Does someone have impressions from MAN Scorch fatburner? I'm gonna try it out , I was wanna know whether it worth the money. I'll use it along with carnitine, egcg and standartizex cayenne

About two years ago, I took two bottles of Scorch stacked with their Vaporize. I really didn't notice much from the cycle. I can't really recall any extra energy or loss in bodyfat.

I've actually had some good results from Scorch. I must admit I had better results before the reformulation a while back though. I took Scorch two months ago for a cycle and lost about 10lbs (that stayed off). I was eating around 1500-1700 and working out 2-3 times per week with weights. Here were my stats weekly during (I kept this log in a spreadsheet):
5/8 206.5 28%
5/14 203.5 27%
5/22 200.5 26%
5/30 196.5 25%

At least I do cardio 3xday for about 40-60 minute a session. I don't know exactly how calories I eat but they are little for sure. I eat only clean foods, almost withour carbs except my breakfast and afternoon before weightlifting, lots of veggies, and tons of water and green tea aside, good fats from fish and flax.

I've had some good results with MAN Scorch (one of my favorite thermogenics). I stacked it with Lipo6X though. :)
Lost a decent amount of weight.

I added all my calories for the day... about 1,200... eek! It's just that I'm not hungry and I always am eating, but it's small meals here and there.
I'm about to spike it though with Japanese food. :)

I'd check you calorie intake just to be sure... I've tried the no fat, low carb, good carb, high protein, blah blah, diets... Each one only worked a minimal amount. I finally realized that it was because I was eating too many total calories. I know there is a separate board for this type of discussion, but it is virtually impossible to lose weight while consuming more calories that you burn...

Well, I tried the large bottle of Hydroxycut Hardcore and it just seemed to make me sweat a bit more. I didn't feel like it did that much more for me. I followed up (after about a 2 week break) with another bottle and the results were no different.
I tried BSN's Atro-Phex and didn't notice anything. One and done.
I took two large bottles of Lipo-6X prior to competing and I think it did OK. I think it helped me get by when I was hitting the gym at 4am and again at 3pm. Honestly though, in regards to the Lipo-6X, my diet took care of the definition I was looking for.
The more and more I read about REDuction is causing me to purchase a back-to-back supply (maybe even another box.... we'll see). I've possible been invited to do a photo shoot in my area and I'd like to give this AM/PM formula a try while I do a pretty strict diet for the last few weeks prior to the shoot.
But, from the fat burners I *have* tried - Lipo-6X... REDuction is easily my first choice for something I haven't tried.

With my latest Bb.com order I ordered the free sample of REDuction with the rest of my order. Been looking for an ephedra-free thermogenic for a while now and thought I'd try it. I'm going to have to check around and see what others think of it to. I hope I notice something with it or else it's back to the store for more ephedrine for my eca stack.

This is what I wrote about REDuction and ECA and hard stimulants.

If you took time and read my log and checked out my bodyspace, I've been losing weight well before trying REDuction... but as stated before, I'm doing the best so far with REDuction. It's a nicely thought out formula that doesn't give you a massive boost of energy (followed by a massive crash), but a good solid energy and good control of appetite.
There are several people doing a log, and some have already finished their 30-day log.

I just read your log. Good detailed work there. Well, I read the first 3 pages and the last one anyway. It looks as though REDuction is working well for you. I'm going to have to pay attention to it closely to see how I feel. I hope it doesn't take away from my appetite too much because I'm trying to gain weight (at around 4000 calories a day) while reducing fat. You know, lean mass. I'm avoiding cardio like the plague because I'm a hard-gainer as it is.
I didn't notice any comments on using it with caffeine although the stimulant effect you wrote about would seem to negate caffeine use with it.
It takes a couple weeks for orders from here to arrive at my door in Canada so I'll still have to go with my eca stack in the interim but am looking forward to REDuction. I ordered it with an Optimum Nutrition weight gainer... Ironic eh? lol
My body fat percentage is currently at 8.97% (158lbs) so I may see where REDuction takes me.
I wish my bodyfat was that low. Mine's probably in the 20's somewhere...

The key for me was eliminating as much sugar as possible. I keep it very limited. Along with eating right, working out hard, and decent supplementation it's coming along. I'm hoping REDuction helps me advance further.

If you read my log (I'd say last 2 pages), you'll see everything I've eaten. I just had some meatballs today... but I don't ever eat like that. Made me feel sick... Meh.
