[QUOTE=Big_Spaz;1600639751]I own a 2008 Black Mazda 6 and it's probably the best car I ever had. My son drives it now, and he said when it dies he's buying another Mazda 6.
Congrats on your new ride!

I can't think of any.
I've said it before and I'll say it again. Mega Pre Red is my fav none exotic for the last year. The Alpha GPC/Hup/Caffeine is perfectly dosed for me. Been adding some bulk piracetam to it recently as well. Don't know **** all about the company tbh though. Inb4 someone says they are low quality ****.

Two other pre's that have Citicoline are the new Core Fury and Arms Race Nut Harness but I haven't
tried either so can't comment on the effects but maybe you can contact the companies and see if
they have samples.

American Barbell makes some nice stuff. Should be a great addition to your gym.
Anyone have some literature on EAA's? Been trying to read more about them but all I can find are articles published by supplement companies.

I have always enjoyed this write up on MPS. EAA’s are discussed as part of it. I hope he does an update since it’s 4yrs old and research always changes.

Yeah man I’m excited to get it here. Everything I read about the bar states it’s one of the best power bars.

Thanks for the recommendations, idk Im debating on going caff free again, caffeine tolerance is getting pretty high and just feel sleepy after 5-6 hours... Defeats most of the purpose and stomach can't handle a higher amount daily :/

Looks good but hi tech and Wish it had citrulline instead of generic glycerol, reviews say it clumps too much. Seems like the closest thing to carbon prep, rip

I ONLY use caffeine before training and NEVER any other time of the day and I use a different
PW each time I train so I don't build a tolerance to the same PW or same stimulants. I always
grab pre's on ridiculous clearances so it's no big deal using different ones all the time. I find
that if you stay consistent with your meals and always well hydrated I don't need caffeine
to keep me going throughout the day. I do take a complete stimulant break when I take my
training breaks for 2 weeks about 3x a year.

I used to do that but had been having problems with recovery which made it pretty hard not to rely on caff daily to compensate, at current tolerance I don't think it's worth it for me :/ I feel too groggy on offdays.. maybe if I improve my recovery it wouldn't be so bad to only use caff when lifting.

Been drinking coffee for 20 years now, pwo for close to 10. Still feel the effects from any caffeinated beverage I take, and no health conditions. I usually drink my pwo in the mornings and a small coffee in the afternoons and have done that for a long time now. I'll be a lifer w caffeine, I'm sure of it.
