i second that. cuts is the best because of all the ingrediants in all the pills. its not just 2 or 3 pills that are all the same. every pill is different which makes animals cuts effective and the best. the pak it comes in is also convienent when your on the go and you need to take it when your out of the house.

Last time I was on a cut I used Lipo 6x and Animal Cuts together and got a good result. Every other week I switched it up to Hydroxycut Hardcore and Muscle Asylum's cutting supplement. Although the 4 supplements can get pricey, I got more cut than I've ever been.
Cellucor D4. Totally makes me sweat buckets. It's like Xendrine RFA w/o the ephedra--I have to add that myself :)
Cellucor T7 is also an excellent catalyst for that as well. Makes me sweat even more. I dont know if its good or bad in the long run, have only been using the combo for 2 weeks. Have used D4 many many times in the past..no dehydration or other ill effects

I was looking to start up a new multi-vitamin as my last set is out. Saw that everyone suggests Animal Pak for the multi-vitamin, but I was wondering about stacking with a fat burner as I need to cut some more fat. I'm 22, weigh 179lb, and have aprox 22% bf last I checked(was 32% in November). I was looking at getting either Lypo-6 or Animal Cuts to cut fat. The main question was whether it's ok to use these in tandem due to my BF still being high. Also, is mixing the Animal Pak with Animal Cuts/lypo-6 ok? if so, how should i stagger the doseages as well as how many pills do I take for the diet stuff?

However, I was wondering something. If I am on adderal XR (extended release) should I take fat burners. I am just trying to get cut for the summer so I need to shed like 5-10 pounds for some definition.
Also, should I take fat burners if I am trying to gain muscle. I currently workout about 5 days a week and take 40-45 grams of protein after every workout. I am trying to gain muscle and get some definition at the same time.
How should I go about this and can I/should I take fat burners if I am on adderal XR 20mg?

[/QUOTE]I'm not sure about your question about the fat burner...because I'm not all that sure what kind of medication that is that you're on...but if you want to gain muscle ...just eat. You want to injest at least 1 gram of protein for each pound that you weigh.

I just tried Ignite by Next Level Nutrition(nlnutrition.net) it worked really good, lost 6% bodyfat. I like it because it has 2 types of caffeine and yohimbe so it kicks as good as any ephedra product Ive tried, it also has diuretics in in to get rid of the excess water weight.

What would yall suggest for a woman? I read a few pages back and seen that no One burner was recommended. I've been searching and am down to VPX Meltdown and Lipo 6 (for women). I don't normally respond well to fat burners. I'm taking Ripped Fuel now, with no differences. I did get results for the first few weeks with nano-slim, and tried it a again a few weeks ago, to no ado. I don't need to lose much weight, just fat. 6ft, 157lbs. Been in th gym over a year now, but still have a mommy tummy. What do yall think of each of the above?
I just finished my first bottle of Hydroxycut Hardcore today and I'm satisfied with the results to a point. Unfortunately for me I work all throughout the day and don't usually get home till around 530 t0 6. It's a bitch because I do find that hydroxycut works best when you take it right before your workout. Well it would be ridiculous to take this stuff at 630 to 7 at night because even though it says 5 hours before sleep your not going to sleep 5 hours after you take it. I feel the best on my days off when I can take it when i want to work out and not when I have too. Is it a good product? Yes it has given me burst of energy. But I feel my body crashes off of it sometimes. (I find myself dozing occasionaly.) But I have started to generate my 6 pack. I also eat extremely healty and strick and a do a ton of cardio.
In my opinion it does help for those who can't always work out on a schedule they want too. But I also would say, with an excellent schedule of cardio and strict nutrition, your results are going to be minimal

Everytime I would stop I felt like my chest was caving in and I was going to die! No wonder you lose weight. If you stop moving you'll have a heart attack! But anyhow, I've had good luck with Syntrax gugglebolic extreme. I could feel my temp rise but have no jitters and no climbing walls! Teamed with Prolab's Metabolic Thyrolean, I've actually been able to lean up more than I was able to without them. They don't work super fast or have miracle results, but they did give me a little extra boost. There was a noticeable difference. Hope that helps for anyone out there in my situation.

I am looking for a good fat burner and all the ones that are rated as working well have Yohimbine HCL- in them(lipo6 etc) thing is over here in Australia this is banned so can anyone suggest a product that would give me good results?

My question is: when I have been on the treadmill in the gym, my heart rate has been apparently from 180-190
Is this too high for burning fat? My goal has always been to burn as many calories as I can, but I'm not sure if thats just making me lose muscle, or lose fat.
What heart rate obtain to lose fat? I feel like I'm doing nothing if im around 120's

Experts (LMAO) vary in what is best cardio/heart rate for fat burning. A good range is 65-85% of your estimated Max Heart Rate.
Some schools preach HIIT others believe in steady state cardio of long duration 45-60 minutes with HR 60-75% others the same but higher heart rates 70-85% without going anaerobic.
Cardio equipment with built in heart rate monitors are very unreliable and inaccurate. You need to spend about $100 on your own monitor for best calculations.
