I tried Xyience Xtreme Fatburner and also REDuction and neither of them worked for me.
I talked to some people at Vitamin Warehouse and i was thinking about going with ripped fuel, but they told me thermogenics can be dangerous and stuff,etc. But they told me to try CLA (conjugated linolic acid) it works not as fast, but its a lot healthier than thermogenics. i lost 5 lbs in a week, i didn't do anything like changing my diet or football lifting excercise programs, this stuff just helps "take the load off"

I currently really enjoy the RECREAT by USP labs. Its low in caffeine so you dont feel like your on crack, but it does have some awesome herb extracts for a good body recomp. Keeping the stim's lower keeps that cortisol down, and helps maintain a some more muscle while dieting.
I also recently got some samples of the CONTROLED LABS "REDUCTION" and the PM pills are really nice, I kinda wish they sold those seperatly. HAHA

REDuction AM/PM is amazing together, but we do sell the PM separately now as well :)
I've been using REduction for the past month, helps with the energy, and the PM pills are awesome at helping me get a better sleep, I've tried hydroxycut hardcore & lipo 6 and the reduction wins hands down.
I also think its cool they have reps here that can answer any question, anytime of the day haha
so with the REDUCTION i am looking to cut down on fat...
would sets of 12-10-8 be good for that goal?

So thats what i've been doing and its been working for me! And i have a man appetiete...lol I also went out and bought lipo-6 hers last night... we'll see how that goes...
im pretty sure Ritalin would be thee best fat burner, one of my friends got tested for adhd a couple months back and was taking those and lost about 15 pounds in a month, pretty intense

When you stack REDUCTION and lean xtreme what/when do you take each?
Day 1 on reduction + LX...
My first workout was amazing. I had so much energy, i didnt want to stop lifting... until my muscles fatigued and forced me to.
Usually i have to take a rest in between sets... this stack helped me cut out the rest periods and keep my heart rate elevated. and i was breaking a sweat, which is unusual for me. then i went on to my cardio...
i did 18 minutes... i did a slow pace for a minute, followed by a 20 second sprint... i repeated this process and ended with a 1 minute sprint.
This stack is amazing so far... after my workout... im still so full of energy

to the above guy... i am taking reduction when i wake up... same with LX... you then take LX 4 hours later... then im not sure about 3rd or 4th dose...
but i will take every 4 hours... i will only take 3 a day... to make it last a month
pm is 30 minutes before bedtime according to bottle. i get to see how that stuff works tonight
fyi to anyone interested in VPX meltdown. I dropped 3.5lbs my first week of using it. 6 days of cardio only, 1 hr each day of medium/high intensity and eating around 1500-2000 calories. Im sure i coulda lost 2lbs w/o it but 3.5lbs is good for the first weke.

When did you weight yourself like, Post-workout + adequate hydration, adequately hydrated, post-workout before hydrating?

That would mean you burnt 3500 calories x 3.5 which would be 1250 calorios a day. Not very healthy. I dropped like 6 pounds the first week i cleaned up my diet and most of that was water weight and a 3 pound poop I dropped from overeating the days before.

With taking the PM, i did not notice much of a difference... although i only slept 5 hours

wouldnt doubt it. My calorie count (i use a tracker) is under 2k, actually around 1200-1500 daily. I do a full hour of cardio, according to machine count, about 700 calories burned) + 10min in the sauna (prob another 50-75 cal burned) so 750-800 daily burned (6x a week).
Intake 1500 x 7 = 10,500 week
burned 800 x 6 = 4,800 week
NET calories = 5,700 week / 7 days = 814/day averaged.
Too bad nobody has Propionyl-L-Carnitine, or else I would say it is the best stim free fatburner. But ALCAR is good too.
Ive been on Clen HCI liquid form for about a month now.
I do 2 days on 2 days off, take one .5 ml shot in the morning before work and then another one .4-.5 before workout
The only effects that i can feel is i my hands shake and i do feel a lil bit warmer.

awesome to hear, and yes, REDuction will make you sweat. you really know that its starting to work well at that point :)

have u tried to order it here and ship it to you? shipping to the UK via USPS isnt all that expensive, IF the company you order from uses USPS. UPS and FedEx charge quite a bit.
