192.2 - I should be saturated after my creatine loading phase now. I was slightly worried about the weight gain with the extra water retention, but needed to remind myself that is comes with creatine.
This was an extremely good week - very disciplined. I was slightly discouraged by the weight on the scale but just need to keep at it - there is definitely some water retention with the creatine and I hope to get in some extra reps during my workouts in the next couple weeks now too.

Missed weigh in this morning, but under-ate yesterday so I'm not worried.
Been doing light calisthenics + walking since I hurt my shoulder last Monday, but I am looking forward to getting back in the gym this week.

Was slightly nervous I overdid it yesterday but think I'm ok. Ended up with twice as many steps as normal so that helped.
Just had lots of turkey, but also a few too many cookies yesterday.
Back to it!
187.6 - doing well! Good workouts, nice weather for walks outside.
Getting plenty of protein, definitely low(er) carbs but that has always been my diet.
Pretty good energy overall
Do you regret how much you put on, or was it worth it for the strength gains?

It's hard to say. I love lifting heavy weights and feel amazing hitting PRs, but I do get very disappointed looking in the mirror and noticing the fat gain as well.
I'm still generally happy with how I look when I am <195lbs, but you can't replace that feeling of looks in the mirror and seeing a truly lean low-teens bodyfat.
It is definitely worth the muscle gain. Anybody can get lean without muscle, but keeping a decent base of muscle while cutting is obviously the tough part.
Avoiding empty calories is tricky for me (beer, chips, **** etc) but I also love meat/protein so that helps me hit my minimum protein.
Got a little off-topic, but I don't regret how much I put on. I really enjoyed my time bulking, not caring about calories, and just lifting heavy.
Obviously I could have gained a lot less fat while still gaining muscle, but I couldn't drink the beer I love or eat the foods I enjoy as well.
So I tend to "overdo" my dirty bulking, but I don't regret it. :)

181.8 - another dehydrated morning I believe.
Planning a cheat meal tonight - anniversary :) It'll be my only meal of the day but I will still be close to maintenance/over maintenance.
Not a huge deal if I don't get under 180 by May, but that was my initial goal. I underate yesterday to help allow for the calories today, so hopefully I can still hit my goal!
