I notice the am dosage on reduction says 30 mins before breakfast right, so it would be 30 mins before taking in food. or is it still 30 mins before cardio. How long does it take for reduction to be broken down. Like most would say wait 30 mins etc.
This last sunday, I started taking MAP Arson. Between then and thursday, I lost 9 pounds. I don't blame it solely on the burner. I started eating smaller portions, and did at least 2.5 miles of running/jogging/sprinting per day. Plus I weigh 221 at 22% body fat (taping system not callipers)...So I would suppose it is safe to assume that 9 pounds for me is good considering my BF.

Nice dude, I used Arson after two cycles of Hydroxycut Hardcore, and Arson really helped me lose that last 7 lbs I was looking for with just one bottle. Good luck, let me know how it turns out for you.

guys, I need help
i started trying to lose weight about 6 months ago. I was 255 pounds when i started. BF% of 32(machine)
I started with Hydroxycut Hardcore, cut down to about 235 in a month. after that i then switched to the BioGenetix stack... its a fat burner, creatine, and NO... cut down to 230... but gained quite a bit of muscle.
since then I tried the Adicor fatburner... it gave me energy... but did not really assist me in losing weight...
As it stands right now, i am 215-220 and 23% BF(Caliper)
I am now starting a BCAA powder(4g leucine,2 g isoleucine, 2g valine), and a protein powder that has amino acids(Pro5)
But after extensive reading, i am more confused than ever on what fat burner to buy... what would someone recommend for someone in my situation...
Goals- reach 18% BF... have my arms grow from 17" to 20"... and trim down on my abdominal area...
anyone have recommendations on fat burner... based on my goals?

Lipolyze from Species is legit....no stimulants at all. Only fat burner I take.
Man CL has almost everything for great prices. When I use a fat burner in the future (a good while away), CL REDuction is probably gonna top the list of ones to try.

30 mins before food. takes about 20 minutes to start be absorbed, but its time released.

sure thing, but its stims only once during the am, the pm is stim free by design. most formulas overload you with stims, which is not a great way to lose fat.

i figured more energy, leads to more activity... more activity leads to more calories burned... more calories burned leads to weight loss.

Thats like saying having 3 energy drinks is better than having 1. 3 is way overkill for me. To much stims will lead to a crash and is unnecessary sometimes.

and after reading everything here from u mainly, i will try REDuction AM/PM after my VPX meltdown is done, which is soon. Since ive been on hydroxycut prior and meltdown now, u recommend 7-10 days off before starting the REDuction? Also, any additional CL products to include in addition to the REDuction. I wanna lose as much fat% as possible in the quickest amount of time. I am doing NO weights at all currently, just 1 hour of carido varying the time/machine (bike, elliptical, stairclimber, treadmill, different elliptical, abs).

Some people will say 7-10 days in between, but if you've been on Hydroxycut and Meltdown almost back to back, I would recommend 3-4 weeks off before starting the REDuction, let your body get acclimated to not having these products in your system again, and it will make the REDuction more effective.
Also, I'd but some sort of weight lifting into your routine, even if it is a three day split. It will help you tone up for sure, and you will continue to lose the weight that you have been with the cardio.

10 days should be good, but its from all stims. if your looking for a great stack green magnitude and purple wraath are both great to use. they will help keep strength, endurance and recovery up while on a restricted caloric diet.

According to bF test(calipers) i have 185 pounds of non fat... and the rest fat...
My weight goal in the long run is to get to 150-160 pounds...
