No one has had any experience with Thermo Hydroxadrine? Seems appealing to me. (cheap!) also, im 5ft 7, bout 150lbs. apprently i should only consume 450mg caffeien p/day. should i lesson the dosage of fat burner?i currently take AST Dymetradine Xtreme, 1 tab 3x p/day & take 1 extra before weight training. i sweat like theres no tomorrow pushing hard but i havent noticed many other changes. Occasional jump in the heart

Wouldn't VasoPro Ephedrine 25 mg (available from the bb store) and Hydroxycut (or any other HCA based/caffeine injected fat burner) stacked together make for an ideal combo?
Also, perhaps not as important a question would be: How about adding synephrine to the mix (if the "fat burner" doesn't already include it)? How about adding Yohimbe?
SAN TIGHT, at least for me. I have NOT used this. After reading page 1 through 12 i found the best things that meet my needs were in SAN Tight, Lipo 6 and MAN Scorch. But then I ruled out the ones that lean too much on appetite suppresant (Scorch and Lipo 6) and I was left with SAN Tight, since it claims to remove fat cells to "better burning ratio areas"...all in all it makes some miracle like claims, but I will give it a try. I took 6 months off any supplement to start clean and see if something like this really improves results.
I am doing cardio every other day for an hour and eating 4 times a day. Once I start on the SAN Tight I plan to change to 6 smaller meals, and keep the cardio. I lift weights everyday, but have not been achieving the ripped look I want. To keep it short I will give this one a try and post results on Dec 5th.
Starting at 252#, and 23%BF. I am 6'1 and trying to get to 220# with around 15% BF in three months.
Keep motivated, NOTHING comes easy, but if no partial results in 3 weeks, F*** IT, I'll save my liver for bourbon'! Damn right I don't mean the street in New Orleans!

Looks good, but I'm going to try Thermoloid fat burner because it does a lot of stuff like Tight! does but its almost 4 times the serving size. It burns fat, and blocks carbs/fat too, plus has the appetite suppressant. Will update. Thermonex is ok too, but maybe the serving size is a bit small.

yeah San Tight didnt do anything for me either. Didnt do anything different with how I worked out or ate. The results I got were just the same as not taking it.
I'd say Lipo-6 is good for not having ephedra, although everything out there is absolute crap next to the weakest ephedra pill.

Anyway I can see the results of this thread?? For example, can an admin post like a bar graph or just the ratings for all the different products that were listed here? Which was best, which was worse. I really don't want to sift through page after page, cuz it really gets confusing after 10 people suggest a product, only to have that same product being called sucky by the next 10 people.

I dont know if retroactive polls are even possible on vbulletin. However, even if it were it would:
A) take awhile for 1 admin to pool all the data together
B) would as you mention, have 10 positive reviews for a product negated by the next 10 people claiming it sucked, etc.
I read all the reviews and narrowed it down to Redline, Scorch, Lipo-6 (kind of iffy according to the reviews here), ThermoRexin, Tight!
I ended up choosing Redline, and feel that it is a pretty solid product, more based upon my results with it giving me crazy sweats while I am working out, with a solid jolt of energy. Having said that, I am not stuck to it. Next time I think I want to try Scorch or Tight, if not an E/C stack. (this is not to say I wouldnt buy Redline again, but I also like to know that Im not missing out on other positive products)
Hope this helps, and unfortunatley, as you have figured out, there isnt going to be 1 resounding "product x is the best" on this board, different products work for different folks. Also some people are, believe it or not, paid/supplied with product for their positive public statements.
Almost all of these products have the same or similer ingrediants, lets take a look:
Synephrine HCL: (basically speed) gets your HR up, your BP up, your CNS going. This is what companies are using in place of ephedrine for the "speedy" effect, of course this chemical also reduces your appetite as anything with a "speedy" effect will. If you like jitters and high bp, youll love this...
Caffeine (anhydrous usp): its caffene, its in coffee, HR up, BP up, CNS up, appetite down. Too much and stacked with synephrine and you WILL start to jitter.
Guggulesterones: there soppose help burn fat, makes you sweat and feel warm when ingested, there are some interesting reports on this stuff if you search for it. Might work, might just be some crap that makes you warm.. lol
Yohimbine HCL: not a fat loss agent, makes me horny tho, i like it
Bioperine: not a fat loss agent, this increases the ability of your body to absorb nutrients, sounds good, i like it
NONE of these ingredients are direct fat burners except for maybe the guggulesterone stuff. They work SYNERGISTLY to HELP you loose weight.
Synephrine/Caffeine/any other speed = More energy, More likely to work out, do cardio, sweat, higher HR, therefore - higher metabolism - less weight.
mix that with Guggels to make you sweat more (you feel like your losing weight), yohimbine to make you horny (nice), and bioperine to help you absorb more vits/minerals (this is good for you) and you have a pretty decent SUPPLEMENT (i guess), But this stuff should SUPPLEMENT you woking out, and eating correctly.
THOSE ARE THE TWO FOUNDATIONS OF FAT LOSS:
1>Cardio AND Resistance training (cardio to increase your metabolism to burn fat) and resistance training to enlarge your muscles so they burn more calories.
2>Your diet. 6 SMALL meals PER DAY. 1 portion carbs, 1 protein.
YOUR SUPPLEMENT SHOULD NEVER BE YOUR FOUNDATION FOR FAT LOSS!

You absolutly, WILL loose weight if you eat like this and train like this.
The SUPPLEMENTS you take will HELP you along but your body needs to be put in the right "mode" to reduce your fat stores and increase muscle.
You could take all these supps stacked together (lipo-6, hot rox, surge, shoot, spit , fire, volacano) and it wouldnt do **** except kill you from an OD of synephrine/caffeine. and if you eat 3 meals of FAT and High Fructose Corn Syrup and sit on your ass all day, even if you only consume 1500 calories, you will get fat as hell. You would probably get fatter even if you ate 1 TIME a day, and all you ate was a couple bottles of soda and bige fries.
Learn how and why your body stores fat and sugar in fat and you will learn what NOT to do (which is what ANYONE who is fat is doing, by the way).
Try this: do the above cardo/training/diet. Take a supplement (fat loss) whatever one has the prettiest label (it doesnt matter)
and:
Remove simple sugars from your diet (including any white bread or cake or doughnut, or sugar in coffee/tea.
Get rid of anything that has High Fructose Corn Syryup in it, especially those damned workout drinks that have it (what a joke)
Drink more water (its not hard, just do it)
Do NOT eat ANYTHING fried damn it. Fish/Shrinp/Chicken Nuggets veggies, ARE NOT good for you after they have been cooked that way. If they were, we would all be eating fried protein shakes and loosing weight!!!!
DO NOT drink tons of OJ or MILK (way too much simple sugar)
Do, drink protein shakes 2 or 3 a day, do eat breakfast EVERYDAY, use splenda in your coffee instead of sugar or nutrasweet/whatever(they are neurotoxins), eat veggies EVERY DAY , baked fish/chicken/turkey/beef/ whatever, i would skip ham and no prime rib for gods sake. Eat oatmeal, or wheat bread, wheat pasta, baked potatoes, and other good carbs.
If a "fat" person where to follow just ONE suggestion above, they probably would loose a little weight

does ephedra ever go bad? a buddy of mine has a bottle from awhiles who only used 2 pills... those 2 pills gave him the jitters so he let it collect dust... now im takin the bottle from him for $20... does it ever go bad?

Take a capsule, open it up. If the stuff inside is dark brown and hard, its stale, but it might still work. Take one and see what happens. If the stuff inside is light to medium brown and flaky or dusty its like new and should work fine. If its black, throw it away.
Take one to start off with and see what happens. The usual dose is 2 caps, 2-3 times a day. But start with 1x 2-3 to see how ya handle it. I could never take 2caps 3x a day, I would freak and doing that can not be good for your cns.

I would have to say VPX redline. This stuff is comparable to doing lines of crank. Just be careful with it.
Like Marshal. I too take Thermoloid. I love this product! No shakes or jitters and no "crash" when it is done! I was 218lbs and now I am 210lbs. Lost 8 lbs in the same time frame as Marshall. I have been useing Ephedrine for about 7 years (25mil and 200-400 mil of caffine). I use no more than 100 mil of ephadrine a day and will be useing about 5 days a week. Has anyone herd of any "psychotic episodes" while DRINKING AND USEING EPHADRINE?

It depends on your genetic make up. Lipo-6 didn't do much for me, but SAN Tight kicked butt. If you stack CLA with any of those you should see positive results. CLA is the bomb!
I just recently finished a log on Thermoloid. In 15 days on this thermogenic, i lost 3% bodyfat, but i was maintaining a 100% diet and training 4-5 days a week. Check out the log in my signature if you want to see before and after pictures.
Even when i finished the log i was skeptical, but the before and after pictures and the numbers made me a firm believer in the product. I'm definately goin to use it in the future.
Well Gentlemen, I have been fighting this mighty battle pretty much since my birth, so I empathize with ya'll. I've tried just about everything, including exercise til exhaustion, and I'm almost to the point of resigning myself to surgery, but not quite yet. So here is my experiences with exercise and supps:
First, let me state I think my problem is the result of a genetically slow metabolism. My body temp is below normal (by about 3 degrees), my heart beat tends to stay pretty low (take 10 minutes of hard-hard running before it decides to bounce over 128, which is considered to be my fat burning zone), and I'm always tired. Add that to the fact that everyone in my family is fat, and there ya go.
But, all is not lost! In 8th grade, I was 5'4" 190 lbs! That's about the time I took up heavy athletics. Over the course of about 5 months I had dropped to 150 lbs. with no supps. Of course, I was doing wrestling, track, football, and weight training. As anyone will tell you, the key to losing weight is staying physically active, but that is not really what this thread is about.
Now, how to supplement activity to burn weight... That's a little tougher. I started back in the day with the old Hydroxycut. That's BEFORE the ephedra ban. The stuff did wonders to suppress my apetite and even gave me some energy without to many jitters. But, there was a caveat. I didn't understand my body then, so I would simply NOT eat while the hydroxycut suppressed my appetite. BAD IDEA. This slows down your metabolism, as your body (from years of evolution) goes into conservation mode and starts burning unused muscle instead of fat. If if does this, you'll just start to look gaunt and have that those fat deposits bulging from your skin and bones. Do like you've seen on these board and eat somewhere between 4-6 meals a day, small in portion and fat, but high in nutrients. Also, supplement it with a multivitam. Nutrients like Chromium and Iron will help your metabolism function like it should.
Now, what to do after the ephedra ban? Well, I tried ephedra-free Hydroxycut (it did crap for me), then Xenadrine (which just made me jittery and kept me from sleeping, although it DID keep me from gaining weight), Xenacal (same as Xenedrine in effects), Metabolife (kept me focussed and I lost a few pounds, but that also had ephedra), Lipo-6 (didn't notice much in the way of jitters, but also no real increase in focus, energy, and most importantly, didn't really lose more than 1-2 pounds, which came back afterwards), and Sesathin (just stick with Fish Oil instead unless you need the liver support, which this is pretty good at).
Moral of the story, I found nothing without ephedra which I found to be real helpful. So, the solution: Take ephedra. Recently, I read up on the ECA and ECY stax. Do a quick search on them and you'll get some more info. I've tried both. I prefer ECA, because I get tight in the chest and headaches on ECY. That doesn't mean YOU will, but I DID. They are both excellent at increasing focus, decreaing apetite (making those small meals easier), making you WANT to exercise (drive can sometimes be an obstacle, but not if you try this), and losing weight.
So, if you are trying to lose some weight, there are no miracles, but you will probably find this effective enough. If you take it and exercise, you will feel a little warmer than normal; this is normal. But, you will also lose weight (more than the average supp support, and usually cheaper). If you take this and don't exercise, you will still lose pounds, but if you go off (and you'll have to eventually, cuz your body builds tolerance to caffeine), you'll gain it back quickly.
