Sucks, but in today's world of "fast acting" "instant pumps" and "massive gains!!!" ads you have to weave through the supplements via trial and error. It's a nice word to hear what others have tried, what has worked for THEM and what hasn't, but what people tend to ALWAYS FORGET is that one thing might work horrible for them, but might be the magic pill (powder, etc) for another person.
It is a costly investment, but I believe you (as a human, or anyone for that matter) and I are worth the investment. Health is the best gift one can give themselves.
If we're so picky and always like to "try" new foods or something, why shouldn't supplements be the same?
But as I've said a trillion times, things are always have to be taken with a grain of salt... there are a few things even I won't get hyped into *Cough* MUSCLETECH *cough*... but to each their own.
As for you being able to handle supplements... each person is different. Lets just hope what you're looking for in this next supplement is the one for YOU. ;)

I used HH for about 2 months and lost a solid 20lb of fat.
I am really doubting that HH had much to do with this. Straight diet of no more than 1750 calories thanks to counting every calorie on fitday.com. Lifting 3x a week /w 45 mins of biking and 3x a week of HIIT.
After using "fat loss pills", ive come to realize they are more motivational than anything else. If your diet is not in check, you're not going to lose weight, period.
On a side note having a six pack during the summer time feels great.

Just wanted to get everyones opinion regarding stacking. I already talked with the guys at controlled labs but wanted hear yours guy's thoughts.
I have been using REDuction almost done with my 2nd month supply and got excellent results. I will be taking a 2 week - 1 Month break on supplements. Well i want to plan on my next workout and supplements. I want to continue to loose weight and get definition on my body. I was told to stack REDution, Green Mag & Purple Wrath. Do you guys think this is a good stack? What the difference between green mag, purple wrath, and white flood? Any help is appreciated so i can finalize my list so i can order. :).

I believe it's also because Mito acts upon the Thyroid indirectly. I'm taking it anyway, as long as you follow the directions to a T you should be fine.

Thanks for taking the time responding to my emails. I actually sent you another email regarding which ones i am post to take during the day.
With Reduction i have lost 30lbs+ with the right Dieting. You recommended me, reduction, green mag and purple wrath. I don't need white flood?

white flood would add in well, but make sure to spread it out 4 or more hours from the REDuction AM dose

you can eat as much as you want and still loose fat, Its what you burn compared to what you eat, if you burn more then you eat then your loosing weight.

Yes... but it's very difficult to out cardio/work out a bad diet.
If you get your diet in check then things are 100x easier.

update on the mitotropin. im loving it i feel it. ive never felt a thermo or fat burner. it not a bad feeling though. also it gives good energy but keeps me hot all day. only bad thing is that i feel like im dehydarated all the time and i drink water all day. when i took reduction i could never drink water when it said to drink water.

My husband started Mito 3 days ago and the scale says he lost 3 lbs. Let's hope it is not water weight and actual weight (fat) loss. So far so good with no side effects.

My results were exactly same!
The REDuction program is easily managed (@ 2 pills AM/PM) since we often include other supplements: multi-v's, CLA.
The PM formula provides for better sleep! The AM formula was easier on my stomach, less gitters than Cytolean(also a favorite).

I Just started my mitotropin today. Im trying my best to stick to the pamflet that came with it but i cant be EXACT with everything in it. The water isn't hard though. Anyways. I've used a lot of burners out there, ECA stacks etc...and i think that lipo 6 got me as cut as possible...and i even got retarded with the ephedra stuff i took...i was up to 75mg alkaloids a day....not so say...and i ended up sweating a lot more than usual but then again it was summer...i ended up taking lipo 6 after that because i heard much reviews on it...and for me it worked really good...i went down about 10 pounds in a month and was able to keep it off for the whole summer....animal cuts didnt help me out after my recent bulk so i decided to take the new mitotropin..but its ok being this is my first day on it...i will post again soon on results.

glad to hear about this I just started my first Lipo-6 bottle at the start of the week. This is my first fat-burner ever so if I could get results similar to yours i'd be happy.

I've been wanting to try out REDuction, but I need to know something before I do, for example;
I do carido as soon as I wake up and then I have breakfast. can I take the AM serving before doing cardio, do my cardio, and then have breakfast normally?

I suspect that might even be ideal. What I do is take LX and RED AM on an empty stomach. After about 30 mins I do some 20 burpees and jumping jacks to get myself going for the day, and then I eat breakfast. I'll do regular cardio later in the day, but that works for me.

What should i get
Hey,
I've been back in the gym since september and i started at 255 and my low weigh in has been 227-228 (around there) on diet and excerise. My only supplements were a muti, glutamine, BCAAs, and fish oil. Now i was looking at alot of fat loss suppluments and i really really really really want to try the E/C/A Stack but i dont have a credit card to get access to them and im not to sure about getting ephedrine HCL contained medicine cause i dont know what the other sh*t in there is going to do to my body.
So I think im going to settle on Lipo-6 but i would like to know if there is another way i can work in trying the E/C/A stack like if you used the gas station ephedrine how did it work for you.
