Bodyfat% Burning- Maintaining/Gaining Muscle
With all the supplements out here now adays... What can I do to really maximize my Fat% Loss. I am currently taking 250g Protein aday, consuming 180carbs. Eating the correct balance of fats in my diet that my body needs of course. My diet is consistant in that I eat 5-6 times aday with some smaller meals to boost my metabolism periodically. On weekends one day a week I will have a "cheat" meal, little more fat + calories to turn on fat burning for my body. Every day I do 60-70 minutes of straight intense cardio, after a 45 minute lift. I am on a High-frequency, Medium rep (8-12 reps) lifting program right now following a lower frequency- heavier weight- lower rep program to mix it up for my body to build muscle. My rest day is Sunday. I am 19- I weight 245 lbs and I am 5'8... I have a real solid thick base, but still have body fat I need to burn - ( 24-23 %) I want to get down to 205-210lbs turning the fat into muscle. I take Glutamine, Flax Seed, Hydroxcut Hardcore, Gold Stand Whey Protein, Double Strength Omega 3 fish oil's- and cycle on and off Anabolic Switch Creatine all in a timely manor. I use the supplements to restore what is lost during workouts. I know being that I'm young naturally I may not need the creatine.. still tough call. I actually felt stronger w/o it on my workouts when I cycled off. I know people say "Eat eat eat... but I've got enough fat stores to burn off and possible transform into muscle.
Any advice would be great!
