I'm up 3.6, but like at Thanksgiving it's all water weight. I should come off in the next week. I didn't hit my goal, but I made progress and I'll hit it next thread for sure.
I hit the gym tonight and felt like a total slug, but I did it and I feel better for it. I'm going to enjoy the next few gym days before the new years resolutioners show up. Nothing against the new people, but I hate a crowded gym.

Well I lost almost 9 pounds over 8 weeks which is pretty good. Of course Christmas killed my weight loss had 3 dinners and helped myself to some goodies haha. I should hit my goal in the next couple of weeks. Congrats to everyone that hit their goals!
