With the protein spiking scandals from years ago, does anyone still have any doubts on what’s on the label being in the tub? Granted I understand the times we’re in, but when i see all these sales, for example 5lb tubs for $37, it does make me think for a second.
5lbs for $37 isn't the greatest deal what brand do you have a question about cause you can find great deals
on reputable brands cause I saw a week ago Animal Whey 2 4lb tubs for $49.99 and ON 2 for $59.99. I didn't
need protein or I would have hopped on the Animal deal. You can find great deals on protein when you look
around and it doesn't mean it's spiked.

Wow $50 for 5lbs of whey  I got Rule1 for $26 for 5lbs during BF and I think Nutrex was the most I ever
paid $40 for 5lbs of the Banana Fosters.

I have a question for my American brehs - how in the hell has Taco Bell been allowed to get to the point it’s an international chain? One’s opened near where I work and I ventured in yesterday for a couple of tacos and they were the worst thing I’ve eaten in a long time.
Don’t get me wrong, I’m not a huge fan of Mexican food to start with but it was dry, tasteless rubbish. I demand answers.

EU food laws might mean they've had to use different ingredients or it's just one of the cultural taste differences

It's greasy, most of the flavor comes from sauces and cheese, and I love it for that. People seem to like it or hate it though.

If it was dry they were doing it wrong
And it's not Mexican. I mean, it is, but, it's really not. It's Mexian-type but it's Americanized fast food Mexican which is okay but different.
And there are cultural tastes and preferences etc, but, objectively, dry is dry, and if it was dry, it wasn't what we normally get from Taco Bell over here. If anything, the taco meat is too wet and drips seasoned oily-watery substance out when you bite sometimes (though adding hot sauce is a factor there)

Tried the PES select cake pop in 8oz’s of fairlife milk. Wow that was bomb. Tasted like vanilla cake. Excellent flavor.

I haven't had PES Select in a while and the last flavor was the seasonal mint which was delicious:p so good
to know the cake pop is worth trying.

100% agree, one of the best flavors out.
It is also badass as hell mixed with ghost cereal milk in either 50/50 or 60/40 PES/CM ratio

Man this Thermal Spark is incredible stuff. No rep or shilling, this is amazing. Food and snacking is the absolute last thing on my mind, the appetite suppression is legit.
I tried 1 capsule on 2 different days first thing in the morning and felt pretty good. A nice, happy mood lifting euphoria. Almost like a strong nootropic. You can easily function in public, work, studying, etc.
Today is my second time trying 2 caps also on an empty stomach, and the feeling is out of this world. I was worried it would just be Excelsior in capsule form but it's different. Super strong, happy euphoric feelings are a 20 on a scale of 1-10. Very plugged in and in tune with everyone and everything around me. The first time I tried 2 caps was 4 days ago and I was still feeling the affects 12 hours later. We'll see how today goes.
1 cap = heightened senses, feels good
2 caps = mother fkn party time
As with any of these products, caveat emptor.
edit: also dry cotton mouth is a bitch with this stuff, awful!!
Buying some, thanks for the aware.

I sure don't miss the "this big guy on extras is paid to say he takes bcaa that's how you know it's worth your money" or [new poster asks if bcaa will help] [I ask how much protein they are consuming] [fug says diet is irrelevant that's not what they asked just tell them to buy amino$ ju$t try it]
Forum is weak enough with low traffic, if it's going to be overrun by product pushers lying to people it may as well just get turned off
-
Just ordered Dark Energy. Should I be concerned at all? Ready to see what the hype is about.

Concern would normally come before you buy, not after.

Whenever I buy a car, appliance, tool, etc I always do my research after making the purchase, not before.
Don't you?

A car? Well, yeah...kind of expensive and just put it in the cabinet and buy three others.
Tool? meh I might buy a tool for $20 at Superstore without asking tool enthusiasts about it until after

I once bought a 2003 Nissan 350Z because I wanted one. It was a manual transmission car. I never had driven a manual car before besides a few failed attempts of a friend trying to teach me years before.

Fug permabanned? Nice.
PES protein has been my go to shake lately. What other companies do I need to check out for good whey/blends?

I've tried UMP cookies & cream, rocky road, chocolate, and vanilla. I thought all were very good. The cnc might be the best on the market.

CNC > All
They have some other interesting sounding flavors - Graham Cracker, Rocky Road, Angel Food Cake - but where I shop, ~$40 for two pounds just doesn't make it worth it.
Also peep that nutrition label with a 20g protein serving size and a long list of (useless) free form aminos towards the end.

the arginine is useless but lets not forget that two of everyone's favorites (XF and Vasolate) also had added glutamine and creatine FWIW

Well, a week in using 50mgs daily of forskolin-95 and no stomach issues or toilet explosions to report.
