I like the nitrates in high volume but I really like nitrosigine as well so that along with the Alpha GPC dose make this appealing

Black seed oil, tart cherry and longvida for OTC supps
If you want a supp recco, SNS Joint XT, the eggshell membrane it has in it has some good benefits for arthritis. My mother-in-law used it for 18 months or so and it really helped her with it in her knee.

I try to avoid synthetic remedies whenever possible, the last time I took advil was when I sprained my knee and it was like a grapefruit

Blueberry Toaster Pastry, Cereal Milk, and Peanut Butter Cereal Milk flavors…all three are the bomb.
Chips Ahoy is good. Gonna try Nutter Butter tomorrow. Coffee Ice Cream was meh, Fruity Cereal was solid. Haven’t tried the Coconut or Marshmallow Cereal Milk or Cinnamon Cereal Milk.

I like the pancake batter okay. Bought the vegan protein to mix it up a bit. It’s a little thick though, and I think it’s more of a cold weather flavor if that makes sense. A buddy of mine uses it to make homemade protein bars that are good as chit

I’m always interested to try apple proteins. MTS version was very good, Animal Whey’s sucked hard. Heard Spartas was disgustingly sweet. MyProtein had an apple custard back in the day that was OK
