Best Overall Ephedra Free Fat Burner?

I trust your advice, but don't know if I want to take it again. I'm currently stacking White Flood, Green Mag, and Purple Wrath and thought it would be good to add in REDuction. It DOES work for shedding off some unwanted fat, but the headache I got for not getting enough sleep from the REDuction wasn't doing it for me.

I might give it another go next spring when I want to lean up a bit for summer. In other news, I'm loving the other CL products especially the Green Mag.

Could you guys help me decide between SlimX or AC. Also if it's not much of a hassle, when and how much I should take of either, White Flood, and RED PM.

good stack, but if you are taking white flood go for a product like REDuction A/PM since there is only 1 dose of stims in it as opposed to other fat burners which are typically 2-3

if you take it before dinner you wont have issues sleeping. try it on a weekend if you need to.

I have taken BSN Atrophex but didn't really notice anything. I've been seeing a lot of ads for Lipo 6x. Can anyone give me any advice on whether Lipo 6x is a good one to get on? Any advice on which would be a good one to get on?

Best one out there....most of these yahoo's on here are product reps. Arthur (owner of ****) is a stand up guy and takes his own advice. Do some research on the company and you'll see what I'm talking about!

Here is my experience with Lipo 6X Black (I'm a sucker for new products):

Appetite suppression-10+ (off the charts!):
Only for the first week, however. This one is a bit bizarre. I still felt hungry, but was satisfied with less food. As soon as I started eating, I instantly felt full. Consequently, I ate much less food. This effect, however, wore off after the first week.

Energy- 8.5:
Again, only for the first week. About 20 minutes after a dose, I began to feel a bit jittery. It was very subtle, just enough to know that the supplement was eliciting a physiologic response, and not at all distracting. My resting HR never increased (a solid 72), so I was pleased that this supplement did not cause my heart to race (like Hydroxycut). However, when taken before a workout, the energy was crazy. During a cardio session, my HR was 145, and I was just barely noticeably winded. Lipo 6X Black is actually the best pre-workout supplement I've ever taken (excluding White Flood, of course) Sadly, this effect also ended after 1 week.

Fat Burning-2:
I noticed no thermogenic response, and I'm convinced that this supplement is totally ineffective at burning fat.

Overall Impressions:
I took Lipo 6X Black as instructed, the full 6 pills per day dose from the very beginning. My workout is solid, and my diet is decent. I lost 3.5 pounds the first week, then not a single pound in the subsequent 3 weeks. The first week fat loss was principally due to my lack of hunger. My recommendation: save your money.

I tried Dialene 4x and had good results. I had to stop because I got headaches. Could be my fault since I didn't really take any time off between switching to different fat burners. It really did the trick for me and I lost about 8 pounds on it for taking almost 3/4 of the pills. I really liked it effects but am not sure if it caused my headaches in the gym or if it was me. I will hit the gym again soon and I will no soon enough.

It's not a very advertised product and it's rather cheap - It does the job, does not keep me up.. strong on the stomach though especially in the morning!

As for an energy boost.. um, I haven't noticed much of an energy boost.. but then again I'm a guy who is used to drinking almost 10 cups of coffee per day.. my nerves laugh at stimulants.

Just started taking REDuction AM/PM...Man, I sleep better, have more energy throughout the day and my weight lost just took off. I started taking it 2 weeks ago, I added a mile jog plus the supps, I've lost 8 pounds in two weeks.

Fireball liqui-fusion is a real booster! I just started taking it 2 days ago and man does it wake you up to say the least!! I take 3 pills in the morning like suggested and that seems to be too much! YOU HAVE TO EAT SOMETHING WHEN TAKING THIS OR YOUR GONNA BE SICK! Good stuff but follow the directions for sure!!!
If your starting this product, My personal suggestion is NOT to take 3 pills the first time out, reason being that "with food. Big Breakfast" it kicks in quick, it made me feel very uneasy for the first 2 hrs. then it died down. died down meaning I still felt alert but not jumpy alert. I would suggest that you start of with 1 pill twice a day and see how your PERSONAL BODY REACTION IS AND JUDGE FROM THERE! as for me. 2 pills a day 4 to 6 hrs. apart works good. Also remember to DRINK LOTS OF WATER and EAT QUALITY FOODS!! nothing with caffine or any other boosters.

Tomorrow I'm going to monitor my HR and see how much of a jump I have after taking 1 pill like I suggested.

Haven't used Reduction, but I do have experience with the other two. SX and mito are very different, with mito being more of a pure fat burner and SX a pure stimulant. I desensitized to SX fairly quickly so Mito would be my recommendation.

The first few times i used it i got a headache as well, but after the first few times i never got the headaches again... could have been completely unrelated is my only guess.

I think you will enjoy REDuction, its not solely a stim product and the PM doesnt even have stims in it, so you will notice some good results

8 days into Mitotropin...not feeling much of anything except increased sweating during workouts. My stomach has also been pretty upset while on it (with a clean diet) so I may be stopping it soon even though I've dropped a few lbs.

Compared with Reduction and Mitotropin, Cuts seems to be the only stim to make me "feel" anything although I dropped weight with them all.

With out a doubt the best on the market is Nutrex Lipo 6x! You can not dispute the results from the masses. I have tried almost every thermogenic fat burner out there. All fail in comparison to Nutrex Lipo 6x. The best advantages to me is there is not extreme highs and lows. You never get too amped, it is just a smooth burn all day long. I recommend this product to everyone that asks!!

REDuction is pretty low on the stim side, but accomplishes the goal without making you feel like your high ;)

I have not tried that. However, I have tried Dialene 4x (got headaches, may or not be related to Dialene) and I also tried Animal Cuts. Both worked well!! I would recommend both of those. Cuts is nice because you can remove the stims if you don't want to take them (I believe the red pill). Just my two cents.

I agree, I have had it with these reps from companies with endless plugs in every other posts. I have used controlled labs in the past but I think I am going to ban from using their stuff if this keeps up.

I agree with you. It is difficult to ascertain if people are creating dummy profiles to promote particular products and to ask leading questions to generate interest about the product they are promoting. It just isn't necessary. In fact, I think it just confuses the consumers and ultimately delays the sales cycle. I think you can identify most of the bogus posts.

At this point I'm leaning toward USP labs Recreate, VPX Meltdown or Lipo 6x. I report back later with my 2 week results.

3 days a week I wake up at 5:30 and immediately go to the gym. Start lifting at about 5:45. Lipo 6 mandates waiting 30 min before lifting. Do you think it will still be effective in this situation? The other 3 days a week, I work out later and can wait the required 30 min.

I'm about 163 now, at 5'11. I'm trying to get down to 145 or so (so I can show abs). I'm not real chunky - so what's the best fat burner option for me?

I'm leaning towards Lipo 6 at the moment.
