I have taken EC in the past and I think its time to give it another go. I am planning on stacking MHP DREN with Ephedra. Do they stack? Is it any more dangerous than stacking it with Hydroxycut Hardcore or similar product or is it the same?

Alright team, I have been eating right and exercising hard for three weeks now and I feel great. I am currently taking the following supplements: Whey protein, Supercharge (pre-workout), a muilti-vitamin, fish oil, and glutamine. I have taken Lipo 6x before with very little results, however I was not eating right. Can anyone recommend a good, effective, non-ephedra, fat burner?
I use to take the redline drinks a while back and they seem to give me a little jolt. I would like to take something to help me with my efforts on getting lean. I know there is no such thing as a magical pill, however I know there are some great products out there.
Any recommendations from the veterans?
I just got the VOODOO. Its on the front page under new products. My girlfriend and I have been dieting for the last 3 months and we just decided to try this. Its actually really good. No crash and you sweat your butt off when working out.

you are doing great on REDuction, but after 60 days you should cycle off all stims for 7-10 days.

I'm going to give myself about two weeks off. While not using that, I'm going to be on 7-Keto and Milk Thistle.
There is a new fat burner from Reaction Nutrition called VooDoo. It's an all liquid cap for a great price. It reminds me of the first Ephedra products that gave you a very clean energy with no headaches or spinning sensation. I've dropped 15 lbs in the last month using this product and it helps give you a tremendous sweat. I highly recomend it!

I use NOW. I take 100mg x2 a day.
The max you should take it 200mg a day. That is what I've read all the studies have shown maximum effects.

I've read that you really shouldn't go over 200mg. So I would be extra careful with the liquid.
If it was L-carnitine on the other hand, I would do shots of that stuff. ;)

200 mg seems to be the most effective dose based on the research.

Hey Miami... Haven't tried them all but I had good success on Scorch and REDuction (I'm on it right now). Didn't have much success on Lipo, but others have which means you might give it another shot. I've not tried Animal Cuts but have heard some good things about it form the boards as well. Just scan the boards and see what others are saying. As for my recommendations right now, either REDuction or Scorch based on personal experience and success with those two. Others obviously will have varying advice based on their experience.

Guys I couldn't find a lot of info on the site about the best eating plan while on this. I noticed that some guys complain of craving carbs while on it, and I agree. However, I just ignore it the best I can.
Suggestions about diet?

I am taking 7-KETO and the first day I found it gave me a good boost of energy. The second day I didn't feel that "boost/feeling", but I know it's helping. I can feel a difference from the time I take my first dose, to the time the 2nd dose kicks in. It's a good feeling... like my batteries are getting recharged.
I'm taking 7-KETO (NOW) 100mg x 2 day. As for your diet, it should be just like a normal diet.
Stay away from simple carbs (sugar, breads, etc), eat vegetables, fruits (At least I do), fiber and protein... Low fat and/or low carb is what you can do.
My diet's been pretty solid, low fat, moderate carbs and protein and I've lost 63lbs so far. So it's working for me.

Great, I'm not feeling much on the stuff, but then again I suppose it doesn't work that way anyhow.
I eat a high protein diet on an every three hour basis, that's great plan if you aren't doing it. I find that gives me great energy.
I have a fairly small amount to lose and hope the 7-keto helps because it doesn't have any side-effects which I know of.

I have a log that's more detailed then doctors logs... I have a great plan, thanks though. I work out 4-5 times a day and jog every day 2-4 miles. Eat zero ****, no soda, no candy, only good fats, oatmeal, chicken, friuts and vegetables.
I wanted to try a HGH, but I read they are illeagal and foolish, so I stumbled on 7-KETO and spent several days reading and researching it.
I found that 200mg a day is the best results and it doesn't have the ill effects that DHEA has, but shares a lot of the same properties that DHEA does... I've been on it only for about a week and the "energy" feeling... not too sure about because I do take other things as well.
But, it helped me break past 184lbs and get to 182lbs. :)

Interestingly, i have been taking **** hyperdrive 3.0+ for two weeks and it hasn't done a thing for me in terms suppressing my appetite or increasing energy. I actually feel like i have an increased appetite and crave carbs, weight has remained the same. Maybe i'm not drinking enough water...
What i have noticed is that i sweat alot more in the gym and what is really weird is when i run on the treadmill at about 8.0 for ten minutes i usually have a heart rate of 180, for some reason my heart rate is about 170. If i run about 7.0 my heart rate is about is about 10 beats less a minute.
I've been taking one pill in the morning 30 minutes before my workout.

170BPM? Eek. I jog my ass off and it's about 120... resting is 59BPM.
But then again you are on a super stimulant. I would suggest drinking more water and if you're hungry, feed yourself, just don't eat candy and cake.

ahhh... the former cornerstones of a previous dieting life (or lack there of)...
anyways... two weeks into Reduction and I am happy with the product, no weight loss, but I am changing my body/fat ratio at the same time.
Also, my diet is not clean, and since I am taking care of a pregnant wife, it probably will never be again, but with reduction and my cla, I have been making steady progress.

My wife was pregant, she gained weight, lost it all, not a single stretch mark.
That's just a poor excuse. I see these women pounding bags of chips down like they are going out of style... it's not good.
My wife ate so well and took care of herself she gained what she needed, lost it all in the first month... so don't like that "excuse" of your wife being pregnant destory your diet.

okay, you're right...
I eat the stuff I want to but it is always in moderation, I think that is the key. I can eat pizza, but not half the thing, or chinese with some healthy substitutions... At the same time portion size and protein to carb ratio must remain good.
