just ordered some Mitotropin for my cut next month between semesters (can't concentrate during school on a low carb). I have tried reduction with lean xtreme stack before and it worked great, so I have high expectations for Mitotropin to beat that stack.
I play college football and I do not use steroids, so the only way for me to recover at a rate remotely close to that of my teammates is to shove food down my gullet. I only eat 8k calories for the first few weeks into the offseason, and eat around 6k calories from then on... kind of a deload period for me from the season.
I eat around 1800 calories per day and I am working out 5 times a week. 2500 should be enough IMO.
Why do you need such a large amount of food to eat? It should be around 15lbs of food or it contains a lot of fat.

As stated above, I am a collegiate athlete in a very competetive sport here in the U.S. My training is very different than a bodybuilding routine. I also have to deal with 3 1/2 practices and weight training on top of that. I also don't use steroids like my teammates do, so the only way for me to recover at a decent pace is to eat, eat, eat, and eat some more. BTW, I just finished a cut and I'm 240lbs @ 10~12% bf.... so I'm also bigger than the Average Joe.

I got it too!

I've tried Hydroxycut Hardcore and Lipo 6x. I think Hydroxycut was a little better.

Im personally a fan of VPX's Meltdown if you don't want any E. I think it's a pretty solid product if you can keep your diet under control. The only drawback for me was the fact that it had the reverse effect on me, it made me hungrier. Didn't have any appetite suppression.

I have not tried REDuction, no. I've read very promising things about it though. That will probably wind up being used in my next fat loss cycle.

IF your teammates use steroids they will get tested and lose their college. It's a known fact that you can NOT be a college athlete and use steroids.
Also you make it sound like football is some hardcore battle and working out isn't even as close to football... You can recover by sleeping, L-carnitine and just eating the CORRECT amount of food, and not some ungodly amount.
How tall are you? Photos?

1aa ball doesn't really test for banned substances....
I only get aroiund 5 hours of sleep because I have to study as I'm trying to transfer to the Naval Academy. Also, I burn up everything I eat. I don't EAT all my calories, I also DRINK them in the form of Real Gains and whey protein. Getting in 8k calories is not that hard. I'm not eating too clean, jsut getting in the calories. Besides, this is what works for me, so I do what I need to do to keep going. Plus, I only eat 8k calories for the first few weeks after football ends, then taper down to 6k. I'm not too worried about how I look, so I just eat whatever I want. Due to my lack of sleep, eating is the only way for me to still do the things I do.

So you're in route to heart failure down the road if you "eat whatever" and you're not too worried about how you look.
You might be young and your body might "eat" up all those calories, but it WILL catch up to you before you think... then you'll be 350lbs and clutching your chest.
I'm not knocking you, just trying to get you to understand that there are better routes you can take.
-

By "eating whatever", I don't mean I hit up fast food or go out to eat at a buffer 3x a day. My food calories still come from eggs, milk, PB, beef, chicken, and so forth... just not boiled chicken or egg whites or foods cooked to a bodybuilding diet. I also don't eat like a slob. I don't eat fried sh*t or chips. Still considered "healthy eating" in a way. I eat tons of carbs (500 to 600g) and good fats. I eat like a mix of an endurance athlete (carbs) and a powerlifter (protein, fats)....
I understand where you are coming from. I should add that I'm not a bodybuilder in any way, so my diet and approach may not present to you in a way a bodybuilder may percieve.... Even in the offseason, I add 45min of geneeal cardio in the form of swimming when I don't have my speed workouts.
Thanks for your consideration in my health. But please understand that I don't sit on my ass and eat burgers and fries all day. I eat big and work hard year round. My approach of exercise is different than your bodybuilding approach. Hope this clears up any misunderstandings.

Michael Phelps ate over 12,000 calories a day and he's one of the skinniest things you'll ever see. Just because you eat alot of calories doesn't make you out of shape or unhealthy really.....
-
I see everyone sayin stack lX with reduction .............how do you guys stack it. Im to lazy to go readin infos so tell me how you take those
-
200+ crunches is a a bit high. Do less, say about 12 sets while utilising different angles and hit a rep range around 10 and really squeeze your abs. Less can be more when building muscle! And as for the fat, crunches are not as effective as cardio in burning fat. Do cardio a few times a week, and eat clean! No need for an expensive fat burner, but if you do use one its benefits will be greatly enhanced by cardio.

well, thats not really a great statement
yes, Phelps easts about 12,000 cals a day............but do ANY of you do as much work as he does in a day?
if he DIDNT eat those cals, he'd pass out. the amount of training he does in the pool and everything, his body rips every bit of energy that it can.
average joe, even a bodybuilder, eating 12k a day is a bit crazy

He's not even a college athlete... he's a world Olympic gold medal winner. So yeah... it's an example, but a bad one.
I understand saying that you can eat 12,000 calories, but who wins 8 gold medals? (However many he won)
I've been taking 3g of L-carnitine + Xenadrine RFA-X... I love the amount of fat my body is losing... but my weight is staying the same. I do NOT want to stay at 180lbs, but it seems no matter HOW much food I eat... I'll burn it off in the course of the week and my body will get smaller.
I can't complain. :)
-
Gridiron is fine with what he is eating as long as his BF stays the same in the short term. The bad thing is if he eats that way after football.
When I was in playing football, I was eating 6k minimum calories at 185 and didn't gain a pound. I was also about 4% bodyfat. My metabolism was just through the roof, and I worked it all off. Some people burn food quicker than others. Even now, it is pretty hard for me to gain weight, but I eat much cleaner too, so it is hard for me to consume those kind of calories. But, at 30, it still takes me at least 2700 just to maintain. Some people are just different. Now, add weight training (more like powerlifiting and plyo which will consume more calories than bb training) and practice, and your caloric needs go up greatly.
Having said that, you can always eat cleaner and should, and that should always be a goal for EVERYONE!
As a side note, look at the moron mentzer. He ate 6-8 pounds of meat a day for 20+ years and blames his heart problems on steroids. IDIOT!

So Mitotropin is supposed to be pretty legit?

It's supposedly better than Ephedra and all the other hardcore stuff.
-
I'm using arson right now. It's some pretty good stuff. It coordinates well leaning up in the gym and doing cardio. Helps me lose a lot of water weight and seems to help burn fat under the skin. I have taken lipo 6, vpx meltdown, and ephedra before and this stuff works about as good as ephedra imo. It may just be me, though, but it is the best stuff I know of out there right now. I'm kind of impressed considering it's the same company that makes muscle tech. It also gives a euphoric feeling and really good focus.

Yeah, I'm tolerant to Stimulants, so I'm trying it as well.
Yeah, I'm tolerant to Stimulants, so I'm trying it as well.
Have you been on stimulants for a long while? Perhaps you should give your body a few weeks "off" of stimulants (even coffee and chocolate), which after you should shock your system back on to them and see what happens.
Perhaps use some dandelion root and milk thistle while you're "off" of stimulants.

It's been a while since I last took a fat burner- SUB Q... I do like the occassional Red Bull and PEA for testing purposes. When I mean tolerant I just mean I handle stimulants well; I believe my high body weight contributes to that fact, as well as my metablism.
I hope Mitotropin will work as advertised.
