All is well except for breaking my arm, how you doing?
Ouch! I'm still part of the no broken bone crew luckily. I might be switching careers soon, so life might be getting pretty exciting.

Used to love ProMore. That price though....not a chance I'd buy a tub. The price of protein jumping up lately is also a pain in the ass

The girlfriend signed a 2 year contract that starts in July or August. So 2 years from that point is when we'll be moving. I still have your number. You'll be aware when I'm coming to town.

It’s half the price everywhere else. Wtf is BB.com thinking…
ITT we have a BPI meet up. All we need is IlPump and Vortex Queen and it’s a party.

I forgot to text you while I was at the Browns @ Vikings game. My first game at US Bank Stadium.

BCAA Party. Don't forget Chris, even though he didn't post here all that much.
I haven't even shopped at BB.com in ages. Is it mainly member based now for receiving discounts? I remember I left around the time they dropped a bunch of brands I liked.
-
I just buy ON Protein from Costco. Last time I bought it a week ago it was $15 off and came to around $45 for 80 servings.

Haha, literally just said the same thing in another thread. They don't sell what I want anymore and things are readily available on Amazon where I can get fast shipping and rewards points. Think the last time I bought from BB.com was back when they had their 'raglan' style sleeveless shirts (see profile pic). Bought one of every color and then they stopped selling them, that was probably 8-10 years ago now but I still wear them almost every session. Best shirts for working out I've ever found, the day they bring those back is the day I place another order with bb.com LOL

Poor inventory selection, awful prices. Can't remember the last time I bought anything here.
Hey guys.

And here I thought I was the only one lol
I bet I had 8 or 9 of those shirts at one point. I still rotate through 4 or 5 of them these days, greatest workout shirts. Love the fit and material.
-
I agree, the new BB.com shirts don't fit like the OG's
Are we having a BCAA party?
-
I haven't touched a weight for my upper body in 7 weeks  I hope muscle memory is a real thing, if not I have some super BCAAs just in case

Nah, I used to rock their apparel all the time, it was great stuff

Absolutely! They've held up extremely well over the years, come on bb. Com bring those back! I'd probably order 20-30 of them and just store them for the future. I'm fairly certain I've misplaced the ocean blue one, so someday when I clean out all my drawers I'll have a brand new one LOL

Im at work and trying to think what I have now, but I have a 2 of the ocean blue with white lettering, a green with yellow lettering, a grey with black lettering, a dark blue with black lettering down by the hip, and a couple white ones with blue lettering. I had a couple maroon ones that I cut the sleeves off and wear around the yard for work outside like a hillbilly.

I think everyone bought BB.com shirts especially when they were clearance. BRB workout shirts for $5, great fitting. I still have a few myself. My wife hates the black one with the rat on front, holding a barbell in his mouth.

I was out for about a month because I got a certain illness we all know about lol. Just start slow and in 2-3 you’ll feel yourself getting back.

100% agree, also I'm a firm believer that muscle memory is a real thing. I've had to take 1-2 months off lifting at random times and it always amazes me how quickly I bounce back.

I once missed 6 months and gained most of it back after a couple months

I'll more than likely be out 12 weeks, radial head fracture (elbow). I started doing some hammer curls with 5lbs just to stretch my bicep. I'm hoping to be back to normal by June

You'll get it back real quick. After all these lockdowns, I built my home gym, and 2 months into training regularly again w a barbell, I've already hit a big new squat PR, matched my previous bench PR, and hit some new rep PR's on deads. Maybe the on again off again training for the last two years did my body a favor since I previously felt very "Plateau'd".
Good luck!

That's one of the major benefits I experienced, we had our house torn up for about 6 months and my home gym was a staging area for remodeling. Now that I'm back into the grind my normal shoulder and elbow pain are no longer there and I'm lifting as heavy as I ever have.
