I just wanted to give my opinion on Thermogenics. HydroxyCut Hardcore, I used this product for one bottle (120 caps) and for me I did not see any amazing results. Not to say this product does not work, because I sure as hell noticed a difference during and after workouts. During my workouts my heart rate was up and felt I could work out longer, and my cardio I felt like I could run forever. This alone of course equals more weight loss. However to all the newbies out their especially ones on a budget, this product I do not think is worth your time or $$. This is not a magic pill and certainly is not a Winstrol substitute (Steroid). The only value I see in this product and all Thermogenics is for a Pre-workout supplement to get you some much needed energy for an intense workout. If you have the money more power to you and take the recommended dosage (six a day, no more). For me $50.00 for 120 caps is just not worth the results that I can match and probably beat with just proper nutrition alone. I truly believe the actual weight loss due to taking these type of supplements is probably so miniscule you are pissing your money away. Nothing will ever beat proper diet & nutrition (Or steroids for that matter).

Thermogenics are really only 10-15% of the equasion. Most of it is diet.
You can NOT work out or out cardio a **** diet. Once people understand that, the weight (either gaining or losing) will fly off, or the muscle will build.
There are a lot better thermogenics then Hydroxycore.
Cytogenix Laboratories Xenadrine RFA-X
http://www.bodybuilding.com/store/cytogenix/xenadrinerfax.htm
Anyone try this yet? It's brand new... so I would like to know how "strong" it is. Seems to have some interesting things (ketones, Wasabia Japonica Root)
After the Animal Cuts I am going to take a little while (at least 2 weeks, no bull****ing about it) off from stimulants.
I have an eye of JetFuel and now this Xynadrine RFA-X looks interesting. I am still going to stick with my protein and multivitamins...

It looks pretty good ingredient wise.
Perhaps this could be my next thermogenic...
Doesn't matter which one I pick, each one I'm going to do a detailed log (just as I have for REDuction and currently doing for Animal Cuts) followed by a review.
Should be interesting.

I'm looking for one to transition into after SUB-Q, so I may add it to my list of possibles, or I'll just take SUB-Q again, I'm not sure.
I had been using MHP Dren, but now I use VPX Meltdown, and I've lost 8lbs since August 1st. I have been considering switching to Atro-Phex, but I think I'll stick with Meltdown for at least one more month.
Had to take a double dose to make it work. I seemed to always come back to Lipo 6. Not 6x. 6x did not work as well as regular 6.
Had tried Animal Cuts, now trying CL REDuction. Won't release any opinions until I am finished with REDuction.
Can't wait! :)

looking forward to your REDuction feedback for sure :)
The Supplement I personally recommend is Universal Zero - G. It is a great energy booster for anyone before workout. And burns fat safely and effectively, with no adverse side effects. Well for those who have blood pressure problems, can try taking magnesium supplement (300 mg/day) with it, to avoid fluctuations in their blood pressure, as also minimize the dose to two caps a day.
Any other queries are welcome!
Going to give REDuction a go, should be here soon, ill keep a log just for u CL
Sorry, but fat burners now are useless, many of the ingredients used in them have dangerous side effects similar to ephedra, but can't hold a candle to the results that THAT supplement was capable of producing. Plus, the main ingredient in damn near ALL of them is caffeine, which, in the doses provided, will mildly raise your heart rate for about a week, and then the body will build a tolerance, and it no longer works AT ALL. If I was to use one, it would probably be EAS thermodynamx because of them using cayanne peppers or something in their ingredients, but that's IF I was to use one...which I won't(and, I'm dieting down right now)

I found that if you're truly serious about losing weight, writing down what you're doing, what you eat and how you feel makes a world of difference.
When you write something down you can always go back to it and see what you've done. 9/10 times when you don't write something down, half way through the day you start to not care and say... well I think I had only this amount of calories, etc.
So having a log is a great way to lose weight.

No one said that a thermogenic is end all/say all of fat lost. They make up about 10-15% of the whole losing weight.
Some actually are a lot better then you give credit for. Not only do they CURB your APPETITE, they can enhance your mood as well. They aren't all built around "Who has the strongest stimulant". Yes a lot are based around caffeine, but also a lot more are based around other things that work.
So I will have to say that YOU ARE THE WEAKEST LINK.
Unless you're some crazy person and always high on coke, they should help you... but we thank you for your input.

Zero G is a very effective, under ratted fat burner. It's got patented 7-Keto in it. Glad you like it.

Hmm.
I bought 7-KETO from NOW. What's the difference? Isn't 7-KETO still and always 7-KETO?

Yes, everyone that has 7-Keto licenses it from Humanetics corp.
The NOW product is straight 7-Keto (I have bottle in front of me) and Zero G is 7-Keto plus a lot of other ingredients:

I take 200mg of 7-KETO a day. Zero G does look good. I do want something with an appetite suppressant.
i was looking for a good fat burner..not really a thermogenic/stimulant. i dont know if i am making sense..lol
so i been looking at DCP, Recreate and just came across Lean Xtreme.
i dont know if i want to spend money on leviathan, sesamin, cla etc.
do i HAVE to stack anything with DCP?
any opinions.

If you're going to take DCP, just buy some liquid L-carnitine, REDuction, green tea and you'll be all set. Or get yourself some 7-KETO from NOW, L-carnitine, green tea, CLA.
If there was just a "Fat burner" that would be awesome...
is recreate by itself better than dcp?

Thanks for ur comments. I hope this under rated supplement becomes the leader in fat loss industry. And Universal make it much more effective than the current one, to beat the best in the industry.
Also please tell me is it safe for patients on anti-depressants to take Zer-G.
Awaiting ur reply

Fat Burners are not useless at all. It is only that some companies over-hype those products, that makes it useless in the long run. Everyone losing weight should remember basic facts, that burning fat is not just about losing weight, it is also about maintaining that weight. So proper diet and exercise, and to some extent common sense, can do the trick for fat loss. Rest Assured.
Does anyone know where you can buy Lipovox besides there website? It's for my wife and she swears by the stuff. Thanks!
Is it safe to take White Flood/Green MAG while cutting with REDuction? I see three potential issues:
1. There are stimulants in both REDuction (AM) and White Flood. I work out in the evening, so I would be taking the AM REDuction pill around 6:30 AM and the White Flood/Green MAG stack around 6:00 PM, so maybe this won't be an issue.
2. Since I work out in the evening, will the stimulant in White Flood effect the REDuction PM pills?
3. Is it safe to take REDuction and Green MAG at the same time? REDuction contains ingredients that are diuretics, and Green MAG is a creatine supplement that can effect water retention/elimination.
Any comments would be greatly appreciated.

1) that is fine, the stimulants leave your system within 6-8 hours
2) go with a small dose
3) yes, that is fine, stay hydrated
geeze, i guess i have to name some products to get some attention on this board. whack...
.
I used Animal cuts last month, i noticed some small results, but im pretty sure i am going to agree with everyone else who has said proper nutrition is the way to go. I try to eat high amounts of protein, watch how much fat and sugar I take in and watch the calories. yes it might sound like you hear it all the time but limit your calories. I am a poor broke college student who can barely afford books let alone all these fat loss products. just spending wisely and buying the proper food (which isnt too expensive) for a good balanced nutrition is not a bad way to go, hope this helped

I spent $107 on food for myself. It was 80% gone in 4 days. So I don't know where you're shopping for healthy foods... the **** in Connecticut must be worth a lot more then from where you are.
I do not buy red meat, milk, cheese or bread. All fruits, vegetables, chicken, fish, turkey, almonds, nuts, peanut butter ,etc.... yogurts.
I am down to the last of my food which is oatmeal and peanut butter until 4:00pm tomorrow. Lol.

For many bodybuilders, they make up about, oh...ZERO%, you bring me up some actual evidence supporting these downright obnoxious claims that these supplement companies make about dropping weight...and im not talking about a "study" that your own company sponsors, im talking about a government based group doing it.
Notice how no one else even came up with anything against what I said, it's because fat burners are a crummy product that companies sell to poor souls who think that they need that edge. There is no natural product that will increase the percentage of calories burned from bodyfat, and there are no "appetite suppressants" that actually work when in a calorie deficit. So, bro, don't call me the weakest link, I just spoke the truth, and this bugs you because you know you cant hock your junk products to people like me.

Even though I'm not selling a single thing... or part of any company. So I'm not selling you anything.
Also if you believe that there's nothing out there that can't help burn more calories (food, supplements, etc) or any form of appetite suppressant... I want to tell you that I also have a gazillion dollars, I own the planet Mercery, I also have a 14' penis, my arms are made from rubber and my can walk through walls.
Nice to meet you Mr. Caveman who doesn't believe. I'm not blowing smoke up your ass. I'm stating facts about how certain foods and supplements can and do react to the body to increase heat (thermogenics) and that increases the burning of calories.
Ever sweat when eating anything spicy? I wonder why... Hmm... maybe aliens?!?!?!?!?! *GASP!* If I was trying to sell you something, sure, I'd blow smoke and use mirrors, but you truly don't understand how the body works.
Where is this "actual evidence" you speak of? Hmmm.

First off, I NEVER said that certain FOODS can't increase metabolism, don't put words in my mouth, you moron. Plants like peppers that have capsaicin in them definitely increase metabolism. Many foods give off a thermic effect. Complex carbs like brown rice and potatoes have a very high thermic effect when compared to any high-fat food. All proteins have a high thermic effect, and when the body is put on a low carbohydrate diet in effect with a calorie deficit, it puts the body in a mode to burn a higher percentage of calories from bodyfat. Eating frequently increases the metabolism, since the body has to expend energy anytime food is ingested. Fiber is good to eat, since it is filling, and slows down the absorption of food, and that not all of it is absorbed by the body as calories. Ingesting some fat is good as well, as it, like fiber, has hunger-blunting properties.
On to the supplements.
Yohimbine causes anxiety attacks, rapid heart rate, and insomnia. Synephrine increases blood pressure immensely, and can lead to an increased risk of having a stroke. Guarana increases the risk of seizures. Hordenine leads to rapid heart rate, dizziness, insomnia, nausea, etc. glucuronolactone, while not reported to be harmful, just gives a mental lift, does nothing for the metabolism. neuromodulators like phenylethylamine make you feel good too...for about 15 minutes. There are no studies that show that Evodiamine actually increases core body temperature, at this point, it's just a theory. Gingko Biloba, while showing promise in other areas in the medical field, hasn't shown much in terms of weight loss, all it does is theoretically promote cognative brain function. Vinpocetine is a vasodilator, has no effects on body metabolism. guggulsterones have been proven to have NO EFFECT on thyroid function. Octopamine increases blood pressure substantially.
Did I pick all ingredients? Good God, no, that would take 20 forum pages to just give a basic description of each one, I just picked out some of the big ones found in nearly every product.
I know what I'm talking about. It is very possible, ON FOOD ALONE, to get absolutely ripped to shreds. Fat burners, have a large placebo effect, when the user is on them, they feel that they have an edge. Fact is, many of these products are rather useless for fat loss, and some are actually dangerous. Apparently, you can't even read someone's post correctly, you feel the need to retort to information that isn't even there.

I didn't quote you, I quoted RNRW. Who has had success with every weight reduction pill he's taken and is responding to every single persons question/comment. I mean, it's good for him - he is a hard worker and that's his real contribution to this thread, but it just makes it hard to actually hear from multiple viewpoints.
One thing he did say that I agree with is that the majority of these Fat Burners/Weight loss pills have a placebo effect. The thing is, placebo's can work, especially if it will help someone's motivation.
lipo 6x

They are quite different. Animal Cuts is stronger in the stim department and also has diuretic which helps get rid of excess water retention.
Zero G has the 7-Keto in it, older people tend to respond better to this ingredient.
In short, Cuts is "stronger" and is geared towards bodybuilders/athletes.

Thanks for the info. Now, the question stands, can the Animal Supplements be recommended to people without doing workouts, if they have some problems. I am telling this because Animal Products have quite powerful ingredients. They can have good efficacy, but are they harmless too, for a normal average man. Please comment.
there are a lots of fat burners for bodybuilders/athletes. Is there any fat loss aid or supplement which will help a common obese man/woman or simple common man/woman to lose weight. Also considering the point he/she does not resort to exercise or proper nutrition.
N.B. Why is exercise and nutrition a necessity in losing fat? Please answer with sound logic.

Any sort of caloric restriction will warrant results in fat lose. Some people will say they are worthless, but if they are proven to increase your calories you burn, yes they will work, even if you don't work out... but you won't get the best results with out a good work out, cardio and diet.

I couldn't agree more. In order to lose fat you have to create a caloric deficit. Exercise and diet can do this. Supplements can enhance this however you have to have your diet and exercise in check.

I like a lot of universal products, but animal cuts just did not do anything for me. That's like saying BMW is a fantastic car, but I felt like a Benz is more my taste. I've been using MAN scorch for a while, and it is one of the few "fat burners/energy products" I can feel working. I have a lot more energy and my appetite stays quite controlled while using it, effects I felt void while using animal cuts.
