for a month or so we shall see which one works best

Thank you!
VORTHEX....
most of the research out there suggests that whatever you do make sure it is a long duration cardio work out...best results usually come with interval training though...start out slow and get your HR up a bit (60-75%)...then ramp it up to 75-85% for about 5-10 mins...then bring it back down...if you use the interval training option on most cardio machines and just play around with the difficulty settings til you find what you can handle
but you must go long duration workout or else all you use is the enegy that is already free in your blood stream..u have to tap into fat in order to drop weight..

Are you stacking it with Sesamin as well?
Can you give a solid recommendation on Dialene?
animal cuts
Hi guys,
I've read this entire thread, especially the most recent threads in depth, so please don't think I'm just asking for a quick answer without doing the research.
I've recently revamped my diet to eat 5-7 healthy small meals a day, increased my cardio, and developed a weight-training routine to lose the extra body fat and weight I'm carrying. Right now I'm 5'6" around 155 or so and I'm looking to use a fat-burner to help the process.
I've tried Hydroxycut, but I didn't really stick to it, and I didn't like taking that many pills in the past, so I'd say that's out.
Many people seen to recommend Lipo 6(x), but I'm not a fan of feeling jittery. The one I'm leaning toward most right now is Man Scorch or S.A.N. Tight. I've also seen good comments about Dialene-4, but not sure about that. The thing I like about Scorch and SAN are the increased focus that it supposedly brings. For my goals and criteria, does Scorch sound like a good start for me? And please don't recommend stacking just yet--I want something basic when I start out for the first few weeks.
Thanks!
Almost through with the bottle and haven't lost a pound. I do look slimmer, but my workouts have been real consistent so that may not be connected to the pill at all... however my eating habits haven't been the greatest so that may be the problem.. going to concentrate on cleaning my diet more and then maybe fat burners will work for me! we'll see. Also, the energy rush I used to get from them is now gone. I kind of miss it!
Im very fat, what should i do. I can't see my dick.
hahahahahaahhahaaha
warrick....i have used IDS lean up (which i explained in this thread)...like it a lot although i have substantially more body weight to lose than you do...i am on meltdown from VPX right now...started about a week ago...havent lost anything yet but i tend to enjoy my workouts more (it gives a semi-euphoric feeling)...anyway when i weight in again in a few days i will let you know about meltdown....if the hydroxycut was making you too jittery you could cut down the dosage...instead of taking 2 pills at a time ...just spread it out...take the same amount per day but space them out...worth a shot

Hydroxycut didn't really make me all that jittery, it was more the fact that I had to remember to take pills that many times per day--I'd prefer something that's once or twice a day so I'm less likely to forget.

yohimbe?
For all of you posting with questions about VPX Meltdown (MD), i can answer few questions for it if you want to ask some. I am currently on a cycle right now and although my cycle isnt over to conclude results, i did look into a bit before i started so i may be able to help with some questions.
So far i like MD a lot. It gives energy but the energy it gives isn't really noticeable, its more subtle. It feels more like drive and motivation to continue than a feeling of jitters or anything else. As some people have posted, mood affects are pretty good with MD. i haven't experienced or even heard of any crashes on MD before. I dont have any problems sleeping. Appetite suppressant i think is great. I feel completely satisfied on some of the smallest meals... Ie: small chicken breast, yogurt, half a fruit cup, small salad, etc... Wont bother commenting on fat loss till im done my cycle
if i start 2 take a fatburner like animal cuts, am i going to lose strength or be able 2 get any stronger while on this?
Depends on the formula/mechanism of the fat burner. Some allow you to actually gain muscle while leaning out.
Lipo 6 didn't work for me. I didn't alter anything in my daily routine or diet, and after 4 weeks, nothing changed.
Keep in mind that all people are different, and what doesn't work for some, may work for you.
My kingdom for Xenadrine!
well after reading this thread looks like im gonna try Animal Cuts and Hydroxycut. I will comment after im done with my cycle.
190 lbs

Any advice will be appreaciated
What's the best fat burner that won't make me feel like my heart is about to explode lol?
I'm a big fan of Scorch & Vaporize w/ Fish Oil. I also like Methyl Ripped w/
CLA, Fish Oil & Sesamin @ meals.
I've used Animal Cuts, Hydroxycut, Hydroxycut Hardcore, Tonalin CLA, and Ripped Fuel before.
The Animal Cuts has definitely worked the best for me. I am currently using the Animal Cuts and CLA.
Has anyone ever used Lypolyze by Species Nutrition

Im 228 lbs and around 18-25% bodyfat. What is the best out there to help me lose bodyfat??
I am currently using Lipo 6 in the morning , and sometimes in the afternoon , 2 pills per dose, and I am only 5'4 155 pounds, and I can't say that I feel anything from it , or see any results.
It is basically like drinking a cup of coffee, and if I stop taking the pills and Don't drink a coffee instead , I get a headache, so I think the caffeine in these tablets is the biggest factor, everything else is minimal for me .
The results that I have gotten so far in cutting have been from Cardio and proper nutrition, the Lipo 6 has done nothing as far as I am concerned.

Diet and cardio. No one can see "DEFINTELY, THIS is the best thing you can take." Once you get into a habit of excercising and your diet is clean THEN you can experiment with different supps. Just seeing as how this is your 6th post makes me think you are looking for a wonder pill, which isnt out there. They are made to supplement what youre already doing.

x2. That is the best advice you can give someone who is new and looking for the easy way out. There's no such thing as a wonder pill folks.
X3. A pill will do nothing for you if you don't exercise.
Ive used Red Acid gen1 and it was great , the gen2 i havent tried .
The Red Acid-Gen 2 is what I'm interested in. I'm considering starting a stack consisting of Red Acid-Gen 2, Green Bulge, and GlycerGrow. I'm read that this is great, but I just want to make sure that the Red Acid Gen 2 is a good fat burner to use.
if you guys like red acid or red acid gen 2, then look into our new replacement: REDuction. it is awesome and has 2 bottles, one for the AM dose and one for PM :)

Thanks for the advice man. But I've been lifting for bodybuilding and sports for about 6 years now. I play football at the college level and need to cut down a little for my position.
