Best Overall Ephedra Free Fat Burners
Hello...I am new here to the site and have been reading all the posts about fat burners....(obviously looking for the best one to try) I have not taken any burners thus far ever to enhance or increase my work-outs or to burn off the pounds...I started at the gym last year at this time ( December 13th) after having a baby and up until the present time have lost 42 pounds ...My weekly routine at the gym includes the Spinning class 4 days a week ...
(Sunday, Monday,Tuesday, and Saturday) I do weight training on Wednesday, Friday and Sunday's) Sunday I spin then immediately afterwards do my weight training..that is the only day I double up...Thursday is my day of rest...My problem is I have about 16 more pounds to go to get back to my ideal weight and for the last 2 months I have remained the same. I have not gained, nor lost. I am definitely toned and building muscle but still wish to burn off more pounds... Looking for something to help but that is safe ...The hour and 10 minute spinning class is so intense I don't want anything that will play havoc on my heart since my heart rate gets to it's max...Any suggestion would be appreciated....I see alot of posts on the REDuction and everyone seems to love it...is it just for men or can women use it too?? Suggestions please

My diet currently is the best it has ever been and it has been this way since I started back at the gym last December...It may not be close to perfect by any means but I feel it is rather good...Consists of 5 to 6 small meals and snacks throughout the day...breakfast is mostly eggs or oatmeal... snacks in between are usually apples with peanut butter on them, bananas, grapefruits, pretzels...lunch, tunafish plain, no mayo..lol...sometimes I am very much on the go so I eat it right from the can...lol...or I eat a salad..no dressing...maybe a yogurt after lunch or a peanut butter sandwich then dinner I mostly eat chicken or fish and a steak once in a while...I drink only water or cranberry juice but my downfall is Lattes...1 every morning and sometimes 1 in the afternoon...lol..keeps me going...
Like I said I am doing major toning and gaining muslce it is obvious as I am becoming well defined... I just don't want my progress to stall ...seems I have reached a plateau and need a little help getting over the hump so to speak....
I am aware that the leaner you get the harder it is to get rid of that extra body fat...I think that's bascially where I am at...

So basicially you do not stick with just one burner...you move from one to another with breaks in between? Is that the rule of thumb to keep your body moving and guessing with them? Can you stay with just one? If not and I started on REDuction how long do you suggest I take it for then how much of a break then can I start back on the same one or should I try something else? Sorry so many questions..lol...
