Losing weight is not a very difficult thing. If one regularly follows a routine, a proper diet chart, and does exercises. If you think that you need to lose weight first, you have to change your food habits. For that it is better to consult a dietician who can provide you a proper diet chart, which you should follow every day. Try to eat healthy food, such as green vegetables, fresh fruits, fruit juices, cereals, oats, skimmed milk, etc. avoid sugar, oily and spicy foods, junk food and other high-calorie diet, as these give rise to obesity and are not good for health. For more suggestions, consult an expert in this field.

I did wind up trying the PES select chocolate truffle, and it’s one of the best rich tasting chocolate proteins I’ve had since the vasolate/ultra peptide days. Used in fairlife milk of course.

Good to know. I think all of my favorite chocolate proteins are gone now, I'll have to give this one a try.

The entire supplement and many other sub forums are just spam threads. It’s crazy no one can delete them.
Alpinia Galanga (enxtra) for some reason helped a lot with my gluten related inflammation issues (more than anything before), its suggested it could help with inflammation but there isn't legit evidence I think, do you think it could be due to it being in the ginger family? got some ginger and longvida curcumin, hoping to get some further benefit.
Care to give it a shot with a hypothesis?
Has anyone actually ordered from this site in a while?
I saw people in the misc saying they haven't received orders they placed over black Friday, customer service is non existent, etc.
Wanted to order a couple things but I wonder if it's even worth the hassle?
Nope.
I have/use only the following supps.
Fairlife protein shakes by the case. I drink one a day. Not even sure if this qualifies as a supplement.
MP chocolate from Costco
BS Apple Pie Post Factor
Isotope vanilla from Sams
Vapor X 5 because cheap
C4 Ultimate because it’s still outstanding
NAC
Various muscle builders that I find cheap and or bogo just to try for the fuk of it
Das it mane

Aside from the exotic pre-workouts once in a while, Im down to the basics:
Trutein (buy in bulk when on sale during holidays at 25-30% off)
BB.com fish oil
Microlactin
BB.com greens
PES Forskolin95 when cutting
You taking microlactin for joints etc?
If so, you should try making your own bone broth. Almost any joint pains, old tennis elbow pain went away when I started this. I make it from either calf bones, pigs feet or oxtails. I make a fish head one as well sometimes. It’s cheap and stores well.

Yeah for joint health. I'll take a look for bone broth recipes. Anything helps at this point.

It’s really, really easy. Just put the bones in a slow cooker, add enough water to cover, throw in whatever veggies and seasoning (I would just use salt but not too much during the cooking process), and slow cook for a whole day depending on if bones (longer) or something like oxtail (less). Add in some (maybe an tbsp) apple cider vinegar at the tail end. I read that will bring out more minerals and collagen. Strain, pull out any impurities, jar and use it.
I add some spices like chilies or chili powder and some coconut aminos and drink a cup at the nighttime. Works wonders.

They used to be competitive, always had a10% off coupon available, free shipping over $50. A shame considering I shopped here for probably over 10 years. How are they doing financially these days? What happened?

Rarely place an order here anymore, maybe 1x a year if a sale is decent. The bots spamming the forums are pretty frustrating, and the user-friendliness of other sites beats BB.com.
Using the following:
PES protein
PES prolific pre
CL fish oil
Source Naturals Life Force Multiple multi
ON aminos energyfor flavoring sometimes
Any recommendations on switching from what I'm currently taking to a different company/better product? Personally hate the coloring in the ON amino energy
Last time I ordered was during the pandemic, package got lost and CS made a big deal of a $30 refund, they agreed but don't remember if I even got it back.

Man I love these
I buy 2 cases every time I go to SAMs
My last order was back inn May when they had the MP clearance sale and I got 18lbs of protein for $99 shipped
my only regret is that I didn't grab 36lbs :(

Yeah they’re delicious. I have several cases of chocolate and strawberry from some Costco sales. I use it as a quick protein out the door for work sometimes with some espresso thrown in.
Heh I just checked my order history, Ive made 1 order all year and it was for BB.com whey.
