I hate to do this, but I will post a link to the review I made a few months back.
I think the best that works for me is Xenadrine EFX. This will be my third time taking it and while I would be on it for maybe 2-3 months each time, along with walking six miles a day and alot of water with healthy food and counting my calorie intake, I lost like 20-25 pounds each time, but I gained it back because Id go back to eating the wrong foods and now I am at 5'10, 245lbs, I want to try to get down to about 190-195lbs, thats about normal for my height isnt it? Im a stocky guy and not fat per say, but I had good muscle definition at 205 lbs , is there any chance of loosing any muscle tissue while on a diet at my weight to where I will have to take supps for mass or anything
My fat burner is Animal Cuts, a solid diet, walking, lifting.

yup, it was garbage.
Hello, I'm new to the forum and would like some advice. I'm thinking of buying S.A.N Tight Or The VPX Redline.
Anybody now which one works better?
I used Hydroxycut a few years back and loved it. I tried their new Ephedrine Free product last month and was not impressed.
clenbuterol is better
and more effective, and is not banned by authorities
Hi
I am a girl who is about to go on San tight after hearing so much about it. I also understand that San T3 is really good when used in conjunction with Tight. Does anyone know if it is ok for me to use T3? I have already cycled through creatine a couple of times and noticed huge gains in my strength and muscle size so just looking to get completely ripped now and get rid of last bits of fat. Can any of you guys offer me some advice - Thanks
i just receeived my CEE and was told that i should be taking in atleast 4000-5000 calories/day. now, in my line of work im always on the go and was thinking of taking a wieght gainer is this a good thing and when should i take it and what else can i take for the extra pump with my cee.
I know that different "compounds" are introduced all the time to milk consumers for their dollars, thinking they're getting something new, but this is one of the few things I've heard that actually works. Does it? Has anyone tried it? I hear that it's only really effective if you take 200mg/day, but most brands only contain 25-50mg in their servings. The one I was looking at is Beverly international's 7-Keto Musclean. I appreciate the advice.
Oh yea, I'm looking to lose fat while mainting/buliding muscle. Thx.
Val
Before we all get carried away with the latest miracle supplement (there are some good ones) let's do remember the diet and cardio. I think these factors spell something else: Discipline. Got discipline?

Pretty much it was crap.. Caffeine and 3g creatine. . . you could make it yourself for about 1/3 of the price.
Which one do u think is the best between :
Beta3 Syntrax VS Thermonex BSN ???
Both have Octopamine but which one should I buy?
Actually, I bought a bottle of ephadra pills a few weeks back because it was all hyped up about them being banned on April 12.
What I found was that the fat-burners I had been taking before that - Stacker 2 - worked much more effectively. You can feel these working within 15 minutes of taking them.
Definitely when I finish this Ephedra bottle off, I am going straight back to the Stacker 2s.
Hey,
Maybe you could help me, I just bought Stacker 2 also, and I was wondering if they are safe? How fast do they work? I have to lose 5-8 pounds in three weeks do you think these will help me? How often do you take them? Any other information about the pills you can tell me will be great.
Thanks
TwinLab Ripped Fuel ephedra free doesnt really work
I agree with LOOPS777, I had better results from TwinLab Ripped Fuel Ephedra Free than I did with any other products I tried (Hydroxycut Ephedra Free, Xenadrine).

I did. Ive been on it for 3 weeks now, and I hate to say this, but its been giving me the energy that I need in and out of the gym! I dont just use it pre-workout though, Im using it as recommended, which is 3x/day. But it may or may not work for you. best way to find out is use it as recommended. If it wont work after the 1st bottle, then find another brand that works for you.
Biotest Hot-Rox stacked with Yohimbe is great for me.
I'm considering using Lipo-6 from nutrex. it's been pretty hyped and theres a forum on this website that highly recommends it from people that have been successful w/ it.
The article basically listed lipo-6, san tight and scorch, avant labs sesathin, hydroxycut and ECY stack as the best fat burners. but i'm considering buying lipo-6, has anyone tried this product?
hope this helps:http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/topicoftheweek27.htm

Everything works for everyone in different ways, some supplements are more effective then others and other's are all hype and no action.
Diet and exercise are the key, yes, but, what happens when you reached the point where despite all your efforts (work out 5 to 6 days a week, eat healthy, no greasy fast foods, only sugar free, fat free, fruits and veg), where do you turn to then?

Skip college and go back to junior high. ALOT is not a word... neither is "doint", but I'll chuck that up as a type-o.
There is no fat burner that will work very well, if you don't watch your diet, so chuck those too.
umm.... Since when is "alot" not a word?????????????????????? O_o

Since when has ALOT not been a word??? Umm, never. ALOT is not, nor ever will be a word. It is A LOT... two words.
Ephedra Ban Lifted as of April 14th, 2005
By MARK THIESSEN, Associated Press Writer
SALT LAKE CITY - A federal judge Thursday struck down the FDA ban on ephedra, the once-popular weight-loss aid that was yanked from the market after it was linked to dozens of deaths.
The judge ruled in favor of a Utah company that challenged the Food and Drug Administration's ban. Utah-based Nutraceutical claimed in its lawsuit that ephedra "has been safely consumed" for hundreds of years.
Supplements that included ephedra have been widely used for weight loss and bodybuilding, but have linked to 155 deaths, including that of Baltimore Orioles pitching prospect Steve Bechler. The FDA ordered the substance off the market in April 2004.
Judge Tena Campbell's ruling sends the matter back to the FDA "for further rulemaking consistent with the court's opinion" and keeps the agency from enforcement action against the companies.
FDA officials did not immediately return a call seeking comment.
Company president Bruce Hough said the decision is about "protecting the public's access to safe and effective dietary supplements."

who gives a f*ck!! I didn't ask you to correct my post. I asked which would be the better of two different fat burners.
Lipo 6 is pretty good all I need is the diet to apply to it.
Hydroxycut by Muscletech is the best ephedra free fat burner on the market. I myself lost 75 lbs in 5 months taking it, combined with diet and excercise of course. I went from 250lbs to 175 lbs. This stuff really gives you the energy you need to do extra cardio that you normally would not be able to do.
I don't know if anyone else has had this happen, but Hydroxycut and Xenadrine EFA made me EXTREMELY sick....
