i took arson... few months back.. .. was not impressed.... at all... i didnt even feel any energy boosts or anything when i reached full dosage.

All it takes to melt off fat is these two things:
#1. Diet. What you eat is 80% of bodybuilding / health. Your calorie intake should be about 85-90% of what you need to maintain your size.....and if you do #2, your body will use its fat stores for energy. Make sure you are eating CLEAN, and take out high carb meals like spaghetti to reduce your calorie intake to the proper amount.
#2. Cardio. Can't burn off fat without doing cario (at least not at any decent rate). You should get a heart rate monitor and do cardio at 65-75% of your max heart rate (which you should get a doctor to test, since the 220-age can be a fair amount off). This heart rate area (60-80% in actuality, but find your own best area within) is what you need to burn off fat.
3x 45min-1hr cardio days a week, and 15mins max of light cardio after your weights for a few months, and you will see it melt off like butter. (so long as you also eat better, and maintain a slightly lower than needed calorie intake).
Stairmasters and Stationary bikes (ones where you are sitting up high, knees only slightly bent) are two of the best ones I've used for burning off fat.

I very much agree to this. You cant remove the fat from your belly just by taking ephedra free fat burner. I tried just taking far burners and does very little cardio or workout an still I have not lost significant fat especially around my belly which is very hard to remove. But saw significant loss when I started working out.

i've been taking am in the morning as dictated, but i usually work out in the evening (like 8pm), could i take one pill when i wake up and another right before my workout?

I have a question regarding REDuction:
Previously I've tried Lipo6 and HotRox: I had no real negative side effects with either of them and found them to work decently, as I expected them to help control my apatite while slimming me down.
About six months ago I tried HydroxyCut Hardcore. It made me feel anxious, jittery, and worstly, very aggressive. From what I read, REDuction has quite a following in this forum; If I order it, might I experience some of the same intense issues with aggression that I dealt with when taking Hydroxycut Hardcore? Thanks!

I took Hydroxycut Hardcore for about a week or two. It gave me tons of energy for my cardio days, but everytime I took it in the morning, I would get really nauseated. It also sucked because I wouldnt be able totake it after 4ish, because I would be up till 3am.

Ive been taking Xenadrine RFA-x and it works phenomenol, but immediately after my workout I am absolutely drained. The energy level just isnt there. Maybe its just my intensity or has anyone else had this issue?

For almost the past year, I've taken on a very healthy lifestyle, after a lifetime of crappy diet and little activity. I've lost around 50 pounds. I used to think the most beautiful female was soft and princess-like. Now, my inspiration is Jillian Michaels.
I want a ripped, lean look. I'm not looking to win bodybuilding competitions, just to be on the ripped side of "toned" and to have little excess fat.
Currently, I'm at those stubborn final 10-15 pounds. I want to burn fat and gain muscle. I do cardio 5-6 x a week and strength train 3 x a week. However, sometimes I wish I had more energy during my workouts and cardio. My diet is very, very clean. Besides a multi-vitamin and fishoil, the only supplement I take is protein powder.
I'm curious to try a fat burner, to see if it helps me blast those stubborn jiggly bits. I'm a 5'4", 134 pound, 18-year old female.
What would y'all recommend? What is the best way to take said product? What side effects should I expect? Any further tips?

Ive been off this forum for a while, what's the current best fat burner? Im currently on DREN , it started off crazy but im getting used to it, its still the best fat burner i've ever taken. Is there anything stronger than dren ??

Obviously diet and training will have the biggest impact on your fat loss.
Fat burners can definitely help you get past a fat loss plateau and give you energy. You just have to be cautious if you are sensitive to stims.

Oh yes! I'm not expecting to suddenly be able to stop working out and eat bon-bons all day. I just think that it would be a possibly good supplement to my preexisting routine.

Thermadrene is a very good, basic fat burner. It does not have all the bells and whistles that some formulas have but for the price it's tough to beat.
