Ever tries Nick’s ice cream? It’s in the stores near me now and I’m curious if it’s any good.

yes, it's very good but expensive in regards to Barebells I'm not sure maltitol is keto friendly
Can anyone recommend a good pre-workout that doesn't have creatine in it? Will rep for suggestions.
Cheers boyos.

I mentioned a few weeks back that I picked up 2 tubs of this Coco Mint with Marshmallows and it was on
sale for $39.99 and I used a coupon code and got it for $31 which right now is a GOOD deal considering
prices of whey have skyrocketed
The Coco flavor is probably 90% and the mint is 10% so if your a mint lover like I am you'll be a bit disappointed
but it's not bad tasting at all and the marshmallows are a bit annoying cause they really don't factor into the
flavor. The powder mixes well but you are left with some residue on the sides of the shaker and I think it from
the annoying marshmallow bits. I just finished a 4lb tub of Body Nutrition Choc Mint and that completely blew
this flavor away on mint flavor. That was like 50/50 on Choc and Mint and honestly when I picked up 3 tubs of
Body Nutrition on clearance here on bb.com I should have doubled up on each of the flavors that I purchased
Mocha, which is a straight up coffee flavor with a hint of milk, Choc Mint which was like a Andes Thin mint candy,
and I've yet to crack the Cinnamon Roll flavor but I have their Eggnog and it's EXCELLENT!.
If you see the bb.com Coco Mint Marshmallow on a decent deal for $39.99 or less and your not a big mint fan
then I would say grab it and I've been using it mostly mixed with cottage cheese and plain yogurt and it's definitely
served it's purpose as a flavoring for those two things. I've used it for overnight proats a few times and it doesn't
really thicken up much at all so I'll see how the oatmeal cookie, and mocha flavor do for proats when I get around
to cracking those.
Anyone here a fan of Kind bars? I'm just looking for snacks that are decently healthy and dont break the bank. I also eat popcorn I pop with my air popper. Supplement style snacks are just over my budget for the time being.

Maltitol isn’t keto friendly although it’s advertised as such. It does raise blood sugar.

It seems a lot of the pre workouts that are full of ingredients that make them appealing are at least $2/serving, if that's not an issue then Apollon Nutrition has good options. If you want something budget friendly Controlled Labs White Warped.

They're good but easy to overeat

I don't adhere to keto but that's part of what keeps me away from them

buy a Jerky Cannon and some ground meat = homemade meat sticks.
Lean Whey just re-released PB&J and Irish Cookie Shake flavors with temp runs of each. Grabbed 2 tubs of each. By far my favorite whey isolate brand.

How's the PB&J?
How's the PB&J?
I haven't had it yet. It was available last year but I opted not to buy it. I'll report back. I know the Irish cookie shake is fantastic. Like a shamrock shake with oreo pieces.
Anyone else just buying some Combat protein from Costco and saying fuk it?

Tastes fantastic and mixes well
Bought a 5lb of the BB.com Chocolate Chip Cookie and a 2lb of Oatmeal Cookie, along with two bottles of their fish oil. With the 25% off code, it was a steal.
Prices for everything going up. I’m well stocked on everything for about a year. Also wanted to get these purchases done with before the kid arrives. Taking the wife in for the induction today, she’s a week past due. Didn’t find out the gender so it’s time for a surprise.
Dirty diapers and deadlifts are my future.

Congrats man! Get as much sleep as you can before the kid comes :)
I haven't posted here in a long while, but wanted to get maximum viewership from the people who've been around long enough to know, and maybe care (and if it was posted here already well too bad, fix the search :p ).
Steve from SNS (sns8778) was returning a lost dog to its owner, on foot, when he got hit by an SUV at high speed, and pretty much obliterated his leg and shoulder. I don't think his profit margins were industry standard, nor was he affluent. He needs help.

Even if it's a product purchase, I'm sure anything is meaningful.

Update
That’s some good ice cream for only 300kcal per container. 100x better than Halo Top. Strawberry has a great texture, very creamy and doesn’t need to sit to get it.
Thanks guys. We got to the hospital on 3/29 at 6 PM for the induction. My wife was a straight boss. Zero complaining. Got the epidural around 330 PM on 3/30. Finally got the go ahead from the doctor to start pushing at 930 AM on 3/31. Baby was facing “sunny side up”, aka face up instead of face down so we got told it was gonna be a tough delivery.
Two hours of pushing later and ZERO crying from my wife, doctor said the baby wasn’t gonna be delivered without assistance and strongly encouraged the use of forceps (those metal tong looking things). So we went with that, and after two pushes, the baby was still not moving and the doc ordered a C Section.
So after going through contractions, getting an epidural, AND pushing for two hours (grand total of like 40ish hours), we got a C Section instead! Had a healthy, strong baby boy.
My wife is a badass and nothing I have done physically will ever compare.
