On another note been looking at the CL website and the basic cutting/fat loss stack suggests GreenMag, but can you explain why stacking greenMAg with REDuction would increase fat loss? i always thought creatine/thermos were bad
does anyone have anything to say about Mitotropin? a link to info or thread? please, i'm desperastely trying to work my way down to 9% body fat and i'm plateau'd at 13%.
also i do not like stims so i decided for ****s and giggles to try Man Vaporize and i dropped about 8lbs. coupled with dieting and exercise of course.
its worth a try if you do not like stimulants.

creatine will keep your strength up while on a caloric deficit, so its a must on a cut imo :)

Okay, well, from what I've read so far it sounds like alot of people here are happy with "Controlled Labs" products. I was mainly looking into the "Advanced Fat Loss/Cutting Stack" Everything looks good so far I suppose. My only thing is I'm not really wanting to spend $346 on all of those.
Heres my GOAL- Lose Weight #1 , #2 Get Cut #3 Gain Muscle and strength (While not being incredibly sore the day after). And also decent energy either throughout the DAY, or at least during my workout.
Which of the following should I cut out for the results I want- I'm sure theyre all good, but since money is an issue I gotta cut something('s) out.
Green Bulge, White Flood, Reduction, Blue Up, Orange Triad, Golden Finish.
Which of these should be cut out. I was thinking Blue Up, Orange Triad (Since I am taking a multivitamin already), and Golden Finish. Maybe I am missing something, but thats what I have in mind for my 'This weekend purchase'. Thanks for any Feedback!

Bulk up then go on a cut, its easier to gain muscle mass if you got a bit of weight on you

question to controlled labs:
Ive been taking the REDuction PM for almost a complete month now. Im not sure if it really has had any effect on my weight loss at all? but it is a good sleeping agent let me tell you.
Well my question is, Is it just me or does this **** give you intense dreams? Like very detailed and intense about whatever your dreams about.
So is taking casein after the pm dose of reduction a problem?

Can someone pm me a good fat burner. I plan on going gym 3-4 times a week for a hour and half, and will be eating roughly 2000 calories a day.

Hyperdrive is still my favorite fat burner! I used the original formula (veno) last year with great results, and have been using the new formula this spring with good results as well. I am down about 12 pounds but can't remember specifically if I started Hyperdrive day one, or a week into the cutting cycle.
I have a lot to lose, so I'm guessing a leaner person wouldn't see the results I have. I have also reduced my calories and upped my cardio to help speed up the process.
It gives me a nice clean energy boost (not a heavy stim though) without a big crash. It helps suppress appetite (I still have craving to eat but they are milder than without it). And it definitely seems to help with fat burning. It is a must have supp for me when trying to lose weight!
The only reason I will look for another product is to cycle off Hyperdrive for awhile.

took my CL REDuction sample today before my long run this morning (with no food for about 2 or 3 hrs after, is this really a problem?) and i had nasty raspberry heartburn HAHA, but i can deal w/ it. i did notice an energy boost, but beside on the run no sweating throughout the day (maybe dehydrated?). im still trying to decided which fat burner to buy a bottle of. i had amazing results last spring with lipo 6 so i might stick....

I stand 5'9" and weigh 245 with a big fat belly. I'm looking to lose 25-30lbs. That's reasonable, but at my age it's so dam hard to lose even 1lb a week.

i had good results with hydroxycut hardcore
ECA stacks have been the only fat burners ive had noticable results from..ive tried lots of different productes looking for the same thermo feeling and energy and havnt found anything compairable as of yet...maybe many of them work great, but i tend to give up on them quickly if i dont like the initial feel. i know that wasnt really ur question, i just mean ive looked around and havnt been to thrilled by any ephedrine free fat burners..hope you have better luck and if u find something great let me know!

Thermadrene is ephedra free. The site you saw probably kept the information for the old version of Thermadrene (circa 2004). Come to think of it Thermadrene has had a steady following for 15+ years.
