I get the anonymity on the misc. I would just think with how you mention you work in healthcare ITT it would be a role relevant to having a more educated opinion on vaccines than that of the general public. I also work in healthcare. I know there are plenty of people in IT, HR, Maintenance, etc that working in Healthcare has no more relevancy to their opinions on vaccines than those who work in IT, HR, and Maintenance for Walmart.

Agreed on the mutations take. I shake my head when the vaccination police start trying to blame people slow on the vaccine uptake as responsible for mutations. I hope the t-cell theory holds. I'm a little afraid that if this really came from the Wuhan lab doing gain of function research then we could end up seeing non-traditional behavior.

I'm not an epidemiologist, but I think I understand more about vaccines than the average person in healthcare.

My questions remain on the vaccines remain due to EUA and lack of studies. I think any reasonable person should realize by now the vaccines aren't perfectly safe for everyone.

The skepticism on this particular set of vaccines and the regulatory/authoritarian reaction to combat c-19 doesn't stop due to job title or duties. And it honestly surprises me who these people are, what they do, and the environment they are in (close encounters, doctors, nurses, surgery techs). But after talking to people with an open mind and questioning certain things and using curiosity...that's when I start to see how people really feel. I'd say the majority are on board with certain aspects including vaccines, but I'm happy some people are asking hard questions.

It very well could have escaped from a research lab, the proximity to the lab is certainly curious. I don’t believe it was a bio-weapon though, if it was, the guy making it should be fired for incompetence because he’s not very good at his job.

US military almost had a big oops with Ebola at USMRID. Fortunately the strain only killed monkeys and didn’t jump to people.

No, not a bio-weapon. It would have been well intended research that basically puts in a stimulus, lets evolution do its thing, and then looks to see what comes out from it. It's research Fauci pushed for, which is why it's not surprising at all that he waved his arms with "nothing to see here" when the pandemic first started.

Certainly not outside of the realm of possibility...Not sure it really matters at this point. Even if that were known to be the case it wouldn’t stop that kind of research from going on. It’s pretty much just a matter of time between major pandemics even without modern technology/ research involved. What’s really scary is where did all the bio-weapons (smallpox likely included) go when Soviet Union collapsed. Lots of stuff and scientists scattered to whereabouts unknown.

Electric locks, I saw a make/model that didn’t even have a keyhole on the trunk, a dude needed a hotshot and he couldn’t get the trunk open to get his cables cause the electric lock was dead, this car only had one keyhole on one door, mofo had to climb into the back seat to unlock the back doors.

Agree. This new pandemic has nothing on plague from 1350-1400 or so. That was some bomb Azz old school pandemic. They don’t make em like they used to.

I hate how they make all this new stuff like power windows, internets, perfusion machines, and stuff. It pisses me off every time I walk up to my truck with my keys in my pocket and it unlocks as soon as I touch the door handle. I sure do miss having my hands full and trying to fumble around with a keychain in the dark on cold winter mornings.

I own two old cars- 78 & 79. They are fun to drive but I wouldn't want to daily them anymore. Love all the tech and comfort in todays vehicles.

I think there should have been more of a local pause instead of overall because there are so many factors to consider. It’s good to be prudent, but to solve global implications, we all have to accept the risks associated with any prescribed medication. Penicillin has risks but it has cured pneumonia and other respiratory infections among many others.

I don’t like blood clots but the benefits of the new drug may outweigh the risks. We don’t know if the women who acquired blood clots were on other drugs or if they had any certain conditions that made them more susceptible than the majority.

Everytime you lock those electric locks with that silly button, you put the keys in your pocket and the silly button unlocks your doors. Then your car gets robbed and the democrats will say it's all your fault cause you didn't lock your door!

I never take my keys out of my pocket for my truck to unlock, start, drive, or lock it, so I haven’t into that problem yet. It just “senses” me I guess. I am planning to buy a team of oxen to pull it; just in case something ever happens to the engine. I’m not having robots work on it, gotta draw the line somewhere.

Do you really think electric windows are good? I've had all 4 motors replaced in mine, makes no fuking sense dude, thats why I pre-order now. each one is several hundred dallor job.

And when those motors go, they send the window down, so your fuked if it rains.

I'd rather tip someone 100%, you know you never get tips from the guy in a nice car, you usually get the good tips from the guy in the old beat up Chevy with plywood as a tail gate with spray paint saying "Ford" and manual locks and windows.
