TryingBB I don’t hide from Covid but I also stay away from crowds in a commie land. When I go out on the town I prefer showing my side arms and my 44 plus showing off my ammo belt around my shoulder!
Hey Cass, isn't this what you meant to say?
Um, he's sick. My best friend's sister's boyfriend's brother's girlfriend heard from this guy who knows this kid who's going with the girl who saw him coughing last night on snapchat.
I guess it's pretty serious and the doc is drunk.
As for me, I'm sober and quarantining just in case, and will get a test if I develop any sx.

CDC dir. Dr. Rochelle Walensky: "Everyone in a K-12 school in the fall should be masked. Everyone across the country, adults, children, vaccinated or unvaccinated, everyone should be masked."
Health officials from eight Bay Area counties, including San Francisco, reinstate mask mandate for all residents for indoor activities.

I’d love to see the data related to how effective masks are in the general public. They certainly don’t appear to be very effective based on state data. Here in Chicagoland masks were required everywhere for a very long time, everyone I saw was compliant. It really didn’t seem to make much of a difference between states that didn’t mandate them or removed mandates quickly. I’ve seen plenty of data demonstrating effectiveness in medical settings where they change them constantly and are careful about contamination, but “out in the wild” wearing a cloth mask that gets saturated with slobber, handled with unclean hands doesn’t seem to be making a huge impact on transmission.

Totally off topic, but do you have to live there due to your work? It seems like you would have quite a few choices. Is there something specific to Chicago that keeps you there? I am not bashing Chicago. I know quite a few people who love the town. I just don't know why.

Yes, must be within a jurisdictional boundary. I live in the burbs, but can’t move out of the area until I retire. Then I’m leaving this entire state for somewhere else. I will say your area is on the radar, not sure where you are specifically, but Smokey Mountain country of TN was really nice and they don’t tax pensions IIRC. I’m stuck here for about 14 more years. I could work other places, but I like my current work, a lot, and it’d be financially stupid to move at this point.

Enjoy what you do and you’ll never work a day in your life. I enjoy what I do a lot, always something new. That said, being retired, financially independent, and taking on consulting projects on my own terms will be even more enjoyable.

Good, meanwhile Biden is sending a crap load of covid infected border crossers all over the country, and TryingBB is lol'ing at me cause he wears a mask while being vaccinated?
I’d love to see the data related to how effective masks are in the general public.
You wont find one because there are none.
Some of these government officials want to return to all of the BS policies that didn't work the 1st time, remember Einstein's definition of insanity.
Same as nobody can pinpoint where or how they got Covid 19, they may have a best guess but thats all it would be. And if the vaccine means you don't get hospitalized & are mostly asymptomatic then so what if anyone gets it after being vaccinated? For those few who don't wish to get vaccinated, good fukking luck you are on your own and let everyone else go about their lives.
I carry my arsenal of firearms to protect YOU! One day when thit goes down you thank ME that I had multiple firearms and a thit load or ammo to save YOU!
So if you go by the mask and vaccine theory, YOU should carry also to protect ME!!!

I have asked before but never gotten a concrete definitive answer, just exactly is fukking wrong with you?
he wears a mask while being vaccinated?
Here you go again, why do you care what other people do? It's an ounce of cloth and what he does in another part of the country has no impact on you and if it did impact you it would be to your benefif and yet you still bitch. You should get together with the other old ladies on your block and start a new chapter of the stitch and bitch club.
Besides you are only shooting your lips off because your wife mentioned you don't have to wear one, if she changes her mind you may be waddling up to the crow table for another feed :D
Additionally, many health authorities, Doctors, Nurses and other professionals are recommending wearing it even of fully vaccintated and someone who barely passed science in high school is saying not to?
It's hard to tell who to believe, NOT

There you go again, manipulating my quote, you didn’t quote the reason why he has to wear a mask, it’s because of the influx of infected border crossers.
You sound like the old lady who has to freak over what I say, slay the giants!!!!!
I got an A in science, so sticks out toungue.
In fact I got an A in just about every subject at one point depending on my motivation at that time.
If I wanted to, A’s were no problem.
NYC Mayor Bill de Blasio announces first-in-the-nation policy requiring COVID vaccination for indoor activities like restaurants, fitness and entertainment. It will be phased in through August and enforcement officially begins September 13
The number of people hospitalized for COVID-19 in Florida rose to an all-time high of 11,515 patients in one day, according to data the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services.
This is really starting to feel like the beginning of a 4th wave if we don't crush this thing immediately.

Yep, if we don't get a grip on it, will be more like a tsunami instead of a wave

I knew you were stupid if you think I’m as stupid as that chick.
First of all, the mask is a feel good thing, you can still get this Thit even with a fuking mask. If I’m around someone vulnerable like inside thier home I will mask for their benefit, I won’t hiwever change my fuking culture to satasfy CHYNA or be a fuking moron and wear a mask alone outside.
The virus don’t spread by walking to your fuking table if that was the case there’s no point in even sitting down and removing the mask.

an A in science and you can't understand why restaurants require you to be masked except when seated at your table?
