The article on the front page explains how a lot of people OVER train, yet with their "more = better" attitude, they are doing more harm then good.

I like to ask if anyone has tried Reduction with GreenTea Extract and CLA?
I was on LIPO6 + Ephedrine + GreenTea + CLA for abt two months and drop 20kgs+ with no excercise but on a moderately strict low carbo diet.
Problem is I drop **** loads of hair and **** bricks! So i would like to asked if anyone has tried REDuction on GreenTea and CLA?
Any hair loss etc?

I never had any hair loss, but yeah... I was crapping a lot.

I've tried most of them. Hydroxycut is so so... Meltdown did nothing for me. I liked MAN Scorch and Tetrazene Extreme. I'm currently taking Xenadrine RFA-X. Just started it a day ago, we'll see how things go.

I decided to try something new, i tried the reduction sample and it felt like hydroxycut did when i first took it, so i bought some reduction. Hopefully, I'll see some good results.

How much do you weigh? Or how much did you weigh?

i have been using Lipo 6x with good results for the last few weeks. In about 23 days I have dropped around 6 lbs, and I have more energy when I go to the gym. I feel the effects of Lipo 6x much more than just plain green tea pills, which is what I was taking before.

I've been searching for a fat burner that wouldn't make me fail a doping test (non Ephedra, of course). Anyone here who is subject to testing know what along those lines I could take, because comparing ingredient lists to the banned list doesn't always work, and I can't afford to find out the hard way. When i was cutting Lipo 6X did a really good job. I think atro phex is way over hyped. I did loose some water weight on it i guess.
Looking forward to trying CL reduction when i cut again........if i do.

Full box. Used a can of Cuts, then followed it up w/ REDuction. Great products.

I cut my calories to about 4k and did cardio for 2 hours 5 days a week. I started Cuts first to lose water weight then followed it up with REDuction. both helped me lose around 20lbs total. I can't say which was better because I've never ran either one separately. I did not lose too much muscle because I consumed ~330g protein and lots of animo acids..... gotta experiment. recommend both products.

4,000 calories? I think I take in like 2,500 a day... maybe a little more on heavy work out days... I use to eat 1,500 calories... I dropped 70lbs in several months.
330g of protein? Are you like 300lbs? I'm just trying to figure out how much you weigh and how tall you are to eat 4,000 calories and 330g of protein.
I take (or try to) in about 180g of protein... 1g x 1lb = 180g or protein. Some days more, some days less... but 330g... ****. Do you eat chickens by the dozen?

Haha. I wish I were 300lbs. Im 240 right now and during football season, I weigh around 260 to 270lbs. Height is around 6'4. I just performed my first cut ever and since I eat around 8k calories, I figured, lets cut it in half. Also, I worked out 4 times a week with 5 days of 2 hour cardio sessions.... talk about gay.....
I eat about 3lbs of meat, tons of eggs, and a gallon of milk daily.

I weighed 224 at the start of the cut. 10-14-08. Weighed in at 207 4 weeks later.

I play college football and I do not use steroids, so the only way for me to recover at a rate remotely close to that of my teammates is to shove food down my gullet. I only eat 8k calories for the first few weeks into the offseason, and eat around 6k calories from then on... kind of a deload period for me from the season.
