Or just consider it a "cheat" day, but don't have them more then once every couple of weeks... If you wife craves cakes, sugar and whatnot, try to guide her towards something with flavor... make a nice turkey sandwich with all the fixings...

like djin said, once in a while. small or moderate portions of garbage are still garbage. diet is 85% of the battle, imo. if its not in check then you're wasting money on fat burners.

no carbs in REDuction. it is a completely new formula and red acid with discontinued because it was pretty much obsolete with the introduction of REDuction. REDuction is already the 2nd best selling fat burner on bodybuilding.com and has only been out for a few months now. obviously it works :)

im about 2/3 done with REDuction. It hasnt really anything noticeable for me. I eat relatively well, and workout 2 hours 5 times a week. Didnt do anything for me, but maybe im doing something wrong.....

Been toying around with Starchem Labs' Boiling Point for 3 weeks now over a 5 week cut. So far I've dropped about 12 pounds overall, seems to work well.

After stumbling across this board and reading all of great feed back on so many different products out there. I decided to try reduction. I have been taking it regularly for a week, along with eating much better than normal for me and drinking more water. I could definatly add more exercise into my life though, but saying that , I have lost about 4 lbs.
I have read posts on here stating to drink more water. What signifigance does water play into helping with the fat burning process?

I drink about 1 - 1.5 gallons of water a day... Your body is over 70% water, and with out enough your body will not have what it needs to help flush the toxins, helps your kidney and liver do a better job... I would suggest reading those two things... very good information and better written then what I could do. :)

You also pee more and that helps with water weight... odd how drinking more water makes more water come out. It helps your body stay fuller too. A lot of time being thirsty mask as hunger... and more then 70% of people don't get enough water a day.

It's wild if you think about it in those terms of numbers.

So drink up, and lots of water... give your body a few days to adjust and you'll be peeing a lot more, but you'll also be losing a lot more "built" up water that you've been bloated with. Also limit the intake of your sodium (salt). This will help your body not hold onto the water.

Is it safe to take Animal Cuts along with Lean Xtreme? I read in the bb.com store that Animal Cuts is for Thyroid and Lean Xtreme is for cortisol (for fat caused by stress). I would like to combine these if at all possible.

Since I started to get more serious, REDuction helped the best, but it was a mild stimulant compared to Animal Cuts and Meltdown.

I am going to be doing Animal Cuts next and seeing how that helps with the last bit of fat I got hanging around my body.
