Seriously?! It’s often fatal once it gets very far along. I try to stay up to date as well. I think it’s 10 years but they’ll do a booster after 5 if you get a rusty metal cut.

Yeah I hate the wind. Even though it’s nearly 80 it’s just fatiguing driving and dangerous in the woods. I remember a camping trip we had where we were in strong winds for 2 days (open area near a lake, no trees above us). It wears on you.

I still haven't been vaxxed, but I'm going to. I am miles from civilization.

I heard we have a 30-day grace period to get vaxxed or we'll be banned :(

Yep, He was in horrible shape and was hospitalized for a while... Yeah the wind messes with all my hobbies lol, I hunted moose and deer on maple ridges for many years, have seen limbs that have come down like spears, stuck in the ground several feet, no chance if you got hit by them. I stayed in camp on real windy days lol

It may depend on which vaccine you get. I've heard Moderna tends to be considerably worse than Pfizer when it comes to the sore arm side effect.

I got the 2nd Moderna this morning. She hit the muscle just wrong and it HURT going in. It's a bit sore now, but it was going to be sore no matter what was in the syringe. Went on a 3 hour bike ride this afternoon. Thought I'd better get it in before Bill Gates' nanobots take over my body.

If that was your second dose the nanobots were already doing their thing, mostly a re-supply. Tomorrow you will begin sprouting 5G antennas from your head. They work great for holding your mask, no more sore ears.

Some of the prosthetic devices are already there. Watched some documentary about it. It was amazing for people who lost arms etc. it’s not like 100% but the dude was able to pick things up by thought after getting his arm blown off in Afghanistan.

For currently nonverbal folks, this could be absolutely life changing. My niece is 18 and has never been able to talk to anyone. For her to be able to easily and accurately communicate her needs and wants....I cannot imagine.

Attach that tech to her wheelchair so she can move herself where she wants to go when she wants to go there? Her life would be incalculably improved.

I have a Filipina friend and her family in the Philippines have it really tough, I can't imagine anyone complaining about America. We are so spoiled here and lucky and I'm every day grateful for everything. I can't even comprehend how fast we've got almost everyone vaccinated here..well half of the population at least. It's a miracle. :)

Yet poor folks in India are suffering and hopefully they get their vaccines soon. I think very different things than his imaginary commies he's fighting..

Not even so much that as supposedly he's been vaccinated as have those around him so big frickin deal if he can't find the damn mask.

So I am 36 hours post pfizer dose 1. Arm definitely sore but not anymore than a typical flu shot for me. I was surely feeling lethargic yesterday and had some light chills, even a slight fever at one point but it wasn't terrible. Spent some time on the couch, but still mowed the lawn and brought the dogs to the park.

A bit nervous about dose two as it seems most people have more AEs there, but time will tell.

Agree the life changing capabilities of tech are impressive but there’s always the chance for modern science to use it nefariously too. The things that could be done with genetics and CAS9 protein (CRSPR) could cure genetic diseases or make super soldiers who feel no pain and have super strength.
