scivation dialene 4x
i just received my scivation dialene 4x from bb.com and took one cap for two consecutive days. guess what, i'm going to contact bb.com for a return. omg, i couldn't believe the massive headache i got within two hours of taking just 1 cap and this happened on two separate occasions. i had to leave the gym yesterday because my head was pounding with every lift. it's a headache coupled with nauseated feeling. dialene 4x is nasty and definitely not for me. it's just too bad, i'm not able to give my honest feedback on the fat/weight loss capability of it.

I have been using a MAP stack of Arson with Altered State since mid November. The energy boost is good, although don't take it too late in the evening as I find it wires me up.
Results: Down 3 inches on my waist, up 1" on my chest, 1/2" on my biceps. Starting to see a 4 pack develop. How much of it is MAP? I'm sure it's helped, but I have also cut back on caloric intake and I do cardio 6 times a week first thing in the morning (35min interval and cross training on an eliptical).

ok, so i took thermogenix2 i think it was called. it dropped weight fast but i felt it was only water weight due to me gaining it all back right after my cycle and i sweat alot while i was on it.
now im really looking into this REDuction product and im wondering about these following questions:
1) is it all water weight
2) will you just sweat out the water weight.

Arson vs. Mitotropin
Hey do any of you guys have thoughts on these two supplements? I'm looking into taking one of them and just want to know which would be best.

So I think I am going to start cutting mid-april or maybe beginning of may at the latest. I want to be pretty defined by mid June as i will be going on vacation. What kind of results can I expect from REDuction over that sort of time period? FYI I am currently 5'10 175, hoping to be at the same weight by vacation but much more defined. WIll be bulking hard until I cut.

Diet is the key. You can take all the REDuction, mixed with a little E/C/A mixed with Arson and still gain weight if your diet is rubbish.
Personally, in two months I lost 21lbs on REDuction, but this was with a Nazi-like diet and work out routine. (Very strict, I'm not a Nazi) ;)

atro-phex is great stuff, i always come back to it, no jitters, no upset stomach... meltdown isnt that great, lipo-6 is good too. ergopharm vamp2 is also pretty good.

Thanks for the advice. I realize that getting my diet under control and training rigorously is the most important part, its just that in the past year or so I started putting on some fat. (Before then I could eat ANYTHING and not gain a lb.) Therefore I kinda assume that getting the fat off will be relatively easy, just would like a little help.

Of course adding a thermogenic can give you an edge, but as I've stated a bazillion times, it only make 10-15% of the puzzle.
So yeah, it can help you burn a few 100 extra calories and give you some focus and energy, but before you know it your body adapts and you're spinning your wheels.

As far as thermogenics are concerned, they cut me up real good. Granted I have a naturally fast metabolism and already eat very healthy. It could have been mostly water weight lost, but while I was using Hydroxycut Hardcore, I could see every vein and every striation. As far as it adapting to your body goes, I think that if you cycle it (3 weeks on 1 week off kind of thing) you'll be ok.

hi I weight 139 lbs, 5'6 and i've reached some type of plateu and dont seem to loose any weight , inches or nothing. I'm training with a personal trainer 3x week and he is harsh, can someone help me and tell me what i can do to loose body fat please. Thank you.

Why is your personal trainer harsh? I wouldn't pay for someone to abuse me. I get enough of that **** through life and family. :)
You need to take a look at your diet and see how solid this is.

I'm assuming you're a woman and not a man?? If so, just read this thread and pick one of the recommended fat burners, whichever looks the best to you

Mitotropin
I took Mitotropin for the last month with high hopes of seeing the "amazing results" that I'd heard should happen. It wasn't a great experience: I became less motivated in all areas of my life, alot more hungry and my stomach never felt full until I binged (I actually GAINED 10 lbs), and i felt a little bit sick after my morning doses. I stayed on it for a little more than 3 weeks, and by then i had to quit because i was going backwards. However, one thing i noticed was that even though i was gaining weight, my muscles were looking fuller and it didnt look like fat gain. That might have just been as a result of stacking it with novedex xt though. The pre contest program it comes with is awesome, and I'm still utilizing a lot of the diet tips and workout strategies from it.
After my experience with Mitotropin, I would suggest if you are wanting to lose weight and get ripped, you should stick with good ol' ECA or other stuff that has worked for you in the past. I love gaspari products, but this one didnt do it for me.

Ive been taking Hydroxycut for 3 months now and was looking to get Controlled Labs REDuction when i run out of this bottle. It caught my eye because it is an AM/PM pill and i have trouble getting good sleep, thought it might help and help my metabolism in sleep.

Ive been taking Hydroxycut for 3 months and ive dropped 25 pounds. But im looking for a burner when im finished with my current bottle. I was thinking of controlled labs REDuction because it is AM/PM. I have trouble getting good sleep(which i know is important for weight loss) and though it may be able to help me with my sleep and my metabolism while sleeping. What is everybodys thoughts on REDuction?

I tried the REDuction sample (and have also bought a full box), and I found that I had a massive afternoon energy crash, Im assuming due to the large amounts of caffine from the 2 pills. Is there any way to avoid this?

I took REDuction a few months back. I lost maybe 5 pounds within the month. I feel like I coulda done better if I kept more strict on my diet. One thing that I noticed about REDuction is that I really didn't have any afternoon crashes. Also, no jittery wired feeling. It kept me pretty stable all day long, which I was surprised by since it's only an AM dosage. I was used to Lipo6 where you take multiple doses. I guess to me it didn't really feel like it did much at the time(because of the lack of wiredness which I usually feel from burners) but i retrospect, I'd probably buy another bottle when I start cutting again next month. The PM pills were a nice little perk. They really help you wind down.
