Shouldn't have any problem finding homeless people there
Quoted for truth
Bro Portland is a hot bed for transients. Literally just blocks of homeless people and it's even worse than it was before.
I'm over Oregon personally and can't wait to move back to Arizona lol.

Shoveling snow is exercise too! But I digress.
After a 10k on the model E, I enjoyed a quick Keto meal with hot coffee while watching the birds fly around in the snow and eat out of the newly filled backyard feeders.

When I moved to NC, my exercise programming changed, and shoveling snow was one of the exercises dropped, lol.

My snow shoveling consists of starting up my BX2370 with an endloader and back blade. At my age, I save my energy for lifting.

He has years of experience reselling the best equipment and this high estimation should tell us all that Titan is a quality product at a surprisingly low price. ;)

He does seem to have the magic touch, he sold a TDB around the same time I bought mine for $360. Those MSRP on Amazon for $389 and I never thought he would get anything near what he was asking with surface rust on the sleeves. But typically he seems to price things VERY well, and you have the added bonus of knowing your money is going to a really good guy in general.

We have nearly 300' of driveway plus a fairly large parking area beside the garage, the only time we shoveled it had about 10" of snow, took four of us a couple of hours. Have had a tractor ever since.

Love San Antonio, we really only have two seasons, hot and hot, no real winter here.

Heading there in April for a week (work stuff unfortunately) . It will be a big change compared to Massachusetts.. I’ll probably melt.. hope the Hotel has a nice air conditioned gym

I have some stuff I'm gonna throw up on Craigslist, but figured I could see if anyone here is interested first.
Body Solid Multi-Press (GPR370)
Power Blocks (up to 70lbs)
Oly bar with plenty of weights (nothing special)
Also have a cable pull down that I am working on getting some details on.

Is new England a gougers market? Everything up here seems to cost double or triple what it did back in texas. I found Craigslist littered with commercial gear airdynes ets for cheap. Up here even cheap standards plates are a buck a pound. Hundreds of dollars for old ratty airdynes, used cheap China barbells for 50-100 bucks, etc. Crazy up here
-
I have found some good deals in the Boston area, just need to be patient. I think we are less into fitness here than in the rest of the country so the deals are harder to come by.
-
There seems to be a lot of dealers around here (and people who think their stuff is worth twice what it actually is). Not sure if the rest of the country is like this. I just wait until I see the same thing listed a few times and then lowball them (and that makes me feel bad sometimes).

It is tuff up here..Patience is a requirement. It seems to have gotten worse. Sometimes you get lucky and get something at a good price but at times the sellers prices are ridiculous..

I've bought from him before, always felt his equipment was reasonably priced, and he was very easy to deal with. He is one of the few mid-west dealers/flippers that offers realistic prices. Now I won't even contact Fitness Equipment Empire with their 'eBay level' over-pricing strategy. Wondering who buys their stuff anyway?

Maybe there's just not a whole lot of people buying and selling, a little of that supply and demand. A lot of prices are high down here in NC ( a lot of people looking for $1/lb for cheap iron), you just have to wait a little for people that actually need to sell, but at least there are people down here.

I'm in kittery/portsmouth area. Well within striking distance of boston, worcester, Manchester, etc. Some decent populated areas but even thinks like used crappy furniture or random Craigslist finds cost much more up here. Don't get me started on electricians, carpenters, plumbers, etc. I'm having to do a lot of renovation work myself since contractors up here cost crazy amounts of money

Years ago I had property in Northern VT. I was thinking about building a small cabin, but building costs were prohibitive, probably 30% higher than NJ at the time. It seemed like they would rather not work, than work. Because all they did was complain of lack of work, at the time.

He is an old timer. I think he has been in this business for at least 30 years. Still does not know how to upload pics..lol..
I bought some stuff from him couple years ago.

This is an "interesting" item in my area, in comparison to the junk normally listed.
It seems like the weight stacks leave much to be desired, but it would have to be something to try out in person for sure. Does this qualify for the Craigslist Dreamers thread?
(Not my listing, just posted the brief description and photos below)

You may want to pick it up if your area is like mine.
I've noticed in the past two years Airdyne prices have skyrocketed in my area. I bought several for less than $100 3 to 4 years ago. I even got one for $20. Now it is rare to see one for less than $200 and many are listed at $300+

I've had this same experience with Airdynes. I would jump on that and flip it if you don't plan to use it.

Over the past 3 years or so , I've bought 4 Airdynes ranging in price from $40 - $60 and sold all of them for $200 - $250. they're a great piece of equipment IMO and last forever. OP, if this was within an hour of me, I'd already have it in my garage.
