What kinda stuff you snacking on? You getting extra protein bars/shakes and that type of stuff?
I would rather have your issues than Bando, lifters need fuel.

I disagree. I'd rather I wasn't constantly hungry
Those who aren't hungry, if they add a shake after breakfast lunch and dinner that they didn't really want, that's like 15 minutes inconvenience.
Those who are hungry all the time, this is 24*7*365 inconvenience
-
So i am not a fan of this guy(Piers Morgan) but his story is well written full of details, a good read.

The problem is eating those meals you describe in the first place, if you train hard and struggle to eat a basic meal you will eventually lose gains.
I'm hungry all the time, always have been, after a GOOD workout like doing reps with over 400 or 20 reps with something a little over my BW I can hit up a big buffet meal. I don't want what Bando has.

LOL you had to show insecurity by letting us all know you are not a fan of his.
Most of us don’t want to hang with him but I think he’s much tougher than Don.
I’d have a beer with Morgan though.

You guys are talking about food, I eat at least 6 times a day sometimes 8, I don't like that hungry feeling....

6-8 meals, you circled the wrong one, those meals must be happy meals and from the kids menu.

You wish you could eat like me...Perks of doing a sh!t load of cardio daily
I am too tall to get the kids meal.
I bet you don't have a problem getting them though, especially when you are looking all cute in your booster seat :D

No insecurity at all, you got it flatout wrong.
I don't watch him(no cable) but the few things i heard him say, he was off.
Any comment on the meat in the article, or are you a gossip columnist regarding posters in the forum.
Depends on whose money the buyer is spending. It’s not their own money now is it?
A wheelchair that costs about $200 to make gets sold wholesale for $500 or more and someone was saying the billing for it is $6000 or so…makes you wonder
(Note: the amounts above are probably off a bit…that’s what I heard from a very reliable source)
You have a very reliable source that gives you numbers that are wrong? That doesn't even make any sense.
I have been on message boards for a long time and I don't think I've ever seen someone play the "trust me I've got a reliable source for this info" card while also playing the "don't hold me accountable for what I just typed" card.

I seriously doubt he eats double quarter pounders, two in a sitting.
I'm not stranger to cardio ethier, look up the word Chaffing which can be caused by endurance, I've suffered with that on weekly basis.

Lol you know, you’re right. I was thinking about it as I typed but posted anyways.
Point was that an item is produced and distributed at almost 2x the cost which is reasonable enough I think.
But then it’s getting resold for about 10x the price and the buyer is buying it for the user with tax dollars. That’s just absurd!!
This was for motorized ones. Can be bought on Amazon for $750 (quick search - not sure what all it includes)
I'm guessing your parosmia means you are actually recovering, but I'd still check out the link below. I don't know if olfactory training helps once you've reached parosmia, but it can't hurt and it's easy. Good luck.

One of the issues in healthcare is that the "person" is on one side and everyone else is on the other side working together. We like to think that its us and our insurance company on one side and the vendors and providers on the other. It doesn't make logical sense that our insurance company would willingly allow higher charges. But then you dig into the details. Insurance companies are tied to profit percentages. They can't make over X percent per year. So using a random percentage of 20%, what do you think they make more money off of. A $2 tylenol or a $200 tylenol? As costs increase they get to raise their premiums, and their locked in percentages are of a much bigger pot of money. In the end we have a situation where the people providing the medicine and services are in alignment with the person paying the bills for us to drive up costs.

Why the hell would I want to eat 2 double quarter pounders? It's just garbage.
1500 calories
88 grams of fat (mostly bad fats)
2420 mg of sodium (that's over the daily recommended max)
94 grams of protien
84 grams of carbs
Here's is what I had last night for supper, just as much volume as your double burgers < 900 calories, 100 gr protien, 25.8 gr of fat, 50 gr of carbs
16 oz of Rainbow trout
626 calories
25 grams of fat (the good stuff)
0 carbs
95 grams of protien
160 mg sodium
and throw in a cup of rice for a side
240 calories
50 grams of carbs
5 grams protien
.8 gram fat
25 grams sodium
The chaffing doesn't mean you do a lot of cardio. It probably means you are fat or doing it wrong.

I’ve had chaffing my whole life dumass back even when I was a teen at 18 I weighed 120-130# I would get it from mountain biking for 8 hours. It only hits me when I’ve done activity for over 6 hours and if intensity is high less.
Let’s see some high rep dead’s or squats from you, post in BH thread, I’ll match it, but you won’t youll just continue to blab on and on!

They make products to alleviate the chaffing dumbass, one of them is called body glide. Hence my coment about doing it wrong.
I am not posting anything, this isn't a dick measuring contest. It was you bragging about eating a pound of garbage saying you doubt I ate the same. For once you were right, I don't eat the same and I posted my typical supper meal, a healthy meal with the same volume. That's it that's all!
It has absolutely nothing to do with high rep anything. Stop deflecting :D

My goal is a 500 dead that’s my focus but I have a light day too which I will do higher reps to keep up on some cardio benefits.
I can dead lift for more reps and weight anything I ever could being smaller so I no longer at this moment do long endurance stuff.
When I was younger I thought it was hemroids and was embarrassing so I kept it to myself and just delt with it, it would hit me at work after 10 hours standing now I have an office job.
It would hit me right after the strongman contests from competing all day in summer heat and helping out all day.
In strongman strength and cardio is tested in most events but it short periods. Still burns all the same calories in the end.

There's a guy at my gym who has herniated disk and he still lifts. He said he almost got to 600 DL before his back snapped. He's doing sumo DL's now and so am I, although mine was because of costo. Costo is going away thank gaawd. Daddy was right. I'm still doing sumo though, I wanna learn it.
Oh and we were complaining about octagon plates with the guy. :D and the bar..why does it have that smooth part? With sumo your grip goes to the smooth part and the bar slips.
Anyhoo..

I never saw an issue continuing lifting with herniated disc, just gotta heal it up is all and have to go lighter and work back up.
I’m stronger now from my last injury.

So you have herniated disk too? Do all the powerlifters get it eventually? I do not want to mess up my back. Anytime I feel anything in my back I switch to front squats and goblet squats. He on the other hand was saying front squat hurts his back too. Maybe it's different with that much weight on the bar dunno.
My anti vax buddy claims that my costo is caused by the vax lol.
