That's my favorite flavor :D Didn't like frose rose though.
While not exactly a supplement, the Flavor Gang sauces are ridiculously good. The price is steep, so make sure you either buy when they have a sale direct or find a store that offers discounts. It was probably a bad idea to try them out because I like them a lot now and want to buy more.

Wow are those sauces a ripoff especially for the ingredients. And full of preservatives, gums and sucralose. I don’t get why companies that offer lower calorie options charge so damn much. Their ingredients don’t cost more, they just know dieters are idiots.

I hot cereal caught my attention. Which sauce did you grab?

G Hughes BBQ sauce, Ketchup and Steak Sauce are all amazing. Picked up two 26 oz BBQ sauces at Costco for $6 bucks

I just looked at the prices $14.99 for a sauce  they CRAZY! I just picked up a Jerk Sauce called YA MON
in Lidl's the other day for $2.99 and it has better ingredients and yeah it has 5gm of REAL sugar per serving
but at least I'm NOT paying $12 more for some artificial sweetener.
G Hughes BBQ sauce, Ketchup and Steak Sauce are all amazing. Picked up two 26 oz BBQ sauces at Costco for $6 bucks
G Hughs honey mustard is my favorite, Sweet Baby Ray's sugar free is close too though.

Like I said, cannot justify the full cost but if can get them at discounted rates, might be worth a try. One additional perk is barely needing to use any sauce to get the flavoring. I made that mistake with 2 of the spicier sauces at first when I used too much.
I hot cereal caught my attention. Which sauce did you grab?
I tried the cereal as well. Brownie batter is very good. Rebuy for sure for me. Birthday Cake and Strawberry are good. Better than the Pride Foods cream of rice.
I got Yummy sauce, Take Out, Maple Sriracha, and Mutant sauces. All of them I enjoyed.

I also use G Hughs Honey Mustard a lot for a dipping sauce for chicken. Really good one! I just do the Heinz sugar free. I've tried a couple others and they're ok.
G Hughes is easily the best taste to price diet sauce company. I get their orange ginger and teriyaki marinade, the goat Sweet chili dipping sauce and the thai chili wing sauce.
G Hughs honey mustard is my favorite, Sweet Baby Ray's sugar free is close too though.
I never tried Sweet Baby Rays sugar free, I'm gonna pick up a bottle for this weekend
I never tried Sweet Baby Rays sugar free, I'm gonna pick up a bottle for the this weekend
One of my top sugar free BBQ sauces, doesn't taste like a sugar free product, also one of the cheapest options.
Flavor Gang is amazing, but soooo expensive. It is hard to justify the price. That said, their sauces are god-tier for as low of cals as they are
sweet baby rays sugar free is legit. i been using it since April. not much of a dropoff between that n the one with sugar to me TBH ( i have both)

Looking at Yummy, Mutant and Orange Dragon
Hughes Polynesian Sauce is tay tays
G Hughes kinda looks like Dwayne Wade
Happy 4th fellas
did this sub finally completely die? I hope you all are doing well, and getting in some good summer clang and bang...
did anyone happen to catch the new Top Gun? I thought it was really great.
Awesome movie. Best in the last few years, easily.

glad to see you boys still alive and kicking around here
yeah the movie was amazing, I'll admit, I'm very close to natty comp lean so test is low and estradiol high, I cried during most of the movie, not just is there some dust in my eye **** either, like mascara running teenage girl scream cry lol.
Miss the supplement trading thread. Get something you don't like and trade it away.
eh ya'll still kicking? Good to see!
Anyone know where to order Phenibut these days? And will ship to Canada? My normal vendor has no stock, surprise surprise (n o o t r o p i c s d e p o t).
Edit: Ignore my dumbass, took all of 2 minutes on Google to find another provider. Good to go.
Who's still training hard? At 37 I'm still hitting new PR's. Pretty stoked about that, and absolutely loving the home gym life.

Prob some sound advice right there. If there was any silver lining in the pandemic and gyms being shut down (before I had my home gym), it forced me to stop training heavy for an extended period, and when I came back I felt so rejuvenated. Since then, been smart about my programming, actually prioritizing deloads, and not training for strength year round. I know I'll slow down, but I'm glad I haven't slowed down yet, and I know the programming is an important part of that.

Good to see some forum activity, outside of my usual 'Workout Equipment' section which has also slowed over the years LOL.
Programming is crucial, I've made so many changes since I got serious and joined the bb.com forums back in 2008. From Bodybuilding, to Powerlifting, back to Bodybuilding and now doing my own hybrid version of 'PowerBuilding'. Have ditched things like deadlifting which caused more pain than it did good, I now view that as a high risk / low reward movement for muscle development so the programming has changed quite a bit there. Military press as well, moving those days over to more isolation movements and less heavy compound barbell work. Chest and Legs haven't changed much, although I'll say since I added a belt squat machine to the gym I've started rotating on leg day to give the old spine a break. Can see that eventually being a total replacement for heavy barbell squats some day, just not quite ready to give that one up ;)

Those are all good moves I think dude. Personally, I'm still all about heavy compound movements. I don't ever want to stop deadlifting! hahahah but that's just my personal preference, and I've found regular deloads, and training blocks focused on hypertrophy (not doing strength year round) is keeping me feeling good. That said, I'm trying to be mindful of the fact that this might change for me as I continue to age, and I'm aware that I'm prob towing the line at this stage in life.
I'll see how my body does over the next few years, but I am still chasing numbers on my bench and deadlift. I hit a 505lbs squat earlier this year, which I was REALLY stoked about. My lifetime goal was 500. That said, I want to hit a 600 dead, and earlier this year I pulled 565 conventional, so a bit of ways to go there. My bench is the one where I think I set my sites too high; I'd love to hit 400 before calling it a day, but I've really struggled to see any significant jumps there. Haven't yet passed 345.
I'm rambling, but I guess I'm just hoping to git a few more PR's before stepping away from PL style lifting. Hopefully the better programming will give me a handful more years before I stop seeing progress.
Good to see you guy's still loving to push that iron cause for me it's something I don't wanna ever
stop doing and at 54 yrs old I've definitely have had to lower the poundage cause of my rotator cuff
tear 5 yrs ago but I still try to keep the intensity up when I train. I've definitely lost some size because
of not being able to push heavy which sucks but I'm still carrying mostly muscle and looking lean and
mean.:)

Good job Ben! Keep killing it!
I competed back in April. Had an excellent rebound phase, lots and lots of all time PR's, however I may have overdone the cookies a bit too much lol. I'm currently in a R&R phase and about to come to the end of it. I had a week long trip to Mexico in which I didn't train and ate a bunch. I'm shedding the water this week and maybe 2-3 weeks of a lower calorie intake to get some fluff off and then will be pushing the offseason growth phase. Working with Justin Harris who is a fantastic coach.
I hope to compete again, but I don't know if that's in the cards. The girlfriend just finished grad school and we may start a business. Engagement, wedding, buying a house, and moving are all in the short term plans for us. So if I'm able to really improve and dedicate my time to growing properly during all the craziness, then I'd like to give another show a try. Now that I'm 34, I think a local show would be fine and if I cannot win my class, then I'll just redirect my priorities while continuing to love training.
Im still sipping on BCAAs

****in eh boys, glad to hear everyone's still fighting the good fight.
Still around, still hitting the weights 3-5 times a week. These days my main focus is on running, weights secondary. A lot of my time in the gym is on preventative work, not "bodybuilding" per se.

I'm also 5'11 but feel small as hell when I hit 220lbs. Do HIIT on the stair stepper 4 times a week and you'll build that endurance up quickly.

Yes. What are you using currently? There are a few other things I would try first / believe to be more reliable and practical but tough to say based on what you are currently using and how bad / long you have been suffering the joint pain. are you just looking for a daily joint supplement, or are you suffering badly atm?

I use Glucosamine and Chondroitin (joint pain) and Doctor's Best Curcumin (overuse pain). It has resulted from being very active (a lot of sports when I was younger) and many years of intense lifting (combined with an addictive personality where I should have decreased the intensity).
