I have a couple of these in the fridge at work ready for the gyms re-opening next week. Never used an RTD pre before, nor have I had strawberry mango.
Preworkout actually makes me feel awful. Every one I've tried. I don't drink caffeine at all in my day-to-day, so I'm assuming that's why. Anyone have the same experience?

The majority of us in here use caffeine on a daily basis
So anyone else noticing the selection in the store is basically chit?? They have an evl bogo but flavors are literally 2.... and evl has a ton of flavors. Not just them but that was a main one...

They’re currently running a ‘buy anything, get a free EVL’ which included the BOGOF, so 3 tubs for £22 excl shipping.

It's been like that for a while now. Also alot of brands are not stocked anymore like PES

I like them. I've tried all the flavors except white choc almond. They are layered with top layer and exterior being a lot like Robert Irvines FitCrunch if you've tried them. The bottom layer is a lot softer than Irvine's though, more like a nougat, soft but chewy.
In regards to flavors, this is just my opinion but this is in order of how I liked them.
Caramel Cashew: This is just good I was surprised. Caramel is good between of salty/sweet and the cashew complemented nicely.
CnC: Pretty standard CnC w/creme being stronger and just cookie pieces throughout. Not like Quests CnC more like an oreo taste creme but not as good as oreo pieces.
Choc Cookie Dough: Like a lot of other cookie doughs it just tasted like a sweet dough-y taste. I am not against this just not cookie dough if that's what you're looking for. I still liked it.
Crunchy Fudge: This was okay. It was darker chocolate than a fudge taste but was thicker than the others I had. The little white balls on its were meh and if anything took away from the "fudge" that I think they were going for.
Salty Peanut: Think a diet pay-day with fewer nuts. Not bad but if you aren't into peanuts you wouldn't like it, if pay-days are your thing then this is a solid pick-up.
Hazelnut Nougat: If you are into hazelnuts, think nut, not Nutella flavor, with some chocolate taste to it then you would like it.
Overall I'm a big fan of a few flavors and think it's worth a pick-up to try if one of the flavors catches your eye. I'm glad I did. Hope this helps.

Tbh it's been around for ages and still exists, but if I recall, patent holder is difficult to work with

Go to Swanson Vitamins they sell Microlactin tabs or caps and they've been selling it for a while.

I made a bad choice and went overboard ordering all their other protein bars, imho all except for the "kitchen sink" and "peanut butter candy" are mediocre.
the cookie dough is super lackluster.
Crazy I thought these would slaughter the outright bars as they come in at a lower price point

It's not just over here cause at AM forum it's also super slow and it seems people are so
addicted to playing with their phones that they don't wanna get on a desk top or laptop
to post anything, if they can't do it with their phone they don't wanna do it :(
