Is BSN Thermonex any good?
Anybody try lipo 6x. Might be just me but its pretty potent. Messed with the lining in my stomach after I killed more then half the bottle. Great energy though last long.
I got a bunch of free samples of adipo Kinetix, at a the NPC Mid Illinios show,I know it was banned a while ago. The people I got it from said this was a newer version. Has anyone had any expierence with this product, the new or old version?
Has anyone tried cutting w/o using any "fat burners"?
Just by lowering carb/caloric intake and adding cardio to see what can be done on your own?
I'd be very curious to see what could be achieved w/ and w/o the "fat burners".
I've been deployed now for about 3 months. My main goal when I got over here was to shred some weight. To answer your question, I haven't used any "fat burners" in the 3 months that I have been here. I came over here weighing in at 193.
My daily calorie intake is about 1300-1500 clean. Mostly chicken, tuna, steak as meats, and vegetables tha are provided.
My cardio has consisted of 2-3 miles every other day on the treadmill (30 mins max) then followed by 15 mins of ab excercises.
I am pleased to say that I am weighing in at 170 after the 3 months and have noticeable difference in my shape.
Hope that helps you out a little.
I've been reading through this thread, skimming through some, taking my time on others. There definitely seem to be some that stick out from the rest. Lipo 6, SANS, Hydroxycut, and many more. Overall it seems to boil down to your body type and what will stimulate it. The same fat burner that one person uses wont work the same on another person, you just need to find your niche.
Personally I've been deployed for over a month now. The base is pretty big so I end up walking pretty darn often. For the first two weeks I had a decent diet. With all the walking and the heat I still managed to gain 11 pounds and not in the way that I liked, while everyone else was losing weight. I weighed 218, the most I've ever weighed. Two weeks ago I started putting some major cardio time in the gym, adding the beginner workout I got from M & F, and maintaining a clean diet. The PX on base has a limited selection, mostly MuscleTech stuff. Without knowing a thing about the fat burners they have on the market I picked up Ripped Fuel: Fat Burner from Twinlabs during the middle of the two weeks that I've been working out. From the first week, which had more cardio, and the second week, which still has a lot of cardio but more time with the weights, I was losing more fat with RF. First week I brought myself down to 217, now I'm at 214 after the second week. Here they sell a bottle for 14 dollars, pretty cheap compared to the competition. In summary even with the muscle I've been gaining, I'm still losing the fat, and have definitely seen it around my legs, and some around my abs.
In summary, so far, we have a 21 page thread. Anyone see a common theme here?
1) Everyone's body is a little different. Some products seem to work for some, but not everyone. Some people just can shed the pounds pretty easily, some have to work at it, and some (myself) can bust their butt doing hours of cardio, eating right, popping these pills, and not seem to have any change in their body fat at all.
2) Perhaps a little trial and error, time and money will find what works best for you.
3) Getting yourself on the right diet...for you, is probably every bit as important as anything. Again, what works well for some, might not work for you.
It's all a frustrating process. Some seem to get it right, right at the start and never have to look back. Some have the genetics. Some have their young age. I've tried everything it seems. Nothing has worked so far. I can gain strength and muscle, no problem. I can diet, cardio, fat burners, and I still can't loose the 3 inch thick layer of fat on my gut. Been that way for years. I'm still searching for the right combination.
In order to help you we'd need to know your diet, an idea of what you do during the day, what exactly your time at the gym consists of, and any supplements you have been taking. When it comes to fat loss, everything you eat matters, and how you live your life. Going to the gym as often as you like wont do a thing for you if you dont live the rest of your life healthy.

Yea I didn't use any on my first cut, but I was around 230 then and lost down to 180.Then after a nice bulk I amnow currently on my second cut and using Hotrox and they are doing great for me.
Got a question. I have been bulking, during my bulk i bought a several tubs of NOSBLAST. I think it is similar to No-Xplode. I now want to cut and continue to take this supplement because i am continuing my regular workout and just cleaning up the diet and doing cardio. I also want to take a fat loss supplement, I was think Lipo6, HotRox, or Hydroxycut Hardcore. These are all stimulates correct? Would it be ok to take Nosblast and a stimulate together or should i go with a non stimulate? Any suggestions on a non stimulate?
I have completed my ECA stack and am looking out for my next burner stack. Thermorexin (which has Yohimbine) does not work very well for me (except giving hard ons lol) - so I might try somethign else.
What do you suggest? Man Scorch?

Scorch is 100% excellent.
Though I will throw in a 100% shameless plug :) for Thermostat from EST, I do believe it to be a pretty nice forumla as well.

How do Scorch and Thermostat compare, content/ingredient wise?
Thermostat is pretty awesome I used it for about 2 months while I was cutting off alot of my weight.

Great to hear, haven't seen a lot of folks using this yet..hopefully that changes over time!
How do Scorch and Thermostat compare, content/ingredient wise?
The cost is about equal for the recommended servings, just over $1 a day for both.
Thermostat

(caffeine, yerba mate 20%, cayenne pepper, forslean coleus forskolin 20%, capsicum.)
Cort-SP5: 224mg
(Appetite Suppressing Phase)
Simthin, hoodia gordoni 20:1, magnolia bark, phosphatidyl serine 20%
CF3 (Carb Facilitating Phase)
White kidney bean extract 200mg
Chromium polynicotinate 200mcg
Vanadium Chelate 100mcg
D2 (Diuretic Phase) 80mg
Dandelion, Juniper berry extract.
Scorch
Lean Green Green Tea SE: 250mg
-(90% Catechins, 60% EGCG)
-Total EGCG Per Serving: 150mg
P2 Oolong Tea SE: 250 mg
-(30% Polymerized Polyphenols, 10% EGCG)
-Total Polymerized Polyphenols Per Serving: 75mg
-Total EGCG Per Serving: 25mg
Caffeine USP: 200mg
XN? Xanthinol Nicotinate: 150mg
RK Raspberry Ketones?: 125mg

Coleus Forskholii SE (root, 40% Forskolin): 50mg
Ginger Root (5% gingerols & Shogaols): 50mg

Both solid formulas, both pack enough energy punch, scorch is slightly more focused on upping metabolism, while Thermostat is more balanced across a few goals : addressing metabolism, appetite, carb shuttling, and cutting a little water weight.
Is Lipo 6X any good?
Is Lipo 6X any good?
I literally just looked at that for the first time....its being touted as a thyroid booster, but I think there are better thyroid supps out there, Dicana and Thyrotabs come to mind.
Besides some weak thyroid boosters, its bascially caffeine / yohimbe / synephrine...stimulants that will slightly raise metabolism, and might reduce appetite.
If you wanna go the thyroid route (which I think you should hold off on that at your age), Dicana stacked with Thermostat or Scorch would be good, or for a low stim approach, Dicana , a quality green tea extract, and Sesaglow would be extremely synergistic.
thx a lot fer the reply
Honestly...do these diet pills work?
I tried SAN Tight for about 3 weeks and no results. I lift 4 days a week with the football team and Im trying to lose. Im 5'8, 203lbs and I want to be around 185...I have an Ok diet but it is hard to maintain because of a long school day.
What pills are recommended? I dont care if they are stimulated just as long as the caffeine does not exceed 200mg.
Thanks
Lipo-6 works great for me. Keeps the fat off. But the main thing is, to stay active in the gym or something.
Has anyone used these are they worth a try? Ive been told its the best but you need to use an added fat burner for best results...
Did anyone try both hotrox and lipo 6? Which is better for someone who wants to lose about 15 lbs, aka me?
ive been using san tight!hardcore for about 3 weeks now, one 2 pill dose in the morning before my workout on an empty stomach and ive lost about a lb a week so far while also doing carb cycling, 1 day no carb, 2 day low carb, 1 high carb, then back to zero carb

I've used both but not at the same time, personally i liked hotrox better as a fat burner i felt llike i got better results with it but both are great for an energy boost..
anyone try thermogain by muscletech? awfully enticing... creatine + thermogenics
Has anybody ever used clenbuterol to lose weight? I'm curious to know how effective it is. I have been told it give you lots of energy and can really melt the fat away if you follow a good exercise and diet plan. ???

horrible side effects, better off with a ec stack, unless ur already on gear, then u might wanna do a cycle with some clen and winny, but if ur clean right now stick with basic ephedrine stacked with a yohimbe based fatburner like lipo 6 or jet fuel.. im doin that with great results
Okay I'm a female so I doubt I would be using Winny :)
But I'm curious to know what the side effects are with clen?
There is also nothing on the market with ephedrine in it so how am I supposed to get it?

clen will make you shake like nobodies business, i mean, hands trembling so bad you cant write. those were the only side effects i had on it. I had a crappy diet and moderate exercise and still lost about 10 lbs with clen in about a month in a half, but i wouldnt recommend it.
do a search on the bodybuilding.com store for ephedra, they sell it for asthma purposes. buy that and some of the cheap caffeine they sell and stack 1 ephedra with 1 caffeine pill twice a day for about 2 weeks, then 2 ephedra and 1 caffeine. (it depends on what kind of caffeine pills you get, but you dont want to exceed 300mg a day)
I am going to test Animal Cuts in May.
But from what I hear, it works well.
Animal Cuts is great imo, and its fun popping the 18 pills a day with it too ;) I like its formula and it's working well with my current cut.
I tried gnc cuts before but didnt like them much, and i thought E/C made me too shakey, however looking back on it I may have been overdoing the coffee intake during that time because I was pulling a lot of late nights around that time.
I am getting ready to do a serious cutting phase. I am going to use the Lipo 6. I'm fairly new to the whole supplement side of this. Would it benefit me to take some sort of creatine with the burner during my cut phase? I would think it would help muscle size, and cut the fat. Am I wrong?
