great recipes... I'm going to be making similar cookies for my snack this week along with some pumpkin protein bars. thanks for the idea regarding the cookies!!!!
Personally, the best myprotein flavors are the banana which I keep a big bag of at all times, and the rocky road. I have not tried the mocha yet but i might just have to do that!

Thanks bro and I'm working through my protein that I have on hand but when I do pick up a couple
flavors of Impact Whey in the future I'll update this thread with my thoughts on the flavors.

Glad you could find the recipes helpful and I just cracked open a Pumpkin protein that I've had on
hand from a purchase I made last year so I'll be reviewing that one once I go through the container
a little more. I definitely wanna try the Butter Pecan and the Boston Cream Pie from the Impact Whey
flavors and if the coconut is available that will also be a flavor I'll pick up.

My Black Fri purchase came in today and since trying the sample bags that I reviewed in this thread
I definitely wanted to try a few more flavors of Impact Whey and I picked up a couple other supplements
which i figured since I was shopping with My Protein and they had these other things that I would be
needing real soon I added them to my order.

I grabbed 3 x 2lb bags and two of the flavors Boston Cream Pie and Butter Pecan were flavors I wanted
and I also was looking forward to trying the Canadian Maple but unfortunately they didn't have that flavor
in a 2lb bag :( and only 5lb or 11lb were only available. I didn't wanna go with a 5lber without knowing how
the flavor tasted so hopefully My Protein will offer this flavor in the future in the 2lb or 10 serving bags so I
can try it before committing to a 5lber.
The 3rd flavor I went with was the pumpkin which I'm almost done with a 2lber that I have on hand from
another brand so I figured since I love pumpkin I'd give this flavor a try and see how it compares to 3 other
brands that I've tried where one I rated a solid 10 and the other 2 got 9's on taste rating so I'll see if this
pumpkin flavor from My Protein is as good on flavor as the others that I've had.

I also picked up 22lbs of Oat Powder and I've used a brand called Muscle Feast Oat Powder for the past
8yrs and it has been my go to oat powder to add to my protein shakes when I want additional calories
from a complex carb source and it's been my staple powder that I use in protein recipes. I still have an 8lb
container in my stash but I'm down to my final couple of scoops of my opened container but when I finish
this opened one I will crack open one of these My Protein bags and I'll see how well it mixes in my protein
shakes and I'll try it out in some protein recipes and hopefully it will bake up as good as the Muscle Feast
brand that I've been using for years.

The last thing I picked up was 5lbs of Waxy Maize which I always use a serving in my pre-workout powders.
I train first thing in the a.m. on an empty stomach so I like to mix a scoop of waxy maize in with my pre's so
I have some thing in my stomach with the pre. The thing I like about waxy maize is that for me I feel it digest
slowly which is the opposite of how it's marketed and it's suppose to be a ultra fast digesting carb but I've
been using it for years and I don't feel like it digest fast at all which is why I like mixing it into my pre's.
The brand I've been using for years is PrimaForce Carb Slam and the last time I purchased 5x 5lb tubs so
it's lasted me a while but I'm down to 1/2 tub and looking around the price has SKY ROCKETED  and it's
almost 3x the price that I paid for a 5lb tub a few years ago so MY Protein's 2x 2 1/2ib bags which equal 5lbs
was only a few $'s more than what I paid in the past for Carb Slam so I'm gonna give this brand's waxy a try
and I will also post feedback on it in this thread but it won't be anytime soon cause I still have 1/2 con still
of Carb Slam and I only use 1 scoop with my PW.

definitely resembles the color of a milk choc protein.

I've been trying out the Boston Cream Pie in shakes and today I mixed it with unsweetened
almond milk and the taste was a bit richer but I'm gonna try it once again in water and then
I'll post my thoughts on the flavor. I gave a few scoops to a friend who's a big Boston Cream

Saw your glazed donuts on that other post of yours, and remembered I did a glaze before as well - great idea!
So I prepared for a batch of protein cookies with my Dymatize Snickerdoodle, messed with my ingredients a bit and ended up with a batch of sweet dinner rolls (LOL) and made a glaze on top. Very tasty!

Snicker Doodle is a great flavor to bake with especially if your a fan of cinnamon and I just finished
up my container of CL PROMore Snicker Doodle Cookie and I liked that flavor cause it was more of
a spiced cookie flavor than a true Snicker Doodle but it was very tasty in everything I combined it
with.

Ingredients
1- 1 70cc scoop of My Protein Oat Powder
2- 1 scoop of Impact Whey Boston Cream Pie
3- 1 tsp of baking powder
4- 2 tbs of mini dark choc chips
5- 1 tbs of liquid vanilla extract
6- 2 egg whites 1 whole egg
7- slash of unsweetened almond milk
Mix all the dry ingredients then add the wet and blend thoroughly, then spoon the batter onto a preheated
pan that has been lightly coated with oil of choice and cook the pancakes on both sides before plating and
then make the frosting.
Frosting- In a bowl add 3/4 of a scoop of the Boston Cream Pie whey and then add a few drops of water
and stir briskly until you have a spreadable consistency then spread some on each pancake but save the
most for the top one on the stack. Take a few large choc chips to garnish the top pancake.

Someone did post in a thread yesterday that the MY Protein scoops were off so before giving my
final thoughts on the Boston Cream Pie flavored I weighed out a tightly packed level scoop and
it's suppose to be 25gm so it measured 29gm so it's off by 4 gm.

A little less than a level scoop will give you the 25gm that's stated on the ingredient and specs panel.

Mixability- The powder mixes very easily in a shaker cup with no need for a blender ball and you just
get a tad of foam which settles very quickly and there were no particles, clumping, or floaters present
in my shaker cup so it gets a solid 10/10 on mixing.
Taste- I tried this a number of times in water with about 5oz of ice cold water and I tried it twice in
unsweetened almond milk and I tried it a couple of times blended in cottage cheese.
Water- 7.5/10- The flavor hits like a milk chocolate but it definitely has a hint of more sweetness to it where
I feel that's the cream part but there is no pie crust type flavor so it should be called just Boston Cream.
Almond Milk or any Milk- 8/10- The milk choc flavor again is there but the cream comes in a little more intense
and it kind of reminds you of the little frozen Boston Cream Pies that you find in the freezer section in a super
market but again no pie crust flavor.
Cottage Cheese- 8/10- Just like mixing it in milk the flavor comes in a little more intense and it gives more of
that Boston Cream flavor which sweetened up the cottage cheese nicely.
Overall- 7.5/10- If you like milk choc and are looking for a little something different then I'd recommend maybe
giving this one a go and if your one who drinks milk in their shakes all the time I think you'll appreciate this
flavor as a change of pace from just a regular milk choc which milk helps bring out the Boston Cream flavor better.

2- 2 70cc scoops of Boston Cream Pie Impact Whey
3- 2 tbs of 100% coco powder

6- 1/2 1.7oz bar of 72% dark cacao cut up into tiny pieces and add to the batter
7- 1 banana mashed up in a separate bowl added just for texture then add to the batter
8- 2 egg whites
9- 1 tbs of liquid vanilla extract

Frosting - In a bowl add 1 1/2 scoop of Impact Whey Boston Cream pie then add a few drops of
water and stir briskly until you get a frosting consistency then carefully spread it all over the cake.

This flavored up the oats nicely without being too sweet and there was NO bitterness
from being overly sweet which is a + but I wish this protein thickened up a little more.
I might add a tbs of a multi blend vanilla which I have on hand next time so the proats
will be a little thicker.

thoroughly in the batter and place them on a preheated lightly oiled pan and cook the slices
of bread until they are browned on both sides then plate and spread the protein frosting on

After going through a good amount of shakes with this Butter Pecan flavor this is my thought
on the flavor.
Mix ability- This mixed up very smooth with no particles or floaters in a shaker cup with water
and when I tried it in almond milk it was the same and it mixed perfectly.
Taste- This is the first butter pecan protein that I've tasted so I don't have another brand to
compare it to but I've had my share of butter pecan ice cream so I'll be comparing it to what
I remember from my ice cream experience. Someone who reviewed this flavor on you tube
said it was like a light van flavor with a butter pecan sweet taste. I agree that it has that
sweet taste to it but I don't get the van flavor and I'm tasting more of a cross between two
flavors which are a light caramel and ever so slight maple flavor which combined together along
with the sweet taste come through as a pretty good butter pecan flavor.
So far I've enjoyed this flavor in shakes, mixed in cottage cheese which makes it taste a bit richer
and in different recipes. I think if this was a multi blend protein which contained some form of
micellar casein or milk isolate the flavor would come through even richer. Though this has a sweet
taste it doesn't have any bitterness to it so it's not overly sweet and the butter pecan flavor comes
through pretty well. This would be a flavor I would buy again in the future and I'd definitely recommend
giving it a try if your on the market for a different flavor of whey that you could mix in milk, water or
combine into recipes. Overall 8/10

In almond milk the flavor was definitely richer and if you like milk in your shakes then this flavor
will work well with it but I'm a water drinker when it comes to shakes and this flavor tasted just
fine in water.

Thanks bro and I figured I'd get a few of their unique flavors and post a little feedback in this thread on
them and so far the Butter Pecan I definitely recommend and the Boston Cream Pie would be a decent
alternative to just a regular milk choc flavor. I still have the pumpkin pie flavor which I need to try a few

Another way to cut the sweetness without increasing volume is to get the Unflavored version and mix it with your flavor of choice. I usually mix flavored MyProtein or ON Natural 1:1 with unflavored so that the sweetness isn't as nauseating in shakes and smoothies.
