Same here. I went through multiple tubs.
I spoke to some one on IG who worked close with Seb (former owner) and asked him what happened to AE and Seb. I don't have my phone near me but I believe he stated that AE is no more (obviously) and that Seb has been working on introducing new ingredients to the market or doing some behind the scenes work.

Our parents and grandparents dying for one. If the healthcare system gets overburdened (it's coming), that will also include some of our peers.
This isn't a joke. Infectious disease experts and epidemiologists are predicting we will look like Italy in 7-10 days and hit critical capacity in our ICUs.
Our age group is mainly asymptomatic and spreading it to everyone else; now is your chance to save lives and stay home. Going to the gym, getting your nails and hair done, going to restaurants, etc. Cancel it all.

well at least you havee a home gym, that is dope. Just sucks about the work. Lot's of people are gonna take a big hit right now. I'm lucky to be able to conduct my work from home, being part of a small sales team, but I'm seeing a lot of push back from organizations reassessing their spend for 2020 as a result of all this craziness. Hopefully we can get this under control sooner rather than later so people can get back to making, and spending money.
As for me, the park is my new gym. Not gonna lie, it's been a bit of an eye opener for me: I've been training the same way for years now, all big movements for strength w a bit of hypertrophy mixed in, and I've been a bit stalled. I've done 3 outdoor sessions, all calisthenics and various cardio; I haven't had doms like this in years....also pretty sure I pulled my groin and have shin splints lmao I need to reassess mixing my training up more often.

As far as work, my Brother-in-law and I are both C/Os so we are set (a lot of overtime now), it's my 2 other brothers I worry about and my parents. One brother works at Winco and the other is a District Manager at Dollar Tree, Dad is a machinist/quality control inspector and Mom is a Manager at Target. Once things shut down further they will be hit by it hard.

I worked p/t at a retail store and was notified yesterday they are changing store hours. It affected my work schedule and they are going to pay me for days that I was schedule to work but I don't have to be there. Winning!
Major national retailers aren't going to stop paying their managers anytime soon
I suppose, they are busy as hell right now, but still there is always a chance they close. Not too far off if I were to guess unless things start to clear up a bit.

Doubtful. You can't tell people to stay in their homes and not leave except for necessary supplies/emergencies and then close retailers of foods and household products.
Grocery store employees have become "essential" "front line" workers. If we are really going to get people to pull their heads out of their collective asses and take this thing seriously long enough to make it better by easing the spike on healthcare, we have to keep retailers open for drive up orders and for home delivery. Big companies with tons of supply chain and logistics experiences and capability that have foods, cleaning supplies, clothing, kids entertainment and educationally-relevant stuff...like Target and dollar stores and Walmart, Publix, Kroger, Aldi, etc, are going to stay busy.
And a lot of companies are going to pay people as special PTO/sick time/something, because another thing everybody knows we must do to keep any kind of chances of being able to call this a "nothing burger" come later this year or next, is to keep people collecting their paychecks as much as possible.
Not a good time to be wondering how it'll go down if you're a sole proprietorship that relies on going into people's homes to work, though, I imagine.

Take your PW then hit the park and combine pull ups, dips, and push ups and you got your upper body covered
for lower body do body squats changing foot placements to hit quads from different angles, body weight lunges,
stiff legs also using body weight but focus on moving slow and getting a good stretch. This will keep you good
until your gym opens back up :D

That's exactly what I've been doing so far, and in line w my plans! I did some sprints and jumps yesterday that really ****ed me up lol thats where the groin pull and shin splints are coming from. I found out about a gym locally that's allowing no more than 50 people in it and is still open while all the rest closed. I'm waiting to see if WI decreases it to less than 50 people to see if that gym will close. I'll basically be doing arm day at my gf's apartment gym until I either decide to try this other gym out or just try and increase my arm size during this break.
Frustrating

Coincidence, I have a groin pull, strain, or partial tear. I don't have pain but at the push position of your legs to like stand up or push up from a squat, I have almost zero push power on my left side. The gyms closing might be a good thing and forcing me to let it heal. Was talking to a guy at my gym last night and he mentioned bigger guys with stronger legs have so many strong supporting muscles that they often injure themselves and never know until a full tear occurs. With the limited equipment I have now, about the only things I can do for legs is some random calf raises and stiff leg deadlifts. Squats won't be happening with the barbell my friend has.

Depending on how shipping companies will be handling things, you might not receive your order for months.

Did powercage ever get his shipment squared away? I see his thread is mysteriously gone now :(
I have an order of bars from another store coming tomorrow. I would be hesitant to order anything now though.
Bad news, if you've already taken a pre-workout lol.
Exactly! As a backup, my buddy has a basic garage setup I can use as an alternative. But I'm trying to debate how to best handle the full gym situation vs a garage gym. I don't feel I'd need preworkout stims with the garage gym with some more basic compound lifts.
Well, my trip to Cleveland next week is cancelled. Why take a road trip when you literally cannot do anything. I also think the state boarders will be getting shut down soon on several states. WI might be close to lock down as my friend that's in the National Guard said they're currently in standby.

I found one gym in the area still open and it was literally two minutes from my house (Powerlifting gym). Signed up, started my workout and the news broke that PA was closing ALL non-life dependent businesses and that was the end of that. Got one last workout in at least.

Ive read store reviews and they vary so much, either a 9/10 10/10 or a1/10 not sure what's legit or not, i dont think they had any given out for reviews.

It took a couple sessions to get into the swing of things, but I've honestly started having really good training sessions with just a park and some resistance bands. I think my body needs this change of pace. Losing some belly fat for the first time in years too.
Still can't wait to get back to my strength training and eating like a horse once the gyms open back up, but this has opened my eyes to changing up my training habits at least every few months.
