Smart man to start with 1/2 serving and since you said it worked well at that dose might as well continue
at that dose and slowly add more IF you need it.

It seems like every single supplement company is doing the same thing with their cookie cutter supplement lines, pre, protein, bcaa’s and test booster. There isn’t anymore innovation with companies coming out with anything new.

I would suggest looking at CORE (+ Merica labs), SNS, Morphogen, and Evomuse. These companies are always innovating, and or perfecting products. I would say these companies have their consumers' best interests at the forefront.

It's a little more difficult to take random largely unknown substances and just throw them at the wall to see what sticks
Also, don't buy bcaa it's a waste of money so no issue there. And protein? What kind of 'new' are you looking for, it's protein

You know, Ithe last time that I ever had PES peanut butter cup was so long ago that it doesn't even really count, so it's up there with ones I have to keep a lookout for. More recently, I have to hand it to them on both their cake pop and peanut butter cookie flavors.
After the disappointment that was the Isomix, I had to lay it out there that it is simply not worth the asking price, and PES is a great one to bring up because it's only [i]$31.99[/i] where I bought the Astroflav, and it would have been even less with a discount code. I always hear positive reviews on their proteins, and I've even been tempted to try their Thinmints iteration, which is saying a [i]lot[/i] from someone like me who is really picky about mint.
PES, Dymatize, Nutrabio, Inspired, VMI, also just recently the Ryse chocolate peanut butter cup, Ghost (only peanut butter cereal), and of course the Black Magic Supply chocolate PB puffs can all be acquired for a more reasonable price.
Even if we lower the bar a bit and compare plain and simple chocolate peanut butter flavors, that Ryse absolutely obliterates the Astroflav, no question. Ryse's chocolate peanut butter cup manages to even [i]smell[/i] smooth; it's brilliant.

Of those three, I have only tried the Devil's Cake but it really is fantastic. It took me a bit to nail it down, but it really is a red velvet of flavor where you taste this cream cheese frosting note alongside the chocolate cake base. I wound up buying a second tub on a discount because of the limited edition aspect, but I wouldn't even be mad if they kept it along permanently.
Although I already find myself drawn to more out there flavors, this is still a really safe flavor to go with because it has enough nuances to please about anybody without being too niche.
Other than that and the PB puffs, I've also tried the Blueberry Muffin, which [i]really[/i] impressed me because they basically nailed a true blueberry muffin with a fluffy, not-too-sweet base and the right touch of blueberry that doesn't overwhelm it.
What is consistent across all of them is that Black Magic has mastered incredible consistency with the protein blends, and they hit the subtleties in flavor profiles that make what they taste (and even smell) like match what's on the label.
Horchata has me curious as I've never had it in any form, but I haven't heard any reviews on how that flavor specifically tastes, and my only concern is if there's any almond flavor because I sometimes have issues with that particular taste.

Tried dvst8 a couple of times didn't enjoy it.
Took Dark energy for the first time today its like the old school dmaa pre's 10/10.

formulas? and for Dark Energy wait a few days and try again cause I've seen a bunch of feedback where
people have said it hit GREAT the first time and then it never hit the same after they tried it again.

I went with Mystery Research. I'm using way more water than they'd probably recommend (if it was for human consumption), but still tastes pretty good.

They're marketing and packaging is innovative and I've already seen a co. trying to mimic they're
marketing so I guess they accomplished what they wanted which was to stand out from other

Core put's out good stuff as well as their other brand Mericalabz which has A Bomb as their newest
PW and they have a thermo/Pre dropping called Red White Boom Napalm which should get you heated
while you train.
