I’ve found Quattro on sale or clearance a few times. Good tasting stuff.

The girlfriend just tried Iso100 Cappuccino flavor and said it was fantastic. I don't like coffee, so I won't be trying it.

I've tried it before and just can't. Both iced and hot. Not my preference.
However I did enjoy the Syntha 6 coffee flavor from back in the day. It was a stronger chocolate with a coffee undertone.
What's the new hotness in protein. Completely out the loop and still using PES and ON

BB.com just rebranded with new flavors and RYSE is supposed to be really good

I've been on a Muscle Sport International Lean Whey kick with all there different flavors. Most of them are fantastic. Don't look for online, you have to look for locally to find them at a reasonable price. I also liked Raw Nutrition's protein.
Again, I'm forced to drink isolate, so these might be a little pricier than you're used to if you typically drink a blend or straight whey.

So inflation and cost/price of everyting on the rise. Best/cheapest creatine? Was/am a big fan of All Max Nutrition but see it's now $60 for 1000g. Is that pretty much the going rate now? Can't recall what I paid WAY back when I bought it last.

Havn't bought because have a huge stock or not using. I have been contemplating stopping and cutting back my supplement use.

I checked my go-to and it's $54 for a 200 serving tub. So it's roughly around that price.

Creatine can still be found on the cheap if you look around.

serious question, why would you stop creatine? We have more and more data that it has so many benefits outside of its muscle-building effects. It is something probably every human on the planet could benefit from taking, and I mean at the least, there are no sides and it's cheap?
whats a good intraworkout carb product to take. I train 4am fasted so I want to try one out to see if it makes a difference workout wise
[QUOTE=Jdot5;1655111183]whats a good intraworkout carb product to take. Question is, what are you looking for an intra workout drink to contain? What's your price range?

Most guys will say cluster dextrin, I prefer Karbolyn. HBCD just seems so syrupy and can sit heavy on the stomach / cause GI distress. You can get away with just starting out with Gatorade to see if you like intra carbs but do so very conveniently and cheaply, and then branch into a supplement if you choose to do so. If you do want to go with an HBCD product. Granite supps Intra-Carb is a fantastic product so is Morphogen Hexagen.

I really noticed a HUGE difference in HBCD and all other forms of intraworkout carbs. Gatorade even is pretty heavy on the stomach for me. I drink much more much faster when the carb source is HBCD, but it's also pricier per serving. Here's a few to look at:
I bought Peri-MD back when there was a 20% off sale. Sale might actually still be happening. It was still expensive but since I'm going to compete, I figured it was worth paying about $50 per 30 servings as it has 25g HBCD, 8g EAA, 3g citrulline, and sodium for hydration.
Otherwise I've bought Glycofuse and added an EAA supplement to it. Can usually find some cheaper EAA's whether on a deal or just a lower priced somewhere. You can get Glycofuse for about ~$42-45 for 60 servings. 15g HBCD and 10g Carb10.
You can always just buy HBCD all by itself. $16.00 for 14 servings.

I've had no issue and went through 3 straight tubs last year back to back to back. Might depend on the ability to digest. I take digestion and gut health very seriously, so mine might not be sensitive to carb10.

That sausage tree extract is Kigelia Africana and two pre's that I had in the past which had that
ingredient were fantastic on focus Giant Sports RUSH and Repp Sports had it in one of their pre's
which was better than Broken Arrow. It's suppose to be a natural form of DMHA and it's potent if
