I'm not a fan of Lipo 6 (did absolutely nothing for me) and I'm leary of taking NO products with anything at all other than straight anti-oxidants; so... I'm not gonna touch the first question.
Creatine and fat burners, however, I'd say to stay away from it. Sounds like you are trying to gain muscle while burning fat. Classic trap most people fall into. You want muscle, you need excess calories to use as building blocks for it. You want to lose weight, you want a caloric deficit to force your body into a catabolic state, thereby burning fat deposits for fuel. Trying to bulk while also trying to cut will leave you with dissatisfying results, every time.
The one thing I REALLY don't like about the fat burner/creatine combo is that you are playing games with your body's fluids. Most fat burners work through thermogenesis... in other words, they raise your body temperature as a result of the increase in the metabolic rate. This would lead to increased water loss through sweating. Even a bigger issue if you are taking a fat burner with a diuretic, like Animal Cuts (good product... just using one I know has diuretic in it for a point). Now you are throwing creatine on top of that, which has heavy affects on the movement of water into muscle cells, thereby drawing it out of other systems. The two products together [i]could[/i] have adverse affects on some of those systems. Your body, in other words, will dehydrate.
Don't take my advice as bashing any product(s). Just know that the aforementioned combo might not be the best idea. It'd be far better to bulk with the creatine, get off it, then follow that by a cut with the fat burner.
I have been using lipo 6 for almost 5 weeks. With a pretty strict diet and a exercise plan i've lost 23 pounds but i dont think i can feel any effects of lipo6 anymore. Maybe my tolerance got higher or something... but after i finish my 8 weeks of taking lipo 6 ill probably switch to lipo 6x. We will see if i could continue with the results. I was even thinking about hydroxycut hardcore but i guess ill stick with that lipo 6x after 8 weeks. What you all think?

I am considering Lipo 6x, Cellucor D4 Thermal Shock or REDuction for my cut starting mid april. What would be best for getting me down from around 14%BF with proper diet and a LOT of cardio 5 days a week and lifting? I am on a CL stack of WF, Green MAG, PW.
Also, would GM hinder my cutting goals or should I drop it during my cut?

GM is great on a cut. REDuction would be a great choice since you are on white flood as its only 1 stim dose (am) per day. you can also try a free sample.
So basically I was thinking of running my supplements something like this
8am 2 am reduction pills and 1 pack mcuts animal pack 1 pack animal vitamins
eat 30 minutes after
4pm 1 pack mcuts animal pack 1 pack animal pack vitamins
subway 30 minutes later ( Its quick because Im on a tight schedule coming from school ( chicken sub loaded veges foot long )
gym 5ish
2pm pills reduction before sleep
there's more to the diet and protein shakes, but basically I was curious what your guys opinion would be on the stacking of the reduction and mcuts..
alot of over the counter supplements are weak and a waste of money, thats why I prefer stacking them heavlying, otherwise I might as well use some tren and winny to get REAL results.

how do you guys feel about taking Optimum CGT and Lipo 6x together during a cutting phase ? Some say mixing creating and fat burners is not a good idea...

#1. Diet. What you eat is 80% of bodybuilding / health. I have a couple of questions:
I wake up at 5:15 and immediately have my preWO meal. I'm usually at the gym at 5:45 and there until 7:30. Is it ok to take the AM pills when I get back from the gym and 30 mins before my post-WO meal?
Also, I eat my dinner pretty much right before bed, is it ok to take the PM pills with food?

got a 30 day supply last tuesday and i am using it with animal pump..seems to be doing its job so far on the thermogenic part...def sweat more in the weightroom, buts thats to come with water uptake..will see how it really does after the month is up!

need some help in this area... tried hydroxycut, VPX redline, Hot-Rox, Hot-Rox xtrme, SAN tight!, Basic Cuts and countess others, and they all suck. some actually made me more tired. The only thing that works well for me is Thermogenisis but its choc full of ephedra so... um... if I had to choose Id say hot-rox xtreme and 2 red bulls worked the best of the non-ephedra fat burners lol.

yup, 2 months straight then 2 weeks off all stims. during the off period you can still take the PM pills, which is one of the reasons we sell it separately as well.

so i want to get a fat burner, i have a lot of tummy fat. i'm 6 foot and weigh 206. about 2 months agao i was 225, and lost it all just by running and eating right. i think i'm ready for some aide.
