not sure if this is helpful for anyone, but i'm a pretty lien person and take fat burners to help take care of any fat that my cardio doesn't get rid of.
i'm trying to build muscle so it's a fine line i have to walk with fat burners. i've tried a few fat burners such as Xenadrine Hardcore, Ripped Fuel and Hot-Rox.
by far i have had the most success with Hot-Rox. I've been able to stay very lien with Hot-Rox, but still able to put on muscle... probably because it promotes testosterone production. also i got some mild side effects from xenadrine and ripped fuel such as headaches and acid reflux

If your pics are any idication, then sweet.
Did you go with Hot-Rox or the Extream version?
thanks. i'm just using regular hot-rox right now. my buddy is using extreme and he finds it too potent
Ive been taking Animal Cuts. I lost 12 lbs on the first cycle.
A guy at the gym I work out in has lost 40 lbs. in 3 months. He takes MAP's Arson...but he also does a ****ton of cardio.
I was wondering how you go about using these fat burners. Do you use them everyday, or just on workout days? Do they affect your sleeping patterns? Also, I haven't seen many women posting on this thread.. are they a bad idea for women, as in only big strong dudes can handle them?
has ne one tried the venom tri-lean stack I've read some good things but wanted to see if ne one is currently trying it and get some current info.
lilly_julia -- from what i understand women can definitely take fatburners (probably not if you're pregnant though). in fact my girlfriend takes one Xenadrine Hardcore before she works out. she is tiny ~5'2", ~115 lbs so she limits to only one pill. i take 4 hot-rox per day... 2 in morning and 2 in evening. if i take them too close to bed i do have trouble falling asleep. otherwise i've had no side effects

Women (of all sizes) can definetely use fatburners. Every person is different and you should start out slowly when trying fatburners for the first time. Start with the minimum dose and work your way up to see how you react. Keep in mind that most labels suggest dosing that would be good for a 200lb man to use.
I take Adrenalean, my company's fatburner, twice a day. Once early in the morning and again in the afternoon. I am 28 year old and I weigh 138 pounds (unfortunately) and I take 3 caps two times each day. I am a person that tends to respond to supplements exactly the way that I'm supposed to.
If you take stimulating fatburners every day you will need to take a break after using them for 8 weeks or so.
To avoid problems sleeping, make sure that you take your last dose of the day 6-8 hours before bed.

It depends on your goals at the time. While cutting I'll cycle in stimulant fat burners at the recommended dose, and offseason I may take a stim preworkout on occasion just for energy. Fatburners are typically not gender specific.
Lots of good advice, thanks everyone. And probably only taking one would be good enough for me.. seeing as how the dosage on the bottle is appropriate for a 200 lb. man!
In the past I've used fatburners that worked right away but, I used them too much and they stressed me out! I also wasn't just using them to workout.. I was using them to study all night and then go to work at 7:30 in the morning. I'd really like to avoid that pattern of behavior, but of course I would also love to get the most benefit from my workouts. What does everyone reccomend? i've heard xenadrine and adrenalean so far. Heard lipo 6 was good and I keep seeing "animal cuts". Whats the best buy for the money? (I guess that IS what this thread is all about!)
i was just checking prices at gnc and they have fat burners such as lipo 6x hers, and farenhiet which are designed for women, youd probably be better off with a fat burner for women
yes, maybe I'll head down to GNC and try the lipo 6-hers tomorrow. I know I'm going to have to give up coffee if I'm doing a fatburner.. I simply just love the ACT of drinking coffee! But both would be waaaay too much.
isnt hydroxicut hardcore by muscletech supposed to be really good

You're 14... You're 112 lbs...getting past the fact that you do not need any type of fat burner, yes I've had great results from HH, the only MuscleTech product I will defend.
i just started bsn atro-phex today, great focus and energy gains today, ill post back with fat loss in a week or two
I used hydroxycut hardcore and have mixed feelings on it.. I believe it works to a degree but since im super strict with carbs, cardio and weighlifting...its hard to say if the HH had any impact... I did lose weight though.
i just bought MAP's Arson and Altered Stat. what is evrybodies take on the two products as far as stacking a fat-loss supp and an NO supp for muscle growth..
and how well or what type of side effects and results might i noptice?
I've been using Fyre since it came out and have had great results from it. :)
Stopped taking it when they decided to sue some forum members. Now using Scorch, which I like a little better. I feel a little more focused now. :)
ive heard good things about lean extreme by ds, does anyone know if it is safe for someone my age?
Iv just finished a cycle of maximuscles thermobol
it was ok, nothing major but did the job
I try doing it natural because I tend to keep the fat off without using a fat burner but going to look at using hot rox before a holiday
The only true fat burners that work are The original ECA stack truly containing efedra speeding up your metabolism 3% or Clenbuterol and cytomel or synthroid witch can raise your metabolism 5 to 10% or DNP witch you should read about it, it can speed your metabolism but can also kill you if your an idoit and take it incorrectly. I have used clenbuterol and efedra both work very well. I have never used DNP. I wanted to know if any one could give me some info on the use of the drug and real experience O yeah it can raise your metabolism 40 to 50%
The only other thing that will burn your fat is your hard work and your diet.
Any one here try VPX's meltdown yet??
Those drugs i mentioned before just helps your body do what is does better. Don't waist any of your money on fat burners that do not work. Witch is all legal ones. The only ones are what i already stated. There not legal and can harm you if and only if your an idiot and don't look into how your suppost to use them.
Can someone give me a little advice on what the best fat burner out there is, since the banning of ephedra.
I live in Ireland, and there are very few fat burners available, most of them being thermogenics, so I am quite limited in my choice.
I don't have much to lose, but it's that stubborn layer of fat across my midriff that is really getting to me. I have been doing 200+ crunches a day for quite a while, and I can really feel the muscles underneath, but no amount of cruches seem to be shifting it.
I don't want to try cutting gels though.
NVE Stacker 2 EF looks good, but would like to hear from someone who knows a little bit more than I do.
I really would appreciate any help any of you could give,
Ta.
I like Hot Rox myself, but those crunches won't do anything but develop your abs under your fat. Diet check, body fat down, abs will come.
Some argue that thermogenics are a waste of time and money. I agree that most of them do about the same thing. But if nothing else I seem to need them just to get motivated enough to make it to the gym and get through my work-out.
Am I weird because I "need" them?
I don't know about Concerta, but I was taking ******** for several years and when I began working out and taking thermogenics I was not aware you should not mix them. I thought I was going to have a heart attack....ask your doc or look it up.

Ephedrine is a helluva drug.
dieting and self control should be used with a ec stack. if you can't get ephedrine its the next best supp and it doesnt cost u a cent

It's the kind of side effect people might not notice. Hot-Rox claims their regular (non-Extreme) product shouldn't affect BP. Thanks.
