I take a stack of:
Yohimbe, Lean Green, Caffeine, Alcalean, Sesamin, and Fish oil.
That stack is safe and works for me. It might not be as fast as other stacks with diuretics, but seriously... diuretics suck.

Just ordered my 2nd order of REDuction. First one did nothing, gonna stack with caffeine and hope it works better the 2nd time around. :)

Green Tea Extract!!!
Caffeine is great other than the fact it clashes with other supplements. For example, if your goal is getting that cut look (which it almost always if if your taking a fat burner) you often will use creatine in your supplementation. Caffeine is known to destroy the benifits of creatine.
Green Tea extract does contain caffine but substatially less than coffee or a caffeine pill.
Keep it below 500mg per day!

Im taking Reduction am/pm so far IDK if its even doing anything honestly.
The morning pills wake me up a bit and the night pill make me a tiny bit drowsy, nothing serious since I live taking sleeping pills.

Im taking the am the minute i wake up then 30 minutes later i have breakfast. And im taking the pm before I go to bed. I dont take any caffeine. Well see though its only been 15 days i think.oh but the pm i sometimes take with a protein shake since i sometimes workout after midnight being a night owl. but never with food

I checked some prior posts and saw someone stacking OEP with REDuction PM. Is it bad if I use REDuction AM/PM and OEP at the same time? Or should I just use OEP with REDuction PM?

dont stack the AM with oep as they both have stims. you can do oep and PM or you can run just the REDuction am/pm kit.
So far Ive tried Lipo 6, which ended up giving me some awful kidney pains...Have done animal cuts 3 separate times and other than energy and diuretic effect little noticeable change fat loss wise. Ive done Clenbuterol as well which is by far the most effective fat burner ive taken but ive been on it for quite sometime so now im gonna give Cellucor D4 Thermo Shock/T3 ashot

I will be completing my 2nd cycle of OEP this friday! I began an exercise and diet plan with what I think is a small but proper amount of supplementation in March. I began at a startling 327lbs. A rough caliper test showed me @ approx 48% body fat. I cut my calorie intake to about 800 - 1000/day utilizing Myoplex CC RTD, a generic MVI(Mens 1 a day) and Fish oil. I currently weight 274lbs. I haven't completed a caliper test yet.
I attribute my reults to OEP but realize my strict diet and exercise plan significantly helped as well. I can say without a doubt that I felt the effects of OEP within a day or so. It focuses the mind for sure. You get a chill sensation a lot too almost like a cold sweat. But you will feel a crash coming down about 5 hours after your second daily dose.
I do have a question if I may. I've been following all the info here. Thanks for providing so much info too everyone. I plan on giving REDuction am/pm a go in my next cycle. I did have some trouble sleeping while on OEP. I'm wondering if I should go cold turkey on any thermogenics for my off cycle or could I use Reduction pm in the off cycle?
Also, If I do need to go cold turkey would you all suggest I use this off time to begin using a testo and some creatine? I'm starting to see some muscles pop up that I've never seen before and thought I could maximize my off cycle by building some lean muscle.

Not plan I did. I know 5'8" tall and 327lbs. I had like a 50inch waist. I'm a lard ass what can I say. Now I fit into a 44! I took drastic measures into my own hands and did what I thought was needed to kick start my fat ass into shape. I'd be lying to you if I said I was that strict everyday. Twice a week I awarded myself with a great meal. But I still stayed away from fried foods, sugar, and fast food.
I can't keep it up now though. With so little intake I'm over exercising and my recovery is taking too long. Muscle cramps, falling asleep at the wheel, and tendinitis are frequent.
I now do a bit better I think. Today for example.
7am- Myoplex CC RTD & a banana.
9am- Two hard boiled eggs and fat free yogurt
1pm- Turkey & swiss on wheat wrap with mustard, lettuce, & tomato
3pm- 2:1 protein bar
5pm- Myoplex CC RTD(directly after workout)
7pm- Chicken breast, brown rice & broccoli & some almonds
Some of you in here seem very experienced and knowledgable. Any constructive critism is appreciated.
That looks more than 800-1000 but the point is 800-1000 is FAR TOO LOW!!!!

I agree. As I said I was feeling the effects of such a low calorie diet and decided to raise my calorie intake. The diet log you see posted above is that change. I believe I'm taking in about 1600 calories now.
Some input regarding my initial inquiry would be greatly appreciated. Could I use REDuction pm during my OEP off cycle? Or should I completely cycle off all thermogenic supplements?

You need to see a physician, and also NEVER eat that low. Research keyword "starvation mode"
This is not what you want to hear, but do not need to take a fat burner at this time, but as I said you need to see your physician [B]first[/B]!
Finished my Reduction package and sorry to say CL but it did nothing for me honestly tried different timings and stacked it also and nothing.
Maybe it wasn't for me I guess.

My workout is 2 hours after I wake up generally, around 9-930. I wake up and eat breakfast at 7ish, my question to you guys is: when should I take the OEP? If I take it when I wake up, wouldn't that be too close to the time I take the White Flood/Green Mag pre-workout? Any help is appreciated, thanks.

my cousin told me to take amino acid pill so i bought amino burst 3000, i also have herd good results about oxy elite pro... Along with dieting and exercise of course.
Will there be any issue taking these supplements together?

you would take reduction pm 60 minutes before bed and the casein 30 minutes before bed

USP LABS Oxy Elite Pro . This product is absolutely awesome. I have been on it steady for about 3 weeks and iv shed about 4 lbs while keeping my muscle strength and size.
