Great focus, energy and pump. Probably the best $20 bucks you'll ever spend
I had been using this for a while but I couldn't find it at my local vitaminshoppe. Tried to order it several times on Amazon and the order never gets delivered. I second that it is a good pre-workout
I am going to finish Prevail and see how things go
Topical DMSO is phenomenal for soft tissue
also, if you care to go the route, the BPC 157 and TB500 peptides will do wonders for getting you back on track. Also, be cautious with the TENs if it is a true pull, more is not better in that department. Topical magnesium in the form of something like theraworx will help when you start to ease back into training.
good luck and get better soon so you can get back to crushing it dude
Thanks man! Yeah I just do TENS once a day for 20 minutes and ice immediately follows.
As for the peptides you suggested, I loathe needles! If I had like a grade 2 or definitely grade 3 strain then I would consider it. I’ve definitely got a grade 1 at best.
You have any experience with DMSO? I looked it up and the advice ranges from it being a miracle healer to “putting this stuff on you will cause you to grow an extra limb”

I have used DMSO for a grade 2 adductor and it seemed to help.
They also make BPC157 and TB500 as nasal preparations. They are less effective than site use because it is systemic rather than local (my understanding), but still may be useful. I have never used those in any capacity (and mods please feel free to delete this part of my message if it is against rules).
I do not see any professionals recommending the use of ice anymore. It is an outdated practice and people typically recommended whatever movement is tolerable to stimulate blood flow (if possible, your mileage may vary and I am not a doctor) and, more importantly, heat.
I look to Chris Duffin / Kabuki for good information regarding rehab. He has a specific hamstring strain / tear recovery article here:
https://kabukistrength.com/ultimate-hamstring-strain-tear-recovery-guide/
Also cannot recommend a good, old-fashioned epsom salt bath enough for any acute issues and overall soreness.

I have used it (DMSO) in the gel from many times or various soft tissue and muscle issues. It has been extremely effective for me personally every time. I have never had any negative side to using it other than it can be a little stinky (goes away quickly). That said, if you give it a try, just make sure that you clean the area with rubbing alcohol prior to application, and until the DMSO dries keep the area away from anything that might contain lots of bacteria or toxins. DMSO when applied topically rapidly penetrates into the bloodstream and anything left on the skin or that comes in contact with it (if the molecular size is small enough) will go with it. Not a huge deal or anything to be fearful of, I think the biggest thing is just make sure the area is wiped down with alcohol and or peroxide and wear a nitrile glvoe when applying or use a sterile applicator pad to apply.

100000% agree.
Other flavors are great though

It taste like bubble gum which sounds good until you have it in a drink. I took 2-3 drinks and mine ended up down the drain as well.

Someone needs to do a bubble gum flavored protein powder. Bubble gum and cream are a winning combo

I guess I didn't mind it since I usually dry scoop stim pre's. Pre's have never been all that great tasting to me with how sweet you have to make them to hid the bitters. Dry scooping, it was a quick taste of the bubble gum which was good. I can see how drinking it can certainly not be very good.

Oh I just tried a can of it because it intrigued me. I refuse to buy a full tub of a flavor I am unsure of.

I’m sure as a pre workout flavor it’s not bad, but as an energy drink it is freaking dreadful

Oh, you guys are talking about the cans. Haven't had it and guess I'll stay away. I'm all about the Redberry and Blue Raspberry.

Triad Bang Miami Cola. I think it's my favorite flavor now.

That's my favorite flavor :D Didn't like frose rose though.

While not exactly a supplement, the Flavor Gang sauces are ridiculously good. The price is steep, so make sure you either buy when they have a sale direct or find a store that offers discounts. It was probably a bad idea to try them out because I like them a lot now and want to buy more.

Wow are those sauces a ripoff especially for the ingredients. And full of preservatives, gums and sucralose. I don’t get why companies that offer lower calorie options charge so damn much. Their ingredients don’t cost more, they just know dieters are idiots.

I hot cereal caught my attention. Which sauce did you grab?

G Hughes BBQ sauce, Ketchup and Steak Sauce are all amazing. Picked up two 26 oz BBQ sauces at Costco for $6 bucks

I just looked at the prices $14.99 for a sauce  they CRAZY! I just picked up a Jerk Sauce called YA MON
in Lidl's the other day for $2.99 and it has better ingredients and yeah it has 5gm of REAL sugar per serving
but at least I'm NOT paying $12 more for some artificial sweetener.

Like I said, cannot justify the full cost but if can get them at discounted rates, might be worth a try. One additional perk is barely needing to use any sauce to get the flavoring. I made that mistake with 2 of the spicier sauces at first when I used too much.
I hot cereal caught my attention. Which sauce did you grab?
I tried the cereal as well. Brownie batter is very good. Rebuy for sure for me. Birthday Cake and Strawberry are good. Better than the Pride Foods cream of rice.
I got Yummy sauce, Take Out, Maple Sriracha, and Mutant sauces. All of them I enjoyed.

I also use G Hughs Honey Mustard a lot for a dipping sauce for chicken. Really good one! I just do the Heinz sugar free. I've tried a couple others and they're ok.
